مدیرکل انتقال خون خراسان رضوی گفت: متاسفانه تجهیزات مراکز انتقال خون مطابق با نیازهای امروز ما نیست و با امکانات مربوط به 20 سال قبل فعالیت میکنیم.
حمیدرضا اسلامی امروز یکم مرداد ماه در نشست خبری با اصحاب رسانه، اظهار کرد: در زنان کمخونی نسبت به مردان بیشتر است، اما این میزان آنقدر بیشتر نیست که تنها 6 درصد اهداکنندگان را زنان تشکیل دهند برهمین اساس باید باورهای غلط را کنار گذاشته و زنان برای اهدای خون ترغیب شوند.
وی افزود: در سال گذشته 183 هزار و 251 نفر به مراکز اهدای خون مراجعه کردند که از این تعداد 137 هزار و 997 نفر یعنی 75 درصد مراجعهکنندگان خونگیری شدهاند.
اسلامی خاطرنشان کرد: 37 هزار و 678 نفر در سال گذشته حداقل یک بار سابقه خون دادن داشتهاند که این میزان نسبت به سال 94، حدود 6 درصد افزایش داشته است.
افزایش یک درصدی اهدا خون در سال 95
مدیرکل انتقال خون خراسان رضوی تصریح کرد: همچنین در سال گذشته 71 هزار نفر از اهداکنندگان خون به طور مستمر خون اهدا کردهاند که این افراد 52 درصد جمعیت اهداکنندگان را تشکیل میدهند و این آمار نسبت به سال 94، یک درصد افزایش داشته است.
اسلامی با بیان اینکه در میان اهداکنندگان خون گروههای مثبت خونی در سال گذشته بیشترین آمار را داشتهاند، ادامه داد: 29 درصد از این اهداکنندگان گروه خونی +O، 26 درصد +A، 24 درصد +B، هشت درصد +AB پنج درصد –O ، چهار درصد –A ، سه درصد –B و یک درصد –AB بودهاند.
وی در خصوص گروههای سنی اهداکنندگان در سال گذشته، خاطرنشان کرد: 66 درصد از اهداکنندگان 20 تا 40 سال، 30 درصد 41 تا 55 سال و چهار درصد 56 تا 65 سال بودهاند.
مدیرکل انتقال خون خراسان رضوی با بیان اینکه بیشترین ترزیق خونی در بیمارستان امام رضا(ع) مشهد صورت گرفته است، اظهار کرد: خوشبختانه این بیمارستان در سیستم صرفهجویی خون بسیار خوب عمل کرده و میزان مصرفی آن در سال گذشته نسبت به سال 94 کاهش پیدا کرده است.
مصرف خون بیمارستان قائم افزایش یافته
اسلامی افزود: این بیمارستان در سال گذشته به میزان 56 هزار و 989 کیسه خون مصرف کرده که این میزان در سال 94 به 57 هزار و 289 کیسه خون کاهش یافته است.
وی با بیان اینکه بیمارستان قائم(عج) دومین مصرفکننده خون و فرآوردههای خونی در استان است، افزود: این بیمارستان در سال گذشته 46 هزار و 712 کیسه خون مصرف کرده که این میزان نسبت به سال 94 افزایش داشته است.
مدیرکل انتقال خون خراسان رضوی اضافه کرد: بیمارستان دکتر شیخ با مصرف 19 هزار و 117 کیسه خون، کلینیک سرور با 10 هزار و 250 کیسه خون، بیمارستان واسعی سبزوار با 8924 کیسه خون به ترتیب در ردههای بعدی مصرفکنندگان خون در استان قرار میگیرد.
اسلامی در خصوص مصرف خون و فرآوردههای خونی در بیمارستانهای خصوصی، گفت: بیمارستان رضوی با مصرف 15 هزار و 815 کیسه خون در سال گذشته بیشترین آمار را در میان بیمارستانهای خصوصی داشته که این میزان مصرف نسبت به سال 94 کاهش داشته است.
وی افزود: بیمارستان امام زمان(عج) با 4632 کیسه خون، بیمارستان قلب و عروق جوادالائمه(ع) با 4315 کیسه خون، بیمارستان مهر حضرت عباس(ع) با 4192 کیسه خون و بیمارستان حکیم نیشابور با 3888 کیسه خون در ردههای بعدی مصرف خون و فرآوردههای خونی قرار دارند.
