رییس هیات مدیره باشگاه آلومینیوم گفت برکناری سرمربی این تیم با نظر تمامی اعضای هیات مدیره صورت پذیرفته است و همگی به این نتیجه رسیدیم که آقای حنطه توانایی و انگیزه کافی را برای موفقیت آلومینیوم دارا نیست.
بابک مصطفایی، افزود: با توجه به لطمه ای که تداوم نتایج کسب شده توسط علی حنطه به اعتبار ایرالکو وارد می کرد هیات مدیره باشگاه تصمیم به تغییر روی نیمکت تیم گرفت و تمامی اعضا روی این مسئله تاکید داشتند.
وی خاطرنشان کرد: متاسفانه نتایج کسب شده در زمان سرمربیگری علی حنطه به حدی برایمان غیرقابل قبول بود که هیچ توجیهی در این زمینه از جانب هیات مدیره پذیرفتنی نبود ما تمامی خواسته های ایشان را برآورده کردیم اما متاسفانه وی نه تنها در نتیجه گیری موفق نبود بلکه برای به موفقیت رساندن این تیم که عاشقان زیادی در استان مرکزی دارد انگیزه کافی نداشت و به همین دلیل وی از کار برکنار شد و سرمربی جدید مشغول به کار شد.
