تشکیل 152 پرونده تخلف اصناف در ماه مبارک رمضان در مشهد

مدیرکل تعزیرات حکومتی خراسان رضوی از تشکیل 152 پرونده تخلف در ماه مبارک رمضان در مشهد خبر داد.

حمیدرضا کریم با اشاره به طرح ضیافت این مجموعه برای بازرسی از اصناف در بازار ماه مبارک رمضان عنوان کرد: در این مدت 152 پرونده تخلف شکل گرفت که تاکنون 141 مورد آن مختومه اعلام شده است.

وی ادامه داد: تخلفات عمده در صنوف مربوط به فروش زولبیا و بامیه و خرما، فروش حلیم و شله، پخت و عرضه نان و شیرینی‌پزی‌ها بوده است.

کریم تاکید کرد: میزان جریمه تعیین شده در این مدت نیز 2 میلیارد و 265 میلیون و 978 هزار و 760 ریال بوده است.

مدیرکل تعزیرات حکومتی خراسان رضوی با بیان اینکه در طرح ضیافت اطلاعات مربوط به تخلفات از طریق سامانه پیامکی، تلفن و گشت‌های مشترک با سازمان صنعت، معدن و تجارت استان در اختیار ما قرار گرفت، گفت: در گشت‌های سیار صورت گرفته قاضی تعزیرات نیز حضور داشت و رسیدگی به تخلفات و صدور حکم در صورت محرز بودن تخلف در محل انجام می‌شد.

وی بیان کرد: بیشترین موارد تخلف در عرضه زولبیا بامیه و خرما گران‌فروشی و در عرضه نان تقلب و کم‌فروشی بوده است. تخلف احتکار بسیار کم صورت گرفته است.
