تراژدی فرش‌های دستباف بی‌گره!

هنگامی که با فعالان فرش دستباف در خصوص علل تنزل جایگاه فرش در بازارهای داخلی و خارجی صحبت می‌شود، بسیاری از عزیزان درباره عواملی مثل نقش دولت و تحریم و… صحبت می‌نمایند که بخش عمده‌ای از آن درست و اصولی است. اما شوربختانه عده‌ای از این عزیزان از نقش خودشان و فعالان فرش مشابه خودشان و نقش مخرب آن در تنزل جایگاه قالی ایران کمتر سخن می‌گویند. برخی از عزیزان تولید‌کننده با عملکرد خود چنان ضربه‌ای به فرش وارد نموده که ممکن است دیگر نتوان جبران کرد. یکی از چالش‌های فرش دستباف تراژدی غم‌انگیز تولید فرش‌های بی‌گره است. روایت بافت فرش‌های بی‌گره به اواخر دوره قاجار برمی‌گردد که بازار فرش دستباف در اروپا داغ شد و شرکت‌های چندملیتی به خصوص شرکت قالی شرق کرمان در تولید هر چه بیشتر فرش دستباف جهت صدور به بازارهای اروپا تعجیل داشت. در نتیجه در برخی مناطق ایران جفتی بافی و در مناطقی هم بدتر از جفتی بافی یعنی بی‌گره بافی رایج گردید. از دهه 60 به بعد نسل جدیدی از فرش‌های بی‌گره به بازار فرش عرضه شد که از نظر مواد اولیه تراکم، رنگ‌بندی و استفاده از رنگ‌های طبیعی جنبه هنری و کلکسیونی داشتند و متاسفانه بعضا دارای برند شناخته شده بودند اما در واقع در این فرش‌های به ظاهر زیبا، اثری از گره استاندارد رایج در قالیبافی ایران دیده نمی‌شود. در بافت این فرش‌ها دقیقا مثل فرش ماشینی، خامه قالی بدون اینکه کوچکترین تابی در تارهای زیر یا رو داشته باشد، به صورت U شکل قرار می‌گیرد. فاجعه بارتر آن که همین بی‌گره در تولید این فرش‌های به ظاهر زیبا به صورت جفتی هم در فرش بافته می‌شود. در این حالت بافنده خامه قالی را از زیر دو تار زیری از روی تارهای رویی عبور داده و به صورت نعل اسبی قرار داده می‌شود.
کجا رفت آن روزهایی که سیسل ادواردز در خاطرات خود که مربوط به 70 سال قبل است نقل می‌نماید؟ نقل به مضمون روایت ادواردز نویسنده کتاب مرجع قالی ایران این است که والی وقت یزد مطلع می‌شود که بافنده فرشی که گره جفتی باف در فرش استفاده می‌نموده از ولایت مجاور وارد یزد می‌شود. والی یزد دستور می‌دهد که هر چه زودتر این بافنده را از شهر خارج نمایند. مرحوم ادواردز در همان کتاب بدرستی پیش بینی نمود که غده سرطانی فرش یعنی جفتی بافی به سرعت در کل کشور منتشر خواهد شد. اما در پیش بینی ویروس بی‌گره بافی عاجز بود. اگر آن روز حدس می‌زد که یک روزی برخی خواص فرش در قالی بی‌گره هم حالت جفت استفاده خواهند نمود، قطعا دیگران می‌گفتند ادواردز دیوانه است!!!
