نخستین شماره از دوره دوم ماهنامه کتابخوان به همراه آثار و گفتاری از احمد شعبانی، فریبرز خسروی، اسماعیل امینی، حسین اسرافیلی، راضیه تجار، سعید بیابانکی، علیرضا قزوه، محمدعلی مجاهدی، مصطفی محدثی خراسانی، عبدالجبار کاکایی، حجت الاسلام و المسلمین سید محمود دعایی، محمدعلی قندهاری نیا و محمد جواد حق‌شناس ویژه مردادماه ۱۳۹۹ منتشر شد.
به گزارش روابط عمومی اداره کل کتابخانه های عمومی خراسان رضوی، با هدف شفاف سازی فعالیت ها، اطلاع رسانی مناسب و دسترسی عموم مردم، نخبگان و مخاطبان به اخبار و برنامه های کتابخانه های عمومی کشور، نخستین شماره از دوره دوم ماهنامه کتابخوان ویژه مردادماه ۱۳۹۹ توسط اداره کل روابط عمومی و امور بین الملل نهاد تهیه و منتشر شد.
این شماره از «ماهنامه کتابخوان» با آثار و گفتارهایی از احمد شعبانی، عضو هیأت علمی دانشگاه اصفهان؛ فریبرز خسروی، رئیس انجمن کتابداری و اطلاع‌رسانی ایران؛ اسماعیل امینی، شاعر و منتقد ادبی؛ حسین اسرافیلی، شاعر پیشکسوت ادبیات آیینی؛ راضیه تجار، نویسنده و منتقد؛ سعید بیابانکی، شاعر و منتقد ادبی؛ علیرضا قزوه شاعر نویسنده؛ محمدعلی مجاهدی، شاعر پیشکسوت شعر آیینی؛ مصطفی محدثی خراسانی، شاعر و منتقد؛ رضا اسماعیلی، شاعر؛ محموداکرامی فر، شاعر؛ عبدالجبار کاکایی، شاعر؛ عبدالرحیم سعیدی راد، شاعر؛ مجید ملامحمدی، نویسنده و شاعر کودک و نوجوان؛ حجت الاسلام و المسلمین سید محمود دعایی، مدیرمسئول روزنامه اطلاعات؛ محمدعلی قندهاری نیا، مدیرعامل مؤسسه جام جم؛ محمد جواد حق‌شناس، رئیس کمیسیون فرهنگی اجتماعی شورای اسلامی شهر تهران؛ محمدمهدی ذوالفقارزاده، عضو هیأت علمی دانشکدهٔ مدیریت دانشگاه تهران؛ سیدمجید مطهری‌نژاد، عضو هیأت علمی دانشکدهٔ فرهنگ و ارتباطات دانشگاه امام صادق علیه‌السلام و امیرهوشنگ حیدری، سرپرست گروه آینده‌اندیشی مرکز تحقیقات سیاست علمی کشور همراه شده است.
مطالب این شماره در پنج بخش شامل «در حدیث دیگران»، «اخبار»، «پرونده»، «فرهنگی» و «پژوهش و نوآوری» دسته بندی شده است. «در حدیث دیگران»، روایت رسانه های سراسری از نهاد کتابخانه های عمومی کشور است. در این بخش، سخنان صاحب نظران در حوزه علم اطلاعات و دانش شناسی، شعر و ادبیات در خصوص اقدامات نهاد کتابخانه های عمومی کشور در ایام شیوع ویروس کرونا، در قالب مصاحبه آمده است.
همچنین بخش «خبر» به مرور مهم ترین اخبار مربوط به نهاد کتابخانه ها می پردازد. این بخش با «گزارش وزیر فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی از مشکلات و دغدغه های نهاد کتابخانه های عمومی» آغاز شده و در ادامه به خبرهایی چون «دیدار مدیران وزارت فرهنگ و ارشاد و دبیرکل نهاد با معاون اول رئیس جمهور»، «انتصاب دبیر نخستین دوره جشنواره «کتابخوان و رسانه»، «نامگذاری کتابخانه به نام روح الله رجایی»، «افتتاح کتابخانه مترو ایستگاه حضرت ولیعصر(عج)»، «انتصاب امیرحسین بانکی پور به عنوان ناظر مجلس در هیأت امنای کتابخانه های عمومی کشور» و … می پردازد.
در بخش «پرونده» پس از تشریح قانون تأسیس نهاد و بررسی مشکلات حال حاضر، مصاحبه ای با دبیرکل نهاد در خصوص ریشه یابی مشکلات نهاد کتابخانه های عمومی کشور آمده است. در ادامه این بخش موضوع پیگیری برای رفع مشکلات نهاد با مرور اخبار مربوط به نشست های اعضای مجمع نمایندگان استان ها با دبیرکل نهاد، دیدار علیرضا مختارپور با رئیس کمیسیون برنامه و بودجه مجلس و نایب رئیس کمیسیون فرهنگی مجلس و دیدار مدیران کل کتابخانه های عمومی در استان ها با نمایندگان مجلس، آمده است.
همچنین بخش «فرهنگی» به مرور اخبار مهم ترین اقدامات فرهنگی انجام شده از سوی نهاد کتابخانه های عمومی در دوره شیوع ویروس کرونا از جمله «مسابقه کتابخوانی فرهنگ مختصر امر به معروف و نهی از منکر»، «راه اندازی محافل ادبی نهاد»، «پویش اقتراح ماسک» و … می پردازد.
بخش «پژوهش و نوآوری» نیز به مرور مهم ترین اخبار مربوط به این حوزه شامل «تعامل دانشوران پارک های علم و فناوری با شبکه گسترده کتابخانه های عمومی کشور»، «نشست مجازی زیست فرهنگ در جهان شبکه ای آینده»، «تدوین استاندارد کتابخانه های عمومی ایران»، «مروری بر وضعیت طرح های پژوهشی نهاد کتابخانه های عمومی کشور» می پردازد.
