شکاف صف و ستاد مهمترین مشکل آموزش و پرورش است
معاون پرورشی و فرهنگی وزارت آموزش و پرورش، شکاف بین صف و ستاد را از مهمترین مشکلات این وزارتخانه دانست.
علیرضا کاظمی روز دوشنبه در نشست هیات اندیشه ورز آموزش و پرورش در مشهد گفت: برنامه ریزی های ستاد آموزش و پرورش هیچ ارتباطی با نیاز معلمان ندارد و برنامه های بلند مدت و کوتاه مدت به صورت قاعده مند بین صف و ستاد اجرا نمی شود.
وی افزود: ایجاد ارتباط با معلمان در کلاس درس بهترین روش برای شناخت نیاز و مشکلات آموزش و پرورش است.
وی با بیان اینکه معلمان می توانند مسیرهای اصلی برنامه ریزی را به ما نشان دهند اظهار کرد: با توجه به فضای موجود به عنوان افسران جنگ نرم در فضای آموزش و پرورش وظیفه بسیار سنگینی داریم.
کاظمی با بیان اینکه خراسان رضوی 20 برابر سایر استان های کشور حجم کاری دارد گفت: این استان در سال گذشته 36 برنامه ملی اجرا کرد. بهترین سرمایه معاونت پرورشی و فرهنگی آموزش و پرورش، حوزه قرآن، عترت و نماز است.
مدیر کل آموزش و پرورش خراسان رضوی نیز در این مراسم گفت: رویکرد سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش رویکرد فرهنگی و تربیتی است.
قاسمعلی خدابنده افزود: از میان 6 ساحت سند تحول بنیادین، چهار ساحت تربیت اخلاقی، تربیت زیستی و بدنی، تربیت زیباشناختی و تربیت اجتماعی و سیاسی دارای رویکرد فرهنگی است و فقط 2 ساحت آموزش فناوری و اقتصادی در این سند رویکرد غیر فرهنگی دارد.
وی اظهار کرد: وظیفه مربیان پرورشی در مدارس بسیار سنگین است و باید بیش از پیش به حوزه فرهنگ و تربیت در مدارس توجه شود.
وی با بیان اینکه مدارس باید تبدیل به کانون های فرهنگی شوند گفت: فعالیت های فرهنگی و تربیتی در مدارس باید اوج بگیرد.
مدیر کل آموزش و پرورش خراسان رضوی افزود: با اقدامات و فعالیت های فرهنگی نظام تعلیم و تربیت از رخوت و رکود خارج می شود.
وی اظهار کرد: با توجه به اینکه رویکرد خوبی در حوزه فرهنگی آموزش و پرورش حاکم است باید برای پیشبرد بیشتر اهداف از ظرفیت سایر دستگاه ها و نهادها نیز بهره مند شویم.
