عذرخواهی شهرداری برای رویایی که محقق نشد:
کوهستان پارک ناشاد
از سال 91 تعدادی از دستگاههای کوهستان پارک شادی مشهد توسط اداره استاندارد پلمب شد، زنجیره پلمب دستگاهها به علت نداشتن استاندارد ادامه یافت تا اینکه کل مجموعه کوهستان پارک پلمب شد و اکنون این مجموعه تفریحی که در اختیار بانک دی قرار دارد حدود 9 سال است که رسما تعطیل شده است.
به نظر این ظرفیت مهم تفریحی و گردشگری در مشهد رها شده است و دیگر دغدغهای برای راهاندازی مجدد این مجموعه وجود ندارد، آنچنان این مجموعه خاطره انگیز فراموش شده است که انگار اصلا وجود نداشته است، خیلی دور نیست آن سالهایی که وقتی مردم به انتهای وکیل آباد میرسیدند شور، شوق، هیجان و سروصدای بازی و شادی در کوهستان پارک آن ها را به وجد میآورد. اما حالا سال هاست که غبار بی توجهی بر دستگاههای این شهر بازی نشسته است و هیچ توجهی به این ظرفیت هم شهر نمیشود.
عذرخواهی شهردار مشهد
شهردار مشهد ضمن عذرخواهی از مردم مشهد به دلیل اجرایی نشدن احداث شهربازی بین المللی مشهد، ابراز امیدواری کرد تا پیگیری ها برای رفع اختلاف مالکیت زمین کوهستان پارک حل شده و یا احداث پروژه در زمین 30 هکتاری تملک شده، به نتیجه برسد.
به گزارش صبح امروز محمدرضا کلائی در پست اینستاگرامی خود درباره شهربازی کوهستان پارک نوشته است:
یکی از رویاهایی که برای شهر مشهد داشتم و علی رغم همه تلاش هایی که صورت گرفت متاسفانه اجرایی نشد، احداث شهربازی بین المللی مشهد بود.
در ابتدای دوره مسئولیتم تلاش زیادی برای تملک کوهستان پارک که در انتهای بولوار وکیل آباد قرار دارد و مالکیت آن در اختیار بانک دی است و شاید به عنوان یکی از فضاهای نوستالژیک مشهد به شمار می رود، انجام شد. اما دادستانی در جهت احقاق حقوق عامه با ورود به پرونده تملک کوهستان پارک و روند اقدامات انجام شده، برای انتقال از دولت به مجموعه بنیاد شهید در گذشته، ایرادات و ابهاماتی را وارد دانست و این مسئله باعث شد تا پرونده مالکیت کوهستان پارک به یک پرونده اختلافی تبدیل شود.
همین مسئله باعث شد تا برای بازسازی کوهستان پارک و ساخت شهربازی براساس پارامترها و استانداردهای بین المللی، فرصت طلایی را از دست بدهیم.

البته لازم است که این توضیح را عرض کنم که همزمان با پیگیری وضعیت کوهستان پارک، امور مربوط به تملک زمینی به مساحت ۳۰ هکتار در اراضی پلاک ۱۷۶ حاشیه آزادراه مشهد-چناران برای احداث شهربازی بین المللی شهر انجام شد.
صادقانه و به دور از هر بهانه جوئی بابت عدم تحقق این وعده از تمامی همشهریان عذرخواهی می کنم. متاسفانه به دلایلی که توضیح دادم این امر میسر نشد تا بتوانیم این یادگار را برای مشهد و مردم به جای بگذاریم.
امیدوارم به زودی و در دوره جدید مدیریت شهری، خبرهای خوبی در این زمینه بشنویم یا موضوع اختلافات مالکیتی کوهستان پارک حل شود و یا در زمینی که در نظر گرفتیم، عملیات اجرایی شهربازی بین المللی مشهد آغاز شود.
