رهبر معظم انقلاب اسلامی در دیدار هزاران نفر از دانشجویان و دانشآموزان:
مذاکره با آمریکا هیچ نتیجهای ندارد چون قطعا هیچ امتیازی نمیدهند
حضرت آیت الله خامنهای رهبر معظم انقلاب اسلامی صبح امروز (یکشنبه) و در آستانه ۱۳ آبان روز ملی مبارزه با استکبار جهانی در دیدار هزاران نفر از دانش آموزان و دانشجویان سراسر کشور، نسل جوان پرتوان، پر نشاط و پر انگیزه را نعمتی بزرگ و ذخیره ای ارزشمند برای ایران خواندند و با اشاره به استمرار خصومت عمیق امریکا با ملت ایران از کودتای ۱۳۳۲ تاکنون تأکید کردند: امریکای گرگصفت البته ضعیفتر اما وحشیتر و وقیحتر شده است و در مقابل، جمهوری اسلامی ایران با دفاع مقتدرانه و منع مستدل مذاکره، راه نفوذ و ورود مجدد امریکا به کشور را سد کرده است.
رهبر انقلاب اسلامی همچنین «رونق تولید» را کلید حل مشکلات اقتصادی مردم از جمله گرانی، تورم و کم شدن ارزش پول ملی خواندند و افزودند: نباید همچنان که مدتی بیهوده منتظر برجام ماندیم حالا در انتظار اقدامات اروپاییها یا مسائل دیگر معطل بمانیم بلکه باید به داخل دل ببندیم و همه توان را برای رونق تولید بهکار گیریم.
حضرت آیت الله خامنه ای کودتای ۲۸ مرداد ۱۳۳۲ را سرآغاز دشمنی آشکار شیطان بزرگ با ملت ایران خواندند و افزودند: امریکاییها با آن کودتا، حتی به دولت مصدق که به آنها اعتماد کرده بود رحم نکردند و با ساقط کردن دولت ملی، دولتی وابسته، فاسد و دیکتاتور را روی کار آوردند و به این شکل بزرگترین دشمنیِ ممکن را در حق ملت ایران انجام دادند.
ایشان افزودند: دولتی که با کودتا سرنگون شد، در واقع چوب اعتماد به شیطان بزرگ را خورد و امریکایی ها بهواسطه رژیم پهلوی بر نیروهای مسلح، نفت، سیاست، فرهنگ، اقتصاد و همه عرصه های کشور تسلط کامل یافتند.
رهبر انقلاب با اشاره به اینکه برخی از جمله امریکاییها در تلاشند با تحریف تاریخ، آغاز خصومت امریکا با ایران را به تسخیر لانه جاسوسی ربط دهند، خاطرنشان کردند: امریکاییها از ابتدای روابط با ایران، با طرح های به ظاهر دوستانه، باطناً با ملت ایران دشمنی می کردند که این دشمنی با کودتای ۲۸ مرداد علنی شد و این مقطع آغاز خصومت علنی امریکا با ایران است.
ایشان کودتای مرداد ۱۳۳۲ را موجب آگاهی بیشتر ملت خواندند و افزودند: ده سال بعد در سال ۱۳۴۲ که مبارزات اسلامی و مردمی شروع شد، امام خمینی با درک موضع حقیقی و قلبی مردم، این واقعیت را بیان کردند که امروز در اذهان ملت ایران هیچ فردی منفورتر از رئیس جمهور امریکا نیست.
حضرت آیت الله خامنه ای با بیان این واقعیت که امریکا از آن روز تا امروز هیچ تغییری نکرده است، گفتند: همان شرارت، همان گرگ صفتی، همان تلاش برای ایجاد دیکتاتوری بین المللی و همان سلطه طلبیِ بی حد، امروز نیز در امریکا وجود دارد البته با وحشی گری و وقاحت بیشتر.
ایشان با یادآوری فشار و خفقان حاکم بر ایران در دوران رژیم دیکتاتوری وابسته به امریکا گفتند: انقلاب اسلامی اساساً علیه امریکا و آن رژیم وابسته بود و عامه مردم به رهبری امام خمینی، بساط پادشاهی فاسد و وابسته را جمع کردند و جمهوری اسلامی را بر سر کار آوردند.
رهبر انقلاب با یادآوری برخی اقدامات امریکاییها در ۴۱ سال گذشته از جمله تهدید، کودتا، تحریم، تحریک قومیتها، تجزیه طلبی، آشوب طلبی، محاصره اقتصادی، نفوذ و روشهای دیگر تأکید کردند: آنها در این مدت هرچه بلد بودند و می توانستند علیه نهادهای برخاسته از انقلاب بهویژه اصل جمهوری اسلامی توطئه و اقدام کردند که البته ما هم در مقابل هر کاری توانستیم کردیم و در موارد زیادی حریف را به گوشه رینگ بردیم.
