32 میلیون ایرانی میخکوب بازی های رایانه ای

شما هم از آنهایی هستید که روی موبایل و تبلت و پی‌سی کلی بازی‌های آپدیت شده دارید؟ یا از آن دسته‌ای هستید که وقتی مقابل یک گیمر می‌نشیند، از بازی کردن او رنج می‌برید و علاقه‌ای به وقت گذرانی اینچنینی ندارید!

به گزارش روزنامه «صبح امروز» می‌گویند ایران بیش از 30 میلیون گیمر دارد. منظور همان‌هایی است که که بیشترین وقت خود را صرف بازی می‌کنند!

در این خصوص رئیس بنیاد ملی بازی‌های رایانه‌ای می‌گوید: تعداد بازیکنان بازی‌های دیجیتال در سال ۱۳۹۸ به ۳۲ میلیون نفر رسیده است. در ۱۰ ‌سال تعداد بازیکنان در کشور دو برابر شده ‌است. طبقات کودکان، نوجوانان و جوانان همواره جزء بیشترین گروه‌های مخاطب بازی بوده‌اند، اما در این میان سالمندانی هم وجود دارند که به ‌صورت مرتب بازی می‌کنند و طبق استانداردهای تعریف‌شده در ایران و جهان، بازیکن یا گیمر شناخته می‌شوند.

گیمری و مشکلات آن

امروزه بازی‌های رایانه‌ای و علی الخصوص گیم‌های آنلاین در تمام دنیا طرفداران زیادی دارند و هر روز شاهد عرضه یک محصول جدید در بازار هستیم. همان بازی‌هایی که رقابتی هیجان‌انگیز را برای جوانان و نوجوانان و بعضا حتی رده‌های سنی بالاتر ایجاد کرده‌است. این بازی‌های کنسولی، موبایلی و رایانه‌ای در دسته‌های مختلفی از قبیل: اکتشافی، پازلی، استراتژی، ورزشی، نقش آفرینی و ….تقسیم می‌شوند.

فارغ از مزایا و معایبی که این بازی‌ها در پی دارد، گیمری حرفه‌ای، در بسیاری از نقاط دنیا یک شغل و منبع درآمد است. اما در ایران همواره بازی کنندگان با مشکلات عدیده‌ای همراه هستند که از آن می‌توان به عدم استقرار سرورهای بازی‌های جهانی در ایران، نبودن امکانات در منازل کاربران، پینگ بالا و کاهش سرعت بازی و در نهایت نبودن یک ارگان حمایتی از گیمرها اشاره کرد.

اما در این میان نکته حائز اهمیتی که همواره در سال‌های اخیر و با افزایش تعداد کاربران بازی‌ها لازم است به آن پرداخته شود، موضوع تبعات مثبت و منفی بازی‌های رایانه‌ای بر بازیکنان در رده‌های سنی مختلف است.

دنیای بازی‌های بی‌انتهای رایانه‌ای

در این خصوص یک روانشناس اجتماعی با اشاره به اینکه « در دنیای کنونی و عصر ارتباطات مدرن، جذابیت‌های بصری و سیر هیجانی بازی‌ها، هر گروه سنی را در مقابل کنسول‌های بازی می‌نشاند» می‌گوید: به جرات می توان گفت امروز کمتر بچه‌ای به سراغ بازی‌های سنتی و محلی رفته و برای گذراندن وقت خود با دوستان در محله‌ها و پارک‌ها بازی می‌کند و اکثر بچه‌ها ترجیح می‌دهند بیشتر وقت خود را در دنیای فناوری و دیجیتال بگذرانند و با بازی‌های رایانه‌ای سرگرم شوند.

دکتر نغمه فریمانی ادامه می‌دهد: موضوع رو آوردن به بازی‌های رایانه‌ای مختص ایران نیست و در سراسر جهان همواره میلیون‌ها کودک و حتی جوان و نوجوان، ساعت‌ها مانند مسافری بی هیچ همراه، وارد دنیای بازی‌های بی انتهای رایانه‌ای شده و در نهایت با چشمان و اعصابی برافروخته آن را رها می‌کنند.

