مشکل در خروج از کشور درصورت مخدوشی گذرنامه
حَجّ (ملاقات خانه خدا) یکی از مهم‌ترین فروع دین اسلام است؛ کهمسلمانان در دهه اول آخرین ماه قمری (ذی‌الحجه) به مسجد الحرام درشهر مکه در عربستان سعودی رفته و مناسک خاص آن را به جا می‌آورند. هر مسلمان در صورت دارا بودن شرایطی خاص، مکلف است حداقل یکبار در طول عمر خود آن را انجام دهد.
قرن‌ها پیش مرد و زن و کودکی تنها، چند قطعه سنگ سیاهِ ساده را ازدل کوهی در کنار مکه بریدند و بی‌هیچ ترکیب و تزئینی بر همنهادند؛ یک مکعب که نامش کعبه شد. داستان حج به همین سادگیشروع می‌شود. کعبه، قلب جهان است؛ نقطه ثابتی که همه پیرامونشدایره‌وار در گردشند. درست مثل کهکشان‌ها که تسبیح‌گوی دایره‌وارخداوندند. حج، نشانه است؛ تبلور منظومه ستایش کیهان در برابرخداوند، قرار گرفتن یک بی‌نهایت کوچک در برابر یک بی‌نهایت بزرگو… . حج، داستانی بلند از همین رمزها و رازهاست .
واژه حج
واژه حج (به فتح حاء) در لغت به معنی قصدِ همراه با حرکت است و واژه«مَحَجَّة» به معنای راهِ همواره و مستقیمی است که انسان را به مقصدمی‌رساند. نظر به این که در زیارتِ کعبه و انجام مراسم آن، قصدِ سفر وحرکت نهفته است، آن را حجّ نام نهاده‌اند. بنابر این، قبل از آن که حجحرکتی صوری، و سفری ظاهری باشد، حرکتی درونی و سیر وسیاحتی باطنی است. فقط پرواز جسم نیست، بلکه پرواز جسممقدّمه‌ای برای پرواز روح است.

حج بزرگ‌ترین کنگره جهانی است که مؤمنان و دلدادگان به اللّه با پاسخدر فراخوان خداوند و با حضور در سرزمین وحی، گسترده‌ترین وبزرگ‌ترین اجتماع بشری را شکل می‌دهند.
در ایام ذی‌الحجه سفر حج شروع شده و درصدی قابل قبولی از جمعیتایران به این سفر می‌روندبا توجه به اهمیت این سفر به سراغ پلیس امنیت عمومی استان رفته تا در خصوص تدابیر این پلیس در عملیات حج ۹۸ آگاه شویم.
رییس پلیس مهاجرت و گذرنامه خراسان رضوی گفت: عملیات حجتمتع یکی از ماموریت‌ها در حوزه کاری پلیس امنیت است.
به گزارش روزنامه “صبح امروز” سرهنگ جواد فردین‌نیا افزود: در کنارخدمت‌رسانی به حجاج و صدور روادید ما به ایرانیان در خصوصصدور گذرنامه و به اتباع در خصوص اقامت خدمت‌رسانی می‌کنیم.
وی تصریح کرد: همزمان با آغاز عملیات حج تمتع و سفر به عتباتعالیات و نزدیکی به ایام اربعین نوع ارائه خدمات همزمان شده وآماده ارائه خدمت به هم‌وطنان خود هستیم.
فردین‌نیا اظهار کرد: اداره مهاجرت و گذرنامه در جهت رفع هرگونهمشکل که در خصوص مدارک مورد نیاز برای شروع سفر دارند اعلامآمادگی می‌کنیم.
وی ادامه داد: حجاج حتما به این اداره مراجعه کرده تا از مباحثیهم‌چون اتمام تاریخ اعتبار و یا اجازه خروج اطمینان خاطر حاصلکنند.
رییس پلیس مهاجرت و گذرنامه استان خراسان رضوی بیان کرد: باتوجه به زمان کم باقی‌مانده تا شروع پروازهای حج گذرنامه‌های مخدوشیو مفقودی برای رفع مشکل خود را سریع به این اداره مراجعه کرده و درجهت رفع و رجوع آن‌ها اقدام کرده تا در حین سفر به مشکل بر نخورند.
وی توضیح داد: گذرنامه‌هایی که فاقد اعتبار یا دارای محدودیت اعتبارهستند به این اداره مراجعه کرده و ما با هماهنگی‌هایی که با سازمانحج و زیارت انجام شده در جهت تمدید اعتبار و صدور گذرنامه مجدداعلام امادگی کرده و آماده ارائه خدمت‌رسانی به حجاج عزیز هستیم.
فردین‌نیا ابراز کرد: حجاج عزیز گذرنامه‌های خود را همیشه با خودهمراه داشته و آن‌ها را داخل وسایل بار نگذاشته چرا که هر لحظه ممکناست به آن احتیاج پیدا کرده و در صورت نبود به مشکل مواجهمی‌شوند.
وی اشاره کرد: مدیران کاروان‌ها در خصوص پرداخت عوارض خروج ازکشور به صورت الکترونیکی را فراموش نکنند تا در هنگام خروج ازکشور دچار مشکل نشوند.
سرهنگ فردین‌نیا تصریح کرد: پلیس امنیت خراسان با پلیسفرودگاه نیز هماهنگ شده تا در عملیات حج ۹۸ به بهترین شکل و نحوهبه حجاج عزیز خدمت‌رسانی کنیم و با حداکثر توان و نیروی انسانیدر خدمت حجاج باشیم.
وی آمار داد: امسال بالغ بر ۹ هزار نفر از خراسان رضوی و ۲ هزار نفراز خراسان شمالی از طریق ایرلاین خراسان رضوی به عربستانمشرف می‌شوند.
