زنجیره فرآوری، نیاز اصلی قطب تولید آبزیان در خراسان رضوی است

مدیر جهاد کشاورزی سبزوار گفت: این شهرستان علیرغم تولید سالانه بیش از ۳ هزار تن انواع ماهی و داشتن رتبه نخست خراسان رضوی، از وجود زنجیره ارزش و مراکز تکثیر و فرآوری آبزیان بی بهره است، که این نقیصه باید برطرف شود.
به گزارش صبج امروز، علی اصغر امانیان روز گذشته در نخستین نشست پیگیری تاسیس شرکت تعاونی کشاورزی آبزی پروری ماهیان خاویاری سبزوار، اظهار داشت: آبزی‌پروری در سبزوار فعالیتی جدید و مربوط به ۲ دهه اخیر است که بهره مندی از ظرفیت ها و پتانسیل موجود در این حوزه، بستر مناسبی برای اشتغال و افزایش درآمد روستاییان فراهم کرده و بر رشد و توسعه بخش کشاورزی نیز تاثیر بسزایی خواهد گذاشت.
وی افزود: ایجاد مزارع پرورش ماهیان خاویاری به عنوان ارزشمندترین گونه پرورشی و تولید گوشت و استحصال خاویار در سبزوار، مورد استقبال واقع شده و بازخورد بسیار مناسبی بین مردم و فعالان بخش کشاورزی داشته است و با وجود افزایش سطح توقع مسوولان مبنی بر توسعه این فعالیت در شهرستان، متاسفانه ساختاری متناسب برای این منظور از جمله در زمینه تکمیل زنجیره ارزش و مراکز تکثیر و فرآوری آبزیان در منطقه شکل نگرفته است.
وی با اشاره به برگزاری نشست هایی در اداره شیلات شهرستان در سال گذشته گفت: متاسفانه اقدامات اولیه صورت گرفته برای رفع این کمبود و تشکیل تعاونی به نتیجه نرسید و کار به دلیل مشکلات مختلف از جمله امور مربوط به اجرای طرح پایلوت ماهیان خاویاری کال شور سبزوار و ناهماهنگی تولیدکنندگان ابتر ماند.
امانیان اضافه کرد: تامین نهاده های مورد نیاز آبزی پروران، پیگیری تخصیص تسهیلات بانکی کم‌بهره، برنامه ریزی برای ارتقای کمیت و کیفیت آبزیان تولیدی، صادرات و دستیابی به بازارهای بین المللی و جذب مشتریان خارجی، شرکت در نمایشگاه های استانی، منطقه ای و ملی و همچنین معرفی بهتر محصول تولیدی به مصرف کنندگان از اهداف تشکیل این تعاونی خواهد بود.
مدیر جهاد کشاورزی سبزوار با اشاره به سرانه پایین مصرف آبزیان در مقایسه با متوسط جهانی، بر ایجاد ماهی‌سراها، رستوران های دریایی و مراکز گردشگری با محوریت ترویج و توسعه فرهنگ مصرف محصولات آبزی تاکید و اظهار امیدواری کرد که با همکاری نهادهایی چون میراث فرهنگی، صنایع دستی و گردشگری و همراهی آبزی پروران، شاهد تحولی در این بخش باشیم و این نواقص مرتفع شود.
رییس اداره تعاون روستایی سبزوار نیز گفت: ما تا سال ۹۶ یک تشکل کلی در زمینه های تکثیر، پرورش و صادرات آبزیان داشتیم که تمام زیربخش‌ها را شامل می‌شد اما با توجه به کثرت وظایف در حوزه آبزی‌پروری، پیشنهاد شد که تشکل‌ها با توجه به نوع فعالیت از هم تفکیک شوند که در این راستا لزوم ایجاد تشکل در بخش تولید ماهیان خاویاری و زینتی هم به شدت احساس می‌شود.
امرالله شمس با بیان اینکه وجود یک تشکل قوی می تواند زمینه را برای واگذاری بخشی از وظایف دولت به آن فراهم ساخته و افزایش تولید و بهره‌وری در بخش آبزی پروری را سبب شود، افزود: با توجه به برخی مشکلات ناشی از وجود تشکل های ضعیف و غیرفعال موجود، از پرورش دهندگان ماهیان
خاویاری انتظار داریم تشکلی قدرتمند با ساختاری منسجم را برای خود به وجود آورند تا سازمان متبوع بتواند از قابلیت و امکانات آن در مسیر تقویت تولید بهره ببرد.
در این نشست که با حضور هفت تن از پرورش دهندگان عمده ماهیان خاویاری در حوزه شهرستان های غربی خراسان رضوی برگزار شد، برخی از تولیدکنندگان نیز دیدگاه ها و نظرات خود را در زمینه لزوم ایجاد شرکت تعاونی و دیگر مسائل این حوزه ابراز کردند.
شهرستان سبزوار دارای پنج مرکز تولید و پرورش ماهیان خاویاری است که سالانه ۱۱۰ تن ماهی شامل سه گونه فیل ماهی، سیبری و ازون برون در آنها تولید می شود.
طرح پایلوت مجتمع پرورش ماهیان خاویاری نیز با ظرفیت ۶۰ تن گوشت و ۱/۵ تن خاویار در این شهرستان در دست ساخت است که برای تکمیل آن بیش از ۳۰۰ میلیارد ریال تسهیلات مصوب شده است.