حضرت آیت الله خامنه ای «سد کردن راه نفوذ مجدد سیاسی و تسلط دوباره امریکاییها بر ایران» را مهمترین پاسخ جمهوری اسلامی در مقابل توطئه های حاکمان واشنگتن برشمردند و تأکید کردند: منع مکرر مذاکره با امریکا یکی از ابزارهای مهم بستن راه ورود آنان به ایران عزیز است.
ایشان مخالفت جمهوری اسلامی با امریکاییها را دارای منطقی مستحکم خواندند و افزودند: این روش عقلانی، راه نفوذ مجدد امریکاییها را می بندد، ابهت حقیقی و اقتدار ایران را به جهانیان ثابت می کند و ابهت پوشالی طرف مقابل را در دنیا فرو می ریزد.
حضرت آیت الله خامنه ای با اشاره به تکبر و خوی استکباری امریکا خاطرنشان کردند: امریکاییها که برای مذاکره با سران کشورها بر سر آنها منت می گذارند، سالهاست برای گفتگو با مقامات ایران اصرار می کنند اما جمهوری اسلامی امتناع می کند که تحمل این مسئله برای دشمنان ملت خیلی سخت است، زیرا به جهانیان ثابت می کند در دنیا حکومتی وجود دارد که قدرت غاصبانه و دیکتاتوری بین المللی امریکا را قبول ندارد و زیر بار حرف زور نمی رود.
رهبر انقلاب مذاکره با امریکا را حقیقتاً بی نتیجه برشمردند و تأکید کردند: برخی که مذاکره با امریکا را حلّال مشکلات می دانند، صددرصد اشتباه می کنند و هیچ نتیجه ای از گفتگو با امریکایی ها حاصل نخواهد شد، چرا که آنها یقیناً و قطعاً هیچ امتیازی نخواهند داد.
ایشان در همین زمینه این واقعیت را یادآوری کردند که طرف مقابل، نشستن مقامات ایرانی پشت میز مذاکره را به معنای به زانو درآوردن جمهوری اسلامی می داند و از اصرار بر مذاکره این هدف را دارد که به جهانیان بگوید فشار حداکثری و تحریم ها سرانجام نتیجه داد و ایرانی ها به زانو درآمدند.
حضرت آیت الله خامنه ای افزودند: اگر مسئولان جمهوری اسلامی ساده لوحی می کردند و به مذاکره می رفتند، از فشارها و تحریم ها هیچ چیزی کم نمی شد، بلکه راه برای طرح رسمی توقعات و تحمیل های جدید امریکایی ها باز می شد.
رهبر انقلاب با اشاره به تلاشهای بی نتیجه امریکا برای حذف یا محدود کردن قدرت دفاع موشکی ایران افزودند: امروز به فضل الهی و همت جوانان میهن، دارای موشکهای دقیق با بُرد دو هزار کیلومتر هستیم که می تواند به هر هدفی با خطای فقط یک متر اصابت کند.
ایشان گفتند: اگر به مذاکره می رفتیم، امریکایی های متوقع پای موشکها را به میان می کشیدند و مثلاً می گفتند باید موشکهای ایران حداکثر ۱۵۰ کیلومتر بُرد داشته باشد که اگر مسئولان ما این را می پذیرفتند، پدر کشور در می آمد و اگر نمی پذیرفتند همین آش و همین کاسه تکرار می شد.
حضرت آیت الله خامنه ای تجربه هایی نظیر مذاکرات بی نتیجه کوبا و کره شمالی با امریکا را درس آموز خواندند و گفتند: مسئولان امریکا و کره شمالی متقابلاً قربان صدقه یکدیگر هم رفتند اما در نهایت امریکاییها براساس روال خود در مذاکرات، یک ذره از تحریم ها کم نکردند و هیچ امتیازی ندادند.
ایشان با اشاره به اصرار دولت فرانسه به واسطهگری گفتند: رئیس جمهور فرانسه یک ملاقات با ترامپ را حلّال همه مشکلات ایران دانسته بود که باید بگوییم این شخص یا خیلی ساده است و یا همدست امریکاییها است.
رهبر انقلاب اسلامی افزودند: اخیراً نیز با این که می دانستم نمیشود، اما برای امتحان و به منظور روشن شدن موضوع برای همگان، گفتم با وجود خطایی که امریکاییها با خروج از برجام مرتکب شدند، اگر همه تحریم ها را بردارند، می توانند در مجموعه برجام شرکت کنند اگرچه میدانستم که قبول نمی کنند و به همین صورت هم شد.
ایشان با طرح این سؤال که حدّ توقف خواسته ها و توقعات امریکا از ایران کجا است، گفتند: آنها فعلاً می گویند در منطقه فعال نباشید، به جبهه مقاومت کمک نکنید، در برخی کشورها حضور نداشته باشید و توان دفاعی و تولید موشک خود را متوقف کنید و بعد از این خواستهها خواهند گفت از قوانین و حدود دینی دست بردارید و بر موضوع حجاب اسلامی نیز تأکید نکنید، بنابراین خواستههای امریکا هیچگاه تمامی ندارد.
