زدوبندهای سیاسی در مجلس همیشگی است
نماینده پیشین نیشابور در مجلس گفت: نمایندگان موافق و مخالف برای جلب رای اعتماد نقش کلیدی دارند، اگر موافقها ناطق خوبی باشند و خود وزیر پیشنهادی بتواند با قدرت از برنامه هایش دفاع کند، بدون شک رای اعتماد را از نمایندگان دریافت می کند.
حجت الاسلام حسین سبحانینیا با بیان اینکه دولت دوازدهم با پشتوانه رای بالای مجلس آغاز به کار کرد، گفت: در دولت دوازدهم برخی از وزرا از دولت قبل بودند، پس سوابق کاری آنها برای همه روشن بود. برخی دیگر هم که جدید معرفی شده بودند، در مجموع بررسیهای مجلس توانمندی آنها برای همه محرز شد. این روند باعث شد کابینه رای خوبی از خانه ملت دریافت کند. می توان ادعا کرد تا کنون چنین میانگین رای بالایی در مجلس به وزرا داده نشد.
او ادامه داد: مشارکت نمایندگان در این دوره بی سابقه بود؛ معمولا در گذشته چنین حضور حداکثری را تجربه نکرده بودیم. این حضور مثال زدنی از طرفی باعث می شود دولت با پشتوانه بیشتری شروع به کار کند؛ اما از طرفی انتظارات نیز افزایش می یابد.
سبحانینیا با بیان اینکه لابی های مختلفی همیشه در مجلس انجام میشود، گفت: معمولا در زمان بررسی کابینه ها تیم هایی را خود وزرا آماده می کنند تا برای حضور در مجلس و در حاشیه جلسات فراکسیون ها؛ دیدارهایی را ترتیب دهند. مذاکرات آنها باعث مشارکت حداکثری نمایندگان در بررسی صلاحیت کابینه شده و از ریزش رای جلوگیری می کند. انتظار می رفت فراکسیون امید و فراکسیون های اعتدالی که حامی دولت هستند، از وزیر نیرو حمایت کامل داشته باشند. به اعتقاد وی حمایت نکردن فراکسیون ها از بیطرف یکی از دلایل رای نیاوردن وزیر نیرو بود.
او گفت: متاسفانه در مجلس زد و بندهای سیاسی باعث می شود در چنین مواقعی شاهد اتفاق های خوبی نباشیم. برخی وزرا که حسیاست سیاسی نداشتند، فارق از جناح بندی ها، رای بالایی از طرف نمایندگان گرفتند. برای مثال امیر حاتمی در وزارت دفاع. برای رای به وزرا باید تخصص از هر چیزی مهم تر است.
