برنامه عملیاتی دفتر فن بازار منطقه ای خراسان رضوی اعلام شد
مدیرعامل شرکت شهرکهای صنعتی خراسان رضوی گفت: برنامه عملیاتی دفتر فن بازار منطقه ای این استان براساس ابلاغیه شبکه ملی فن بازار تدوین و بستر لازم برای اجرایی شدن آن فراهم شده است.
به گزارش صبح امروز و به نقل از روابط عمومی شرکت شهرکهای صنعتی خراسان رضوی، علی بهرامی زاده به تشریح اقدامات انجام گرفته توسط دفتر فن بازار منطقه ای استان و برنامه عملیاتی آن در سال جاری پرداخت و گفت: کمیته اجرایی شورای راهبری فن بازار منطقه ای استان تشکیل و احکام اجرایی اعضای کمیته توسط استانداری صادر شده است.
وی بیان کرد: اعضای کمیته اجرایی شورای راهبری فن بازار منطقه ای استان شامل نمایندگان دستگاه های اجرایی می شود که به نوعی در فن بازار نقش دارند، مسئولیت این شورا با استاندار یا معاون اقتصادی استاندار و نائب رییس این شورا، مدیرعامل شرکت شهرکهای صنعتی استان است.
وی با اشاره به وجود 27 دفتر فن بازار منطقه ای در کشور بیان کرد: در کمیته اجرایی شورای راهبری فن بازار استان، نمایندگان استانداری، شهرداری، مراکز رشد دانشگاه ها و برخی خبرگان بخش تولید حضور دارند و تصمیماتی می گیرند که به نفع فن بازار منطقه ای خراسان رضوی باشد، در واقع صدور حکم برای هر یک از این اعضا به تصمیمات آنان در حوزه فن بازار جنبه قانونی بخشیده است.
بهرامی زاده اضافه کرد: از ابتدای امسال تاکنون دو جلسه کمیته اجرایی شورای راهبری فن بازارهای استان با محوریت معرفی برنامه های فن بازار در سال 1400 و ایجاد هم افزایی دستگاه های اجرایی استان در تحقق برنامه های تدوین شده برگزار شده است.
وی اظهار داشت: فن بازارهای منطقه ای در کل کشور برنامه عملیاتی دارند که این برنامه توسط شبکه فن بازار ملی به فن بازارهای منطقه ای ابلاغ می شود و هر برنامه دارای چهار محور است که پیرامون هر محور تکالیفی برعهده دفاتر فن بازارهای منطقه ای گذاشته می شود.
وی چهار محور برنامه عملیاتی فن بازار منطقه ای را بازاریابی محصولات فناورانه و دانش بنیان، جلب سرمایه برای استارتاپها از طریق برگزاری فستیوال نوآوری و اختراعات یا استارتاپ دمو، انتقال فناوری و رفع نیازهای فناوری صنایع، توسعه شبکه و هم افزایی از طریق ترویج و آموزش و مستندسازی و شبکه سازی ذکر کرد.
وی گفت: هر دفتر فن بازار منطقه ای کارگزارانی دارد که مورد تایید شبکه ملی فن بازار کشور است، سهم خراسان رضوی از کارگزاران مورد تایید شبکه ملی فن بازار، چهار کارگزار است که برنامه های عملیاتی فن بازار از طریق انعقاد قرارداد با این کارگزارها انجام می شود.
مدیرعامل شرکت شهرکهای صنعتی خراسان رضوی گفت: امسال طی قراردادی که این شرکت با کارگزار فن بازار منعقد کرده باید 20 مورد مشتری به منظور بازارسازی و بازاریابی برای محصولات فناورانه شناسایی شود و از این طریق محصولات فناورانه به فروش برسد.
وی برگزاری یک مورد فستیوال نوآوری و اختراعات و رسیدن به انعقاد قرارداد برای جلب مشارکت یا سرمایه گذاری یا تجارت، برگزاری یک مورد استارتاپ دمو برای رسیدن به سه مورد انعقاد قرارداد برای سرمایه گذاری را از برنامه های امسال فن بازار در حوزه جلب سرمایه برای استارتاپها برشمرد.
بهرامی زاده گفت: در حوزه تحقق یکی دیگر از محورهای برنامه عملیاتی فن بازار استان در سال 1400 مبنی بر انتقال و شناسایی و رفع نیارهای فناورانه صنایع، تا پایان سال شناسایی 12 مورد نیاز فناورانه واحدهای صنعتی و انعقاد 6 قرارداد برای تامین فناوری یا حل مساله در دستور کار قرار گرفته است.
مدیرعامل شرکت شهرکهای صنعتی خراسان رضوی ادامه داد: فرآیند شناسایی و رفع نیازهای فناورانه حوزه گیاهان دارویی و صنایع تبدیلی و تکمیلی مرتبط با آن یکی از برنامه های امسال شرکت است که در حال انجام می باشد.
بهرامی زاده افزود: یکی از برنامه های مهم دفتر فن بازار منطقه ای خراسان رضوی در سال جاری برگزاری سلسله نشستهای تخصصی مهندسی نوآوری ویژه هر یک از خوشه های صنعتی در استان است.
وی ادامه داد: بر این اساس با توجه به توان بهره گیری اعضای خوشه های صنعتی از ظرفیتهای بالقوه و بالفعل شرکتهای دانش بنیان، فناور و استارتاپ خراسان رضوی، در نشستهای مزبور هر یک از صاحبان فناوری نسبت به معرفی و تشریح کاربردهای فناوری خرد در آن خوشه صنعتی مرتبط اقدام می کند، از صاحبان صنایع بهره بردار این فناوری نیز به منظور ارایه تجارت خود در این نشستها دعوت به عمل می آید.
بهرامی زاده اضافه کرد: در پایان هر نشست، جلسات پرسش و پاسخ دو نفره به منظور تعامل نسبت به همکاری همه جانبه میان شرکتهای دانش بنیان و اعضای آن خوشه صنعتی برگزار می شود.