رهبر انقلاب اسلامی افزودند: من چند سال قبل در دیدار با مسئولان در همین حسینیه گفتم آنجایی که امریکا متوقف خواهد شد و دیگر توقع جدیدی مطرح نخواهد کرد، کجاست؟ توقعات امریکا حدّ یقف ندارد.
حضرت آیت الله خامنه ای با اشاره به اینکه امریکاییها به دنبال بازگرداندن ایران به شرایط پیش از انقلاب هستند، تأکید کردند: انقلاب اسلامی محکم تر از این حرف ها است و اراده پولادین و عزم راسخ جمهوری اسلامی هیچگاه اجازه نخواهد داد که امریکا با چنین ترفندهایی بار دیگر به ایران بازگردد.
ایشان در ادامه سخنان خود به مسائل داخلی کشور و موضوع رونق تولید اشاره کردند و گفتند: هشت ماه از اعلام شعار سال گذشت. البته در این هشت ماه برخی کارهای خوب انجام گرفته است اما بخش هایی هم وجود دارند که همچنان به کار و تلاش بیشتر نیاز دارند.
رهبر انقلاب اسلامی با اشاره به اینکه کلید حل مشکلات اقتصادی کشور در گرو رونق تولید است، افزودند: من اقتصاددان نیستم اما اقتصاددانها بهصورت اجماعی، در سخنان و اظهارنظرهای خود شعار سال را تأیید کردند زیرا اشتغال، ثروت ملی، رفاه عمومی و حتی پیشرفت علمی بهواسطه رونق تولید بهوجود می آید.
حضرت آیت الله خامنه ای تأکید کردند: کاهش فشار به مردم و حل مشکلاتی همچون گرانی، تورم و کم ارزش شدن پول ملی تنها با اهتمام به موضوع تولید ملی امکان پذیر خواهد بود.
ایشان با اشاره به سخنان چندی پیش وزیر صنعت مبنی بر اینکه هر جا یک واحد صنعتی در آستانه تعطیلی قرار بگیرد، به کمک آن می رویم، گفتند: این سخنان، عالی و خرسند کننده است و حالا باید پای این قول بایستند و دیگر مسئولان نیز همینگونه عمل کنند.
حضرت آیت الله خامنه ای با انتقاد از رویکرد «منتظر خارجیها ماندن» گفتند: یک مدت معطل برجام بودیم، یک مدت دیگر هم معطل دستور رئیس جمهور امریکا برای تمدید مهلتهای سهماههای بودیم که متأسفانه در برجام گذاشتهاند، و یک مدت هم معطل بمانیم برای رئیسجمهور فرانسه و برنامه های فرانسویها، در حالی که این انتظارها، سرمایه گذار و فعال اقتصادی را دچار بلاتکلیفی می کند و کشور را به رکود و عقبماندگی می کشاند.
ایشان تأکید کردند: این انتظارها را رها کنید. البته نمی گویم رابطه ها را قطع کنید بلکه میگویم به خارجی ها دل نبندید و فقط به داخل دل ببندید.
حضرت آیت الله خامنه ای به سخنان یکی از استانداران درباره انعقاد ۹۰ هزار میلیارد تومان قرارداد در استان طی چند ماه اشاره کردند و گفتند: این نشان دهنده بخش کوچکی از ظرفیتهای بی شمار استانها است که باید برروی همین ظرفیتها متمرکز شد و آنها را پیگیری کرد.
ایشان یکی دیگر از راههای رونق تولید را جلوگیری از واردات کالاهای دارای تولید داخل دانستند و افزودند: عده ای هستند که حیات و ثروت بادآوردهشان وابسته به واردات است اما واردات زائد و بی رویه موجب ورشکستگی تولید داخل و بیکار ماندن جوانان خواهد شد، بنابراین علاج واقعی مشکلات این است که دولت و مجلس، برای عملیاتی و اجرایی شدن سیاستهای صحیح ابلاغی، برنامه ریزی کنند.
حضرت آیت الله خامنه ای در بخش دیگری از سخنانشان، با تمجید از خصوصیات نسل جوان از جمله انگیزه، انرژی و آمادگی برای انجام دادن وظایف گفتند: کشور به معنای حقیقی کلمه به این نسل احتیاج دارد چرا که این جوانان متدین هستند که با احساس مسئولیت و در صراط مستقیم ایران را می سازند و به پیش خواهند برد.
ایشان با انتقاد مجدد از موضوع محدود کردن نسل افزودند: آثار چنین اقدامات خطرناکی دو دهه بعد آشکار خواهد شد که ایران دیگر از نسل جوان متراکم برخوردار نیست.
رهبر انقلاب با اشاره به قول مسئولان برای برطرف کردن مشکلات موجود و مقابله با تحدید نسل تأکید کردند: این موضوع باید با جدیت دنبال شود.
حضرت آیت الله خامنه ای در پایان سخنان خود گفتند: ظرفیت های کشور بسیار زیاد است و جمهوری اسلامی به حول و قوه الهی و به کوری چشم آنهایی که نمی توانند ببینند، از همه مشکلات، سرافراز بیرون خواهد رفت.
