خانه احزاب خراسان رضوی فعالیت احزابی که مجوز آن ها در استان به صورت رسمی صادر شده باشد را برای توسعه استان همگرا کرده و بر اقدامات آنان نظارت دارد. هم اکنون 19 حزب اصولگرا، 27 حزب اصلاحطلب و 14 حزب اعتدالی در خراسان رضوی به صورت رسمی فعالیت دارند که شورای مرکزی تشکیل داده اند و بناست نقش مؤثری را در فرایند توسعه استان ایفا کنند.

احزاب در ایران جایگاهی ندارند
عضو هیئت رئیسه شورای عالی اصلاحطلبان خراسان رضوی گفت: ما و مسئولین و متولیان احزاب در استان عادت کرده ایم که فقط آمار بدهیم، اما خانه احزاب استان کارکردی نداشته است و عملکرد محسوسی مشاهده نکرده ایم.
عباس میرزاده در گفت و گو با صبح امروز با اشاره به اینکه احزاب در دنیا از عملکرد بسیار استراتژیکی برخوردار هستند و رئیسجمهور و نخستوزیر تعیین میکنند، تصریح کرد: علیرغم وجود بیش از دویست حزب و تشکل، احزاب در ایران نهادینه نشده وجایگاهی ندارد و به جای آنها بیشتر افراد و جریانها نقش دارند.
وی افزود: عدم توجه به احزاب و توسعه آنها در کشور و نهادینه نشدن آنها باعث شده افراد با وجود شعار دادن عملا به حزب اعتقادی نداشته باشند.
عضو سابق هیئت رئیسه خانه احزاب استان ضمن تاکید بر اینکه احزاب در زمان انتخابات فعال و بعد از آن چراغشان خاموش میشود، اظهار داشت: برای حل این مسئله باید روی فرهنگ حزبی کار کرد و توجه مردم، مسئولین و مخاطبان را به جایگاه تعیین کننده احزاب جلب کرد اما متاسفانه فرهنگ احزاب در مشهد بسیار ضعیف است که توجه بیشتری را میطلبد.
دبیر حزب همبستگی خراسان رضوی در پایان با بیان اینکه تلاش بیشتری در جهت نشر فرهنگ حزبی و تشکیلاتی نیاز است و دولت باید به این باور برسد که احزاب میتوانند بازوهایی قدرتمند برای کمک به دولت باشند، خواستار توجه بیشتر دولت به احزاب شد.
خانه احزاب استان موفقیت نسبی داشته است
دبیر انجمن اسلامی معلمان خراسان رضوی گفت: خانهاحزاب خراسان رضوی، اولین خانهاحزاب شکل گرفته در استانها بعد از خانه احزاب کشور در تهران است که در تابستان 95 تشکیل شده است و احزاب پروانهدار اعتدالی، اصلاحطب و اصولگرا عضو آن هستند.
محمدعلی گندمی در گفت و گو با خبرنگار ما ابراز داشت: خانه احزاب طبق تعریف تشکل غیر سیاسی است که حق موضع گیری به عنوان یک فعالیت سیاسی ندارد و متولی سر و سامان دادن به احزابی ست که فعالیت شان سیاسی، صنفی و اجتماعی است.
وی ادامه داد: خانه احزاب خراسان تا کنون قدم های خوبی برداشته و تا کنون موفقیت نسبی داشته و ریاست آن به صورت دوره ای است که اکنون در اختیار اصولگرایان است.
عضو هیات رییسه اصلاح طلبان در خانه احزاب استان در پایان خاطرنشان کرد: احزاب در ایران جایگاه مطلوبی ندارند و اگر در مقطع کوتاهی حزبی درخشیده بعدا به محاق رفتند، چرا که بسترهای لازم در جامعه فراهم نبوده یا احزاب از کارکرد واقعی مطلع نبودند، لذا احزاب در ایران کارکردی که انتظار میرود و در سطح جهانی احزاب دارا هستند را ندارند و احزاب در زمان انتخابات با متحدشدن با یکدیگر جبهههای مختلف مانند جبهه اصولگرایان یا اصلاحطلبان را بسته به پایگاه و جایگاهی که بین مردم دارند شکل میدهند و به ایفای نقش میپردازند.