افزایش 6 درصدی اهدا خون در 3 ماهه ابتدا سال
مدیرکل انتقال خون خراسان رضوی در خصوص آمار سه ماهه سال جاری نسبت به مدت مشابه سال گذشته، عنوان کرد: در سه ماهه ابتدایی سال جاری 46 هزار و 903 نفر به مراکز اهدای خون مراجعه کردهاند که این میزان نسبت به مدت مشابه سال گذشته 6 درصد افزایش داشته است.
اسلامی با بیان اینکه از 77 درصد مراجعین یعنی 36هزار و 287 نفر در سه ماهه ابتدایی سال جاری خونگیری شده است، ادامه داد: 10 هزار و 619 نفر در اهدای خون مردود شده که این امار نسبت به مدت مشابه سال قبل 12 درصد کاهش داشته است.
مدیرکل انتقال خون خراسان رضوی افزود: 18 هزار و 843 نفر یعنی 52 درصد اهداکنندگان در سه ماهه اول سال جاری به طور مستمر خون دادهاند که این آمار نسبت به مدت مشابه سال گذشته 14 درصد افزایش داشته است.
وی با بیان اینکه در این مدت 10 هزار و 107 نفر از اهداکنندگان با سابقه بودهاند، گفت: این آمار نسبت به مدت مشابه سال گذشته 19 درصد افزایش داشته همچنین 7337 برای بار اول خون دادهاند که این آمار نیز به میزان 4 درصد افزایش داشته است. در سه ماهه ابتدایی سال جاری نیز تنها 6 درصد اهداکنندگان زن بودهاند که از مجموع اهداکنندگان 34 هزار و 282 نفر مرد و 2005 نفر زن بودهاند.
گروههای خونی مثبت بیشترین اهدا کنندگان
مدیرکل انتقال خون خراسان رضوی خاطرنشان کرد: در سه ماهه ابتدایی سال جاری اهداکنندگان با گروههای خونی مثبت بیشترین آمار را در برداشتهاند که گروه خونی +O ، 30 درصد اهداکنندگان را شامل شده است.
وی افزود: 26 درصد اهداکنندگان +A، 24 درصد +B ، هشت درصد+AB ، 5 درصد –O ، سه درصد –A، سه درصد –B و یک درصد –AB در سه ماهه اول سال جاری بودهاند.
اسلامی با بیان اینکه 66 درصد اهداکنندگان در این مدت زمان را جوانان 20 تا 40 سال تشکیل دادهاند، گفت: 30 درصد اهداکنندگان میانسال و 4 درصد آنان را افراد مسن تشکیل دادهاند.
مدیرکل انتقال خون خراسان رضوی در خصوص کمبود فرآوردههای خونی، عنوان کرد: تاکنون حتی یک مورد عمل جراحی به دلیل کمبود خون و فرآوردههای خونی در استان لغو نشده است.

وی گفت: این در حالی است که ما با امکانات مربوط به 20 سال قبل فعالیت میکنیم. در حال حاضر هشت سال است که ساختمان بانک خون سناباد کلنگزنی شده است، اما تاکنون تنها 34 درصد رشد داشته این به آن علت است که در ابتدا برای این پروژه پنج میلیارد تومان بودجه تحقق گرفت، اما 280 میلیون تومان آن عملیاتی شده است.
مدیرکل انتقال خون خراسان رضوی اضافه کرد: برای ارسال پلاسما به بیمارستانها در حال تعلیق قرار داشتیم که استاندار به میزان 300 میلیون تومان کمک کرد و موجب شد ارسال پلاسما به استانها نیز فراهم شود؛ حالا میتوانیم داروی بیماران هموفیلی را تامین کنیم.
وی با بیان اینکه در تشخیص آلودگی خون بسیار وسواس داریم، گفت: خون و فرآوردههای خونی به صورت رایگان در اختیار بیمارستانها قرار میگیرد، اما این موضوع موج بیارزش شمردن خون و فرآوردههای آن است. به طور میانگین برای تهیه هر کیسه خون و فرآوردههای آن حدود 140 هزار تومان هزینه صرف میشود.
