گرانی مواد پتروشیمی ربطی به دلار ندارد
رئیس انجمن مواد شوینده و بهداشتی خراسان رضوی گفت: گرانی مواد پتروشیمی ربطی به دلار نداشته و صنایع پتروشیمی ایران افزایش قیمت داشته است.
به گزارش ایسنا،هادی بنیزاده در خصوص مشکلات و معضلات موجود در بخش تولید لوازم بهداشتی افزود: همواره در بخش تولید با مشکلاتی مانند وارد کردن مواد اولیه مواجه هستیم و در حال حاضر واردات بسیار مشکل شده است.
وی در خصوص افزایش قیمت مواد پتروشیمی ادامه داد: از طرفی دیگر مواد پتروشیمی نیز گران شده و در واقع ما این دسته مواد را با دو برابر قیمت مصوب از سوی دولت خریداری میکنیم، بنابراین مجبور هستیم این مواد پتروشیمی را خریداری کرده تا خط تولید ما فعال باشد و اصطلاحا خط تولید نخوابد.
رئیس انجمن مواد شوینده و بهداشتی خراسان رضوی با تاکید بر اینکه گرانی مواد پتروشیمی ربطی به دلار نداشته و صنایع پتروشیمی ایران افزایش قیمت داشته است، تصریح کرد: در واقع مواد پتروشیمی با آن قیمت مصوب شده توسط دولت به فروش نمیرسد و این دسته از مواد شیمیایی با قیمت دو برابر در بازار به فروش میرسد، درنهایت باعث شده که مشکلات بسیاری را برای قیمت تمام شده کالای ما ایجاد کند.
نبیزاده با اشاره به مشکلات لوازم بهداشتی در بخش بازار عنوان کرد: در بازار برای اینکه مردم کالای ایرانی را خریداری کنند، نیاز به تبلیغات بیشتری است، در واقع وسایل ارتباط جمعی مثل صداوسیما و… باید برای مصرف کالای ایرانی مردم را تشویق کنند.
وی افزود: به هر حال مواد بهداشتی و شویندههای ما از نظر کیفیت و توانایی در تولید در منطقه حرف اول را میزنند اما متاسفانه مردم ما خارجیپسند هستند، این در حالی است که معلوم نیست این کالاهای خارجی دقیقا با چه کیفیتی و از کجا هستند. بنابراین مردم ما باید تشویق شوند تا کالای ایرانی را خرید کنند. کیفیت کالای ایرانی با استانداردهای اروپا برابری میکند.
رئیس انجمن شوینده و بهداشتی خراسان رضوی در خصوص گرایش مردم به کالاهای خارجی خاطرنشان کرد: از تبلیغات قبلی در ذهن مردم ثبت شده که کالای خارجی بهتر از داخلی بوده و این در حالیست که کالای ایرانی نسبت به بسیاری از کالاهای خارجی بهتر است زیرا ما دارای علم و تکنولوژی مورد نیاز برای تولید یک کالای مرغوب و با کیفیت هستیم.
بنیزاده با اشاره به کنترل قیمتها در حوزه لوازم بهداشتی اظهار کرد: فروشندگان تمایل بیشتر برای به فروش رساندن کالاهای خارجی دارند زیرا قیمت کالاهای خارجی مصوب نیست و سودهای سرشاری برای آنها به همراه دارد. بنابراین ترجیح میدهند که کالای خارجی را به فروش برسانند و عرضه کنند.
وی اضافه کرد: در خصوص کالاهای ایرانی با توجه به نوع کالا و بستهبندی آن با قیمتی خاص عرضه میشود، اما اختلاف قیمتها زیاد نیست، ممکن است که کالای با کیفیت ایرانی 10 تا 15 درصد اختلاف قیمت داشته باشد اما شاید کالای خارجی حدود 100 درصد برای فروشنده سود داشته باشد.
رئیس انجمن شوینده و بهداشتی خراسان رضوی عنوان کرد: در حوزه لوازم بهداشتی نیز کالاهای تقلبی بسیار است و برخورد نیز میشود اما این امر نیازمند نظارت و برخورد بیشتری در کالای قاچاق و تقلبی است. کالاهای تقلبی خارجی را در زیرزمین تولید میشوند. بایستی برخورد شدیدتری در این امر صورت گیرد.
بنیزاده در خصوص واردات به صورت رسمی و غیررسمی تصریح کرد: اگر کالایی به صورت رسمی وارد شود، حقوق دولتی به آن کالا تعلق میگیرد. ما نیز با این مساله مخالف نیستیم و باید در کشور واردات رسمی باشد و حق دولت را نیز بدهند و رقابت نیز در بازار وجود داشته باشد.
وی ادامه داد: اما برخی کالای قاچاق که تاریخ مصرف آن گذشته یا دارای شناسنامه نیست که کجا تولید شده، را وارد میکنند که این امر خوب نیست اما کالایی که به صورت رسمی وارد میشود و میتوان با آن کالا رقابت کرد، مشکلی را ایجاد نمیکند. البته با نظارتهای اخیر مقداری میزان قاچاق کم شده است ولی بایستی دستورالعملهای سختتری برای مبارزه با قاچاق باشد.
رئیس انجمن شوینده و بهداشتی خراسان رضوی خاطرنشان کرد: با توجه به سال حمایت از کالای ایرانی، برای حمایت از کالای داخلی ما، بایستی تبلیغاتی مناسب برای خرید کالای ایرانی شود. همچنین سازمانهای امور مالیاتی به واحدهای تولید فشار وارد نکنند. اکثر واحدهای تولیدی از سوی سازمان امور مالیاتی تحت فشار زیادی قرار گرفتند و سازمان امور مالیاتی تمام کسری بودجه خود را سوی واحدهای تولیدی میگیرد که این امر باعث شده برخی تولیدکنندگان واحد خود را تعطیل کنند.
بنیزاده با بیان اینکه حمایت باید واقعی باشد و نه تبلیغاتی، اظهار کرد: حمایت باید حمایتی واقعی باشد تا واحد تولیدی بتواند به فعالیت خود ادامه دهد. همچنین تامین اجتماعی و سازمان تامین اجتماعی فشار کمتری را وارد کنند.
