فریاد کارگران از اعماق معدن زغالسنگ سرخس
کارگران معدن زغال سنگ آق دربند سرخس مدتهاست که پیگیر مطالبات و حقوق معوق خود هستند اما با وجود گذشت چندین سال هنوز موفق به دریافت مطالبات خود نشدهاند؛ این در حالی است که در این اوضاع اقتصادی سخت، ارزش افزوده مطالباتشان روز به روز کمتر میشود.
چندی پیش تعدادی از کارگران معدن زغال سنگ آق دربند سرخس به منظور پیگیری مطالبات و حقوق معوق خود که مقداری از این معوقات مربوط به هفت سال پیش است، دست به تجمع زدند و خواستار رسیدگی مسئولان مربوطه شدند اما تاکنون از جانب مسئولان پاسخی دریافت نکردهاند.
یکی از کارگران معدن آق دربند سرخس که به گفته خودش ۱۸ سال سابقه کار در معدن دارد، در گفتوگو با ایسنا عنوان کرد: برای پیگیری مطالبات و بدهیها به سازمانها و ارگانهای مختلفی مراجعه کردیم اما متاسفانه هنوز به جوابی نرسیدیم.
در دشوارترین شرایط کارمان را تعطیل نکردیم
این کارگر معدن تصریح کرد: کار در معدن از سختترین کارهای دنیاست اما در سختترین شرایط هم کارمان را تعطیل نکردیم و حتی برای پیگیری مطالباتمان به ما گفتند شکایت کنیم اما چون با شکایت ممکن است امنیت شغلی ما به خطر بیفتد، این کار را نکردیم و همچنان پیگیر مطالباتمان هستیم.
وی با اشاره به اینکه از آغاز سال جاری تاکنون فقط چند ماه حقوق گرفتیم، خاطرنشان کرد: ۴۰ الی ۵۰ نفر از کارگران معدن پنج ماه حقوق سال ۹۶، نیمی از حقوق خرداد ۹۳ و بخشی از عیدی سال ۱۴۰۰ را طلبکار هستند و با به نتیجه نرسیدن پیگیریها ارزش پول ما هر روز کمتر میشود.
یکی دیگر از کارگران معدن نیز در گفتوگو با ایسنا از شرایط سخت اقتصادی این روزهای کارگران معدن گفت و بیان کرد: در حال حاضر قیمت کُک خوب است اما معوقات کارگران آنقدر زیاد است که با این شرایط تورم، گذران زندگی واقعا سخت است.
وی افزود: کارگران معدن علیرغم سختی کار پایه حقوق کمی دارند و اکثر کارگران حقوقشان حدود چهار میلیون تومان است اما همین حقوق کم هم به موقع پرداخت نمیشود.
این کارگر معدن تغییرات هیأت مدیره و دستاندرکاران شرکت را از جمله دلایل این بینظمیها عنوان کرد و گفت: شرکتها معمولا در این تغییرات و بلاتکلیفیها ضربات بزرگی میخورند که بعضا جبران کردن آن دشوار است.
وی که خود نیز ۱۷ سال سابقه کار در معدن دارد، گفت: علاوه بر کارگران قراردادی در حال حاضر در معدن آق دربند سرخس ۳۸ کارگر رسمی مشغول به کار هستند که حدود ۱۷ الی ۱۸ سال سابقه کار دارند.
علت اصلی مشکلات معدن آقدربند سرخس اختلاف بین سهامداران است
علت این بینظمی در پرداخت حقوق کارگران معدن زغال سنگ آق دربند سرخس را از طریق رئیس اداره صنعت و معدن سرخس جویا شدیم که وی در این زمینه در گفتوگو با ایسنا توضیح داد: علت اصلی مشکلات معدن آقدربند سرخس اختلاف بین سهامداران است و در این بین کسی که از این اختلافات متضرر میشود، کارگر است که در اوضاع اقتصادی حال حاضر به سختی روزگار میگذراند و حتی بعضا توان پرداخت بدهیهای خود را ندارند.
علی اکبر اکبری افزود: در حال حاضر حقوق کارگران هر ماه پرداخت میشود و اصل و اساس تجمع کارگران در ماههای گذشته، مطالبات گذشته آنهاست و با توجه به اینکه هنوز هیأت مدیره جدید ثبت نشده، این باعث نگرانی کارگران شده است.
وی با اشاره به اینکه در حال حاضر ۶۰ نفر در معدن زغال سنگ آق دربند سرخس مشغول به کار هستند، گفت: هر کارگر در معدن سرخس در مجموع بین ۱۱ تا ۱۳ ماه مطالبه دارد.
وی یادآور شد: پنج ماه حقوق سال ۹۶، نصف ماه حقوق سال ۹۳ و نصف عیدی سال ۱۴۰۰ بخشی از مطالبات کارگران معدن زغال سنگ آق دربند سرخس است که با وجود گذشت چندین سال، هنوز موفق به دریافت مطالبات خود نشدهاند و ارزش افزوده مطالباتشان روز به روز کمتر میشود.
اکبری خاطرنشان کرد: معدن زغال سنگ سرخس به لحاظ مواد اولیه هیچگونه کمبودی ندارد و تا ۱۰ سال دیگر هم کک داشته و قابلیت استخراج دارد؛ بنابراین خود معدن به لحاظ تولید مشکلی ندارد بلکه نگرانی کارگران به لحاظ مشکلاتی است که بین سهامداران معدن است و برای فعال ماندن معدن میطلبد که این مشکلات حل شود.
وی در رابطه با وضعیت کنونی معدن گفت: بعد از حادثه تلخ پنج شهریور ۹۹ که انفجار منجر به فوت ۲ تن از کارگران متخصص معدن شد، بخشهایی از معدن به مدت یک سال تعطیل و یا نیمه فعال شد اما ۲۷ شهریور سال جاری و بعد از یک دوره یک ساله معدن دوباره فعال شده و در حال حاضر تولید ادامه دارد.
مطالبات کارگران در سطح مدیران عالی استان قابل حل است
رئیس اداره صنعت و معدن سرخس گفت: دغدغه کارگران معدن دغدغه ما هم هست و پیگیر موضوع هستیم چرا که مشکل معدن و مطالبات کارگران در سطح مدیران عالی استان قابل حل است و مدیران استانی و معاون اقتصادی استانداری باید به موضوع وارد شده و مسأله را حل کنند.
وی افزود: کارگران معدن به دنبال شکایت نیستند اما به دنبال این هستند که در رابطه با این موضوع جلسه استانی گرفته شده و یک تصمیم نهایی گرفته شود.
بدون شک کار در معدن یکی از مشاغل سخت است و افرادی که در معادن مشغول فعالیت هستند شرایط سخت کاری را تجربه میکنند اما با این شرایط و در حالی که بار مشکلات اقتصادی بر سرشان آوار شده است، همچنان مشغول فعالیت هستند و دست از کار نکشیدهاند اما این دلیل نمیشود که مشکللات و مطالباتشان نادیده گرفته شود و صدایشان از اعماق معدن به گوش مسئولان مربوطه نرسد.
معدن زغال سنگ آق دربند سرخس تنها واحد معدنی تولید کُک در خراسان رضوی است که سالانه حدود ۸۰۰۰ تن کُک تولید میکند و در ۸۵ کیلومتری سرخس واقع شده است.
