کنسرت «فریدون آسرایی» قطعی شد
رئیس اداره فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی گناباد گفت: کنسرت فریدون آسرایی یکی از خواننندگان کشور که برگزاری آن در ابتدای اردیبهشت ماه جاری به تعویق افتاده بود، روز پنج شنبه چهارم خرداد ماه در این شهر برگزار می‌شود.
حمیدرضا مهدوی مقدم افزود: برگزاری کنسرت آسرایی قبل از این به خاطر نداشتن مجوزهای لازم با ممانعت مسوولان مربوطه برگزار نشده بود ولی با اخذ تمام مجوزهای لازم از جمله اماکن نیروی انتظامی برگزار خواهد شد.
وی اظهار کرد: کنسرت فریدون آسرایی چهارم خردادماه جاری در دو نوبت ساعت 18 تا 20 و 20 تا 22 در سالن آمفی تئاتر اداره فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی برگزار می‌شود.
محمد علی نبی پور فرماندار گناباد قبل از این در گفت و گو با ایرنا گفته بود: کنسرت فریدون آسرایی که قرار بود چهارم اردیبهشت ماه برگزار شود، لغو نشده بلکه تا اخذ کامل مجوزهای قانونی به تعویق افتاد.
سرهنگ رضا گیوزاد جانشین فرمانده انتظامی گناباد هم گفته بود: به دلیل نداشتن مجوز از اماکن فرماندهی انتظامی امکان برگزاری آن در ابتدای اردیبهشت ماه جاری فراهم نشد.
برگزار نشدن این کنسرت در چهارم اردیبهشت ماه موجب بازتابهایی در جامعه و از جمله فضای مجازی شد به طوری که دادستان عمومی و انقلاب گناباد هم نسبت به این مساله واکنش نشان داده بود.
دادستان عمومی و انقلاب گناباد هم گفت: هیچ یک از مسئولان انتظامی و قضایی گناباد مخالف برگزاری جشن و آیین شاد مطابق با عرف و قوانین برای مردم نیستند ولی با هر گونه اقدامات غیر قانونی مخالفند.
علیرضا محولاتی اظهار کرد: با وجود آگاهی مجریان این کنسرت نسبت به لزوم اخذ مجوزهای ترافیکی و انتظامی، ولی اقدامات قانونی در این زمینه به طور کامل انجام نشده است که این کوتاهی مهمترین علت لغو کنسرت در چهارم اردیبهشت ماه به شمار می‌رود.