اثرات مثبت برخی بازی ها

وی با اشاره به اثرات مثبت برخی بازی‌ها بیان می‌کند: بازی‌های رایانه‌ای و آنلاین را به طور کل نمی‌توان مخرب دانست. چراکه  تعدادی از بازی‌های فکری و معمایی می‌تواند سلول‌های مغزی را به فعالیت واداشته و فکر کاربران علی الخصوص در رده سنی کودکان را تقویت کند و در رشد خلاقیت و بالندگی ذهنی آنان تاثیر داشته باشد. اما جدای از اینکه این بازی‌ها می‌تواند منجر به افزایش خلاقیت و هوش شود، مضرات فراوانی دارد که شاید جبران ناپذیر باشد.

این روان شناس با اشاره به اینکه «موضوع افزایش کاربران بازی‌های رایانه‌ای و اینترنتی بسیار گسترده و نیازمند بررسی از زوایای مختلفی برای آسیب شناسی است» مطرح می‌کند: پر واضح است که نوجوانانی که همیشه با بازی‌های رایانه‌ای درگیرند، به انزوا و درون گرایی متمایل شده و در برقراری ارتباط اجتماعی پویا با دیگران ناتوان خواهند بود.

آسیب‌های جسمی جبران ناپذیر

وی می‌افزاید: نکته قابل اهمیت دیگر این است که بازی‌های رایانه‌ای و علی الخصوص بازی‌های آنلاین به شدت اعتیادآور هستند و این موضوع به خصوص می‌تواند علاوه بر مشکلات رفتاری و بعضا افت تحصیلی، باعث ایجاد آسیب‌های جسمی شود.

فریمانی با اشاره به اینکه « اختصاص ساعات زیاد برای بازی‌های رایانه‌ای، آسیب‌های جسمانی فراوانی را به همراه دارد» مطرح می‌کند: بروز تیک‌ها و فشارهای عصبی، سردرد، چشم درد، چاقی، کمر درد، دردهای مفصلی انگشتان و مچ دست، کم خوابی و بی خوابی، اختلال در اشتها و خارج شدن ستون فقرات از حالت طبیعی از جمله این آسیب‌ها است.

قهرمان بلامنازع اجباری

وی با بیان اینکه « بازی‌های آنلاین به دلیل طراحی هوشمندانه‌ای که دارند گام به گام مخاطب را جذب می‌کند و به تدریج با شناسایی نیازهای عاطفی آن‌ها را مورد هدف قرار می‌دهند» ابراز می‌کند: جدای از اینکه برخی از بازی‌های رایانه‌ای با اهداف مشخصی تولید و روانه بازار می‌شوند، خانواده‌ها نیز نباید از تاثیرات روحی و روانی این نوع بازی‌ها غافل باشند. زیرا برخی از بازی‌های رایانه‌ای به گونه‌ای طراحی و ساخته می‌شوند که مخاطب را مجبور می‌سازد تا به هر شکل ممکن خود را به پایان بازی برساند و در نهایت خود را قهرمان بلامنازع این بازی‌ها بداند.

این روان شناس اجتماعی با تاکید بر اینکه «یکی دیگر از آسیب‌های بازی‌های انلاین قابلیت پنهان سازی هویت است» می‌گوید: بسیاری از بازی‌های رایانه‌ای آنلاین مانند شبکه‌های اجتماعی قابلیت ارتباط بین بازیکن‌ها را فراهم می‌کنند که شاید این موضوع را بتوان در راستای شکل گیری شخصیت اجتماعی یک کاربر در رده سنی نوجوان، مثبت تلقی کرد. اما امکان گمنامی و پنهان کردن هویت، خطر نقض حریم خصوصی را افزایش می‌دهد.

از بازی‌های تصویری خلاق و معمایی استفاده کنید

وی تاکید می‌کند: والدین باید در انتخاب نوع بازی برای گروه‌های سنی و تاثیر این بازی‌ها در جسم و روح فرزندان خود نهایت دقت را داشته باشند.

دکتر فریمانی در پایان‌بندی صحبت‌های خود تصریح می‌کند: اگر چنان چه قرار است از بازی‌های رایانه‌ای بهره بگیرید، بهتر است بازی‌های تصویری خلاق که باید به وسیله آن ها، معماهایی را حل کرد، بیش از بازی‌های دیگر مورد توجه قرار گیرد.
