«تب مدرک‌گرایی» بلای جان فارغ‌التحصیلان دانشگاهی

مدیرعامل شبکه جامع دانشگاه‌های استان خراسان رضوی گفت: تب مدرک‌گرایی باعث ایجاد رشته‌های متعدد و به دنبال آن فارغ‌التحصیلان بیکار شده است و متاسفانه دانشگاه‌ها نتوانسته اند ذائقه‌ی داوطلبان کنکور را به سمت نیازهای جامعه سوق دهد.

به گزارش ایسنا، عباس شیخ الاسلامی، با اشاره به اینکه باید یک اقدام کارشناسانه در نیازهای کشور صورت گیرد که تاکنون انجام نشده است، عنوان کرد. در حقیقت برای اینکه بتوانیم نیازهای کشور را به در مسیر هدفمند سوق دهیم تا دانشجویان به آن سمت حرکت کنند لازم است مطالعات عمیقی در رشته های مورد نیاز بازارکار انجام شود.

وی ادامه داد: به طور مثال در سایر کشورها به ازای هر مهندس به پنج تکنسین نیاز دارند که این جداول نیاز کشور است اما در ایران از ابتدای تاسیس دانشگاه این موضوع شکل نگرفته است.

رییس سابق دانشگاه آزاد خراسان رضوی بیان کرد: در حال حاضر دانشگاه‌ها بر اساس نیازهای جامعه رشته‌های خود را اعلام نمی کنند، بلکه این مردم هستند که تعیین می کنند چه رشته هایی انتخاب شود؛ به طور مثال در  رشته‌های حقوق و روانشناسی به صورت مازاد فارغ‌التحصیل داریم و هیچگاه بررسی نشده که آیا واقعا به این تعداد کارشناس نیازمند هستیم یا خیر؟ بر اساس آمار رشته ی حقوق بیکارترین رشته در گروه علوم انسانی است.

شیخ الاسلامی با بیان اینکه معمولا هر چند سال در بین مردم تب یک رشته‌ خاص ایجاد می‌شود، افزود: در سال‌های مختلف داوطلبان به رشته‌های مختلفی سوق پیدا کرده‌اند، به عنوان مثال زمانی رشته‌های مهندسی در اولویت قرار داشتند و تقاضای کاذبی برای آن به راه افتاد.

وی اضافه کرد: اما امروز اکثر داوطلبان کنکور به سمت رشته‌های پزشکی سوق پیدا کرده‌اند و با توجه به ظرفیت محدود این رشته، تعداد زیادی از این داوطلبان خواسته خود دست نمی‌یابند و افسرده می شوند که نتیجه‌ی آن توزیع ناعادلانه داوطلبان در رشته های مختلف است که منجر به بیکاری فارغ‌التحصیلان دانشگاهی می‌شود.

دانشگاه‌ها یک صنف درآمدساز شده‌اند

عضو هیات علمی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی خراسان رضوی با تاکید براینکه در ایران حدود 2700 موسسه آموزش عالی و حدود یک میلیون و 300 هزار صندلی خالی در دانشگاه‌ها  وجود دارد، در حالی‌که این تعداد متقاضی برای آن‌ها وجود ندارد، خاطرنشان کرد: متاسفانه دانشگاه‌ها یک صنف درآمدساز شده‌اند و نگاه کاسب گرایانه به آن‌ها وجود دارد که در نتیجه به ضرر دانشگاه‌ها و از طرفی کاهش سطح علمی دانشجویان را به دنبال دارد و جوانان نیز بی انگیزه می‌شوند.

شیخ الاسلامی خاطرنشان کرد: با توجه مشکلات موجود در آموزش عالی کشور، تنها راهکار حرکت به سمت فنی‌وحرفه‌ای و آموزش‌های علمی و کاربردی است. متاسفانه دانشگاه‌ها رشته‌های خود را بر اساس نیاز جامعه اعلام نمی‌کنند که این امر بیکاری فارغ‌التحصیلان را به دنبال دارد.
