مسابقه رالی از مشهد تا کربلا
جلسه هماهنگي برگزاری اولین رالی خانوادگی کشور تحت عنوان حرم تا حرم روز گذشته در استانداري برگزار شد كه در ابتدای جلسه مدیر کل امور رفاهی زائرین محتوای کلی این جلسه را به شرح زیر بیان داشت:این جلسه به منظور هماهنگی و اجرای مطلوب رالی خانوادگیبرگزار گردیده و هدف این رالی سرعت نیست بلکه کیفیت، آسایش سفر، شناساندن جاذبههای گردشگری و نقاط دیدنی، تماشای آثار باستانی مسیر مشهد به کربلا است. این رالی پیام رسان مهربانی و عطوفت و همچنین دوستی دو کشور ایران و عراق است. ما خواستار آن هستیم که خانوادهها بتوانند فرصتی پیدا کنند تا کانون خانواده، گرمی بیشتری پیدا کند و استفاده مطلوبی از داشتن همسفر ببرند.
مهدی فروزان ادامه داد: شروع این سفر در تاریخ چهارم اسفندماه خواهد بود و در روز هشتم اسفند ماه به پایان میرسد. ما برای شروع سفر نیاز به هماهنگی و همکاریهای بین دستگاهی اعم از پلیس راهور در مشهد و شهرستانهای در طول مسیر، پلیس راه برای مشخص کردن مسیر راه، حمل و نقل جادهای و آستان قدس رضوی برای همراهی و همکاری این رالی داریم و از هرگونه کمکی برای بهبود برگزاری این مسابقات استقبال خواهیم کرد.
رئیس سازمان میراث فرهنگی، گردشگری و صنایع دستی مشهد گفت: مسافتی که در این رالی در رفت و برگشت طی میشود حدود 3000 کیلومتر است. تعداد 50 تا 68 دستگاه سواری میتوانند شرکت کنند. هزینهی هر شرکت کننده 200 هزار تومان و تمامی مخارج از جمله ویزا، اقامت و پذیرایی به عهدهی سازمان کانون اتومبیل رانی و جهانگردی است.
ابوالفضل مکرمیفر افزود: ما برای ثبتنام تا سه شنبه، قبل از تعطیلات پذیرای تمام علاقهمندان هستیم و امیدواریم این رالی به عنوان یکی از گامهای موثر در ارتباط بین کشور ایران و عراق در سالهای آینده باشد.
درخشان نماینده کانون اتومبیل رانی و جهانگردی گفت: ما در روز سوم اسفند ماه کلاسهای توجیهی، آماده سازی و نقشه خوانی برای شرکت کنندگان خواهیم گذاشت و آنها را اسکان خواهیم داد. شرکت کنندگان صبح جمعه در حرم امام رضا(ع) با استقبال خدام پذیرایی خواهند شد و به سمت سمنان حرکت میکنند و شب اسکان خواهند گرفت، روز دوم از سمنان به سمت بروجرد، روز سوم از بروجرد به ایلام و در روز آخر از طریق مهران وارد کربلا میشوند و به مدت دو شب در کربلا اسکان پیدا خواهند کرد.
وی افزود : هر 20 کیلومتر رانندهها ارزیابی خواهند شد و امتیاز دهی صورت میگیرد و لازم به ذکر است که فلسفهی کار ما رالی توریستی و گردشگری است. هدف این رالی سرعت نیست، هدف تحمل سختیهای راه و گذشتن از کویر، مسیرهای کوهستانی و شرایط جوی مختلف است. در امتیاز دهی نفراتی که از قوانین راهنمایی و رانندگی سرپیچی کنند و سرعت غیر مجاز داشته باشند، نمرهی منفی از آنها کسر خواهد شد و به نفرات اول تا سوم جوایز نفیسی اهدا میشود.
درخشان در ادامه اظهار داشت: به لحاظ امنیتی ما تمامی مکاتبات را با سردار اشتری فرمانده نیروی انتظامی، وزیر امور خارجه و دستگاههای مرتبط انجام دادیم و در صفر تا صد این برنامه کانون اتومبیل رانی و جهانگردی مسئول است و حرکت و هماهنگی در مسیرها با پیشروی پلیس راهور انجام خواهد شد. ما برای آینده هم رالیهای خانواده دیگری در سطح کشور و خارج از کشور خواهیم داشت.
رضا رمضانی گفت: استان خراسان میزبان هشت رالی کشوری بوده که در نوبه خود به نحو احسن برگزار شده و توانایی برگزاری رالیهای بین المللی را دارد و طبق تجربیات ما در این زمینه حتما باید کلاسهای توجیهی، آموزشی برای برگزاری این مسابقاتهم برای رانندگان و هم برای نقشه خوانان برگزار کرد. برای ایمنی بیشتر و حفظ جان خانوادهها باید رانندگان و خودروها کنترل و ارزیابی شوند، زیرا رالی یعنی صحیح و ایمن رانندگی کردن.
در پایان این جلسه قرار بر این شد که ادامه هماهنگیها با پلیس راهور در رابطه با مسیر حرکت و خارج شدن از شهر، آستان قدس برای پذیرایی و اسکان شرکت کنندگان و هماهنگیها در ارتباط با محل استارت مسابقات در روز چهارشنبه انجام شود.
