بعضی رفتارها باعث شکاف در جامعه میشود
دبیر حزب مؤتلفه اسلامی در خراسان رضوی گفت:کشوری که از اقلیتهای فرهنگی و دینی مختلفی تشکیل شده و قرنها است که صدها خردهفرهنگ در کنار هم زندگی میکنند با ایجاد چنین شکافی به وحدت و انسجام ملی زیان وارد خواهد شد.
جواد آرینمنش در خصوص مساله سپنتا نیکنام، اظهار کرد: آنچه اتفاق افتاد مسئله بسیار کوچک حقوقی بود که میتوانست از طریق مراجع مربوطه ابهاماتش برطرف و در خصوص آن تصمیمگیری شود.
وی افزود: متأسفانه این مسئله کوچک حقوقی تبدیل به موضوع اول رسانهای کشور شد در شرایطی که مردم مشکلات بسیاری همچون مسائل اقتصادی، بیکاری، اشتغال و مشکلات اجتماعی دارند عمده کردن این مسئله سبب ایجاد شبهه میشود.
آرینمنش گفت: شورای نگهبان عنوان کرده که اگر اکثریت مردم شهری مسلمان باشند، انتخاب فردی غیرمسلمان با استناد به اینکه امور ولایتی و حکومتی را نمیشود به این فرد واگذار کرد، خلاف است.
این فعال سیاسی اصولگرا با بیان اینکه فقهای شورای نگهبان باید در خصوص این ماجرا دلایلی داشته باشند، تصریح کرد: این فرد نماینده اقلیتی است که در مجلس شورای اسلامی تصمیمات کلان در مورد مهمترین مسائل کشور میگیرد. طبق قانون اساسی، نماینده اقلیت در مسائل کلان کشور باید رأی دهد.
وی با تاکید بر اینکه باید به افکار عمومی توجه شود، افزود: کسانی که به دعوت نظام جمهوری اسلامی پای صندوقهای رأی میآیند و نمیتوان به راحتی منتخب مردم را ساقط کرد.
دبیر حزب مؤتلفه اسلامی در خراسان رضوی عنوان کرد: طبق قانون اساسی، شورای نگهبان در ابتدا نمیتواند در خصوص قانون، اشکالات آن یا حذف بندی از قانون اظهارنظر کند. بعد از تصویب طرح یا لایحهای در مجلس شورای اسلامی، برای مغایر نبودن آن با شرع یا قانون اساسی به شورای نگهبان ارجاع داده میشود. علاوهبراین، قانونی که مجلس شورای اسلامی به آن استناد و بر اساس آن نماینده را انتخاب کرده، پیش از این عدم مغایرتش با شرع و قانون اساسی توسط شورای نگهبان تأیید شده بود.
نماینده پیشین مردم مشهد در مجلس شورای اسلامی با بیان اینکه اکثریت شورای شهر یزد مسلمان هستند پس رأی یک نفر نمیتواند بر آنها غالب باشد، تصریح کرد: این فرد قبلا نیز نماینده مردم بوده است. با توجه به مجموعه این استدلالها روا نیست که چنین موضوعی به خوراکی برای رسانههای داخلی و خارجی تبدیل شود.
آرینمنش با اشاره به تبعات این اقدام، گفت: آثار این حرکتها، بیاعتمادی مردم به نظام، کاهش در میزان مشارکت مردم، ایجاد شکاف بین مردم و مسئولان، عدم ارتباط دوستانه و صمیمانه بین مردم و شورای نگهبان، تبدیل شدن آن به خوراکی برای رسانههای خارجی و درست کردن مسائل فرعی و حاشیهای است و هیچ پیامد مثبتی در این ارتباط وجود ندارد.
