سرقت به تجهیزات شهری رسید
براساس اعلام مسئولان شهردای مشهد نرده‌ها، گاردریل، تابلوها، پایه‌های ترافیکی وکابل‌های برق و شبکه جزو بیشترین موارد سرقت تجهیزات شهری است.
متاسفانه این روزها سرقت تجهیزات شهری به شدت افزایش پیدا کرده و روزانه گزارش‌های بسیاری از سمت شهروندان مبنی بر سرقت این تجهیزات وجود دارد؛ موضوعی که گاهی خدمات رسانی مدیریت شهری را با مشکلات زیادی مواجه کرده است؛ به همین دلیل شهرداری مشهد به منظور بهبود این وضعیت نیاز به مشارکت شهروندان و همراهی دیگر سازمان های ذی‌ربط دارد.
عمق فاجعه سرقت تجهیزات شهری را می‌توان در تماس مردم با سامانه ارتباطات مردمی ۱۳۷ متوجه شد، روزانه به دلیل انجام این سرقت‌ها مشکلات و خطرات زیادی برای شهروندان به وجود می‌آید که گاهی منجر به آسیب‌های جانی و مالی برای آنان می‌شود. علاوه بر مشکلات ایجاد شده برای شهروندان این سرقت‌ها خدمت‌رسانی مدیریت شهری را نیز با مشکلات جدی مواجه می‌کند و حتی گاهی موجب توقف چند روزه پروژه‌های شهری می‌شود.
در واقع این سرقت‌های سریالی زندگی معمولی و ترددهای روزانه شهروندان را با مشکل مواجه می‌کند؛ به طوری که برخی از تصادفات یا ترافیک‌های سرسام‌آور ناشی از سرقت تابلوهای شناسایی معابر یا راهنمایی و رانندگی است.
بیش از ۷۰۰ تماس با موضوع سرقت تجهیزات و زیرساخت‌های شهری
از ابتدای سال جاری بیش از ۷۰۰ تماس در خصوص سرقت تجهیزات شهری توسط شهروندان با سامانه ارتباطات مردمی ۱۳۷ گرفته شده که ۱۸۸ تماس در خصوص خسارت، سرقت و نصب علائم هشداردهنده و رفع خطر، ۱۳۳ تماس با موضوع سرقت تجهیزات فضای سبز، سرقت نرده‌های مسیل و کال و کانال‌ها بوده است.
سرقت تجهیزات ترافیکی و فرهنگی، تجهیزات خدمات شهری، فنی عمران و حمل و نقل عمومی نیز از موارد پرتکرار تماس های شهروندان با سامانه ارتباطات مردمی ۱۳۷ بوده است.

مهدی عظیمی، معاون اجرایی سازمان ترافیک شهرداری مشهد نیز در خصوص این موضوع، اظهار می‌کند: بیشترین سرقت تجهیزات ترافیکی در بزرگراه بسیج و شهید میرزایی میرزایی رخ می‌دهد.
وی می‌گوید: نرده‌ها، گاردریل، تابلوها و پایه‌های ترافیکی جزو بیشترین موارد سرقت هستند که سالانه ۲.۵ تا سه میلیارد تومان به تجهیزات ترافیکی خسارت می‌زنند.
علی پژومند راد، رئیس مرکز کنترل ترافیک شهرداری مشهد نیز با بیان اینکه متاسفانه سرقت تجهیزات ترافیکی هوشمند این روزها افزایش داشته، می افزاید: کابل های برق و شبکه از جمله موارد پرتکرار این سرقت‌هاست.
وی ادامه می‌دهد: از ابتدای سال جاری بیش از هزار متر کابل برق و ۲۶۰ متر کابل شبکه به سرقت رفته است.
روزانه چندین میلیون تومان از اموال عمومی مشهد سرقت می‌شود
سیدمهدی سادات، رییس اداره نظارت بر نگهداری و تعمیرات تاسیسات شهری شهرداری مشهد نیز در این خصوص می‌گوید: در حال حاضر سرقت‌ها دیگر توسط سارقین ساده یا تازه کار انجام نمی‌شود بلکه این سرقت‌ها به صورت هماهنگ و توسط سارقین حرفه‌ای انجام می‌شود.
وی با بیان اینکه متاسفانه روزانه چندین میلیون تومان از تاسیسات و زیرساخت‌های شهری و اموال عمومی در مشهد سرقت می شود، تاکید می‌کند: به همین دلیل مدیریت شهری مجبور است هزینه‌ای را که باید صرف توسعه شهر کند در رفع خطر و جایگزینی زیرساخت‌های شهری خرج کند.
سادات تصریح می‌کند: مدیریت شهری می‌تواند با اجرای طرح حفاظت فیزیکی با استفاده از ظرفیت مردمی شورای اجتماعی محلات و برخورد جدی با مال خرهای شناخته شده اموال مسروقه، آمار سرقت‌ها را کاهش دهد.
این سرقت پیامدهای زیادی را به دنبال دارد که به همین دلیل باید راهکارهایی در این موضوع اندیشیده شود. به نظر می‌رسد در حال حاضر نیازمند فرهنگسازی و ارائه آموزش های لازم برای شهروندان با کمک رسانه ها و ایجاد شرایط سخت برای سارقین با ایمن کردن تجهیزات شهری هستیم.
