خیر مدرسه‌ساز، حبیب عفیفی را در محله «باغون‌آباد» مشهد ملاقات می‌کنم. او متولد دهم مرداد 1343 محله باغون‌آباد تبادکان مشهد است. او که تا کلاس ششم درس خوانده در حالی که علاقه به درس خواندن داشته و نتوانسته درس بخواند، بخشی از دارائی‌اش را صرف مدرسه‌سازی در محله‌ای کرده است که نیاز شدیدی به فضای آموزشی داشت و حتی دختران به دلیل نبود فضای آموزش از ادامه تحصیل منصرف می‌شدند.
گفت‌و‌گو با این خیر مدرسه ساز را می خوانید.
از چه زمانی تصمیم گرفتید که مدرسه بسازید؟
سال 1364 پدرم فوت کرد. تصمیم گرفتم یک مدرسه به یادش بسازم تا نامش زنده بماند. ابتدا یک زمین برای ساخت مدرسه کنار گذاشتم و این تصمیم تا سال 1390 اجرایی نشد و از این سال مقدمات کار فراهم شد و در سال 92 ساخت مدرسه آغاز شد. البته زمین را به همراه سه برادرم هدیه کردیم و 150 میلیون تومان هم از محل فروش زمینی که از ارثیه مادرمان بود تامین کردیم.

در روستای باغون‌آباد مدرسه نداشتیم و باید هر روز پیاده از باغون‌آباد به کاظم‌آباد می‌رفتیم. یک روز که حاجی خلیلی از باغون آباد با دوچرخه به کاظم آباد می‌رفت من را هم سوار کرد، وقتی آن جا رسیدم به شدت سرما خورده بودم و گریه می‌کردم. آن جا من را به یک قهوه‌خانه بردند تا گرم شدم، هیچ وقت سرمایی که آن روز در مسیر مدرسه خوردم را فراموش نمی‌کنم

چرا مدرسه‌سازی را انتخاب کردید؟
مدرسه‌سازی را از هر کار خیر دیگری در اولویت می‌دیدم، معتقدم اگر افراد سواد داشته باشند، می‌توانند در آینده راه بهتری را انتخاب کنند؛ بنابراین راه سعادت جامعه مدرسه‌سازی است. تاکنون در امور خیر دیگر همیشه پیشقدم بوده‌ام، اما به نظرم باید به آموزش‌وپرورش توجه ویژه‌ای شود، اگر می‌توانستم به معلمان به خصوص معلمان دوره ابتدایی به صورت ویژه توجه می‌کردم؛ چون دانش‌آموز از پایه و همان ابتدا باید به درس و مدرسه علاقه‌مند شود و معلمان عاشقانه تدریس کنند.
چه چیزی باعث شده تا این قدر نسبت به آموزش دانش‌آموزان به خصوص کودکان تاکید و توجه داشته باشید؟
تا دوم دبستان که درس خواندم به گوسفندچرانی‌ام می‌فرستادند و بعد هم به دلیل فراهم نبودن شرایط ادامه تحصیل تا کلاس ششم بیشتر درس نخواندم. همیشه افسوس می‌خوردم که اگر درس می‌خواندم قطعا شرایط زندگی‌ام از این بهتر بود.
از دوران مدرسه خاطره‌ای هم دارید؟
با این که کلاس چهارم بودم، اما مسئله‌های کلاس ششم را حل می‌کردم، با تمام مشکلاتی که داشتم باز هم معدلم بالای 18 بود، همیشه صندلی جلو می‌نشاندنم تا وقتی بازرس آمد از من که دانش‌آموز زرنگتر بودم، بپرسند.
دوران تحصیل و مدرسه چه تاثیری بر تصمیم شما برای مدرسه‌سازی داشت؟

هم چنین یک روز دیگر کلاس دوم بودم با 7-8 نفر از دانش‌آموزان در مسیر مدرسه بودیم که طوفان شد و ابرهای سیاهی آسمان را گرفت ترس سراسر وجود ما را گرفته بود، تمام مسیر کاظم‌آباد تا باغون آباد را دویدیم، به قدری ترسیدیم که هیچ وقت این خاطره تلخ را فراموش نمی کنم.
خانواده و برادران با هزینه کردن برای مدرسه‌سازی مخالفتی نداشتند؟
برادرها کامل موافق و همراه بوده‌اند و نه تنها در واگذاری زمین مدرسه مشارکت کرده‌اند، بلکه در تامین هزینه‌ها مشارکت دارند.
چرا درخواست داشتید که مدرسه‌ای که می‌سازید دخترانه باشد؟
نیت کرده بودم که مدرسه دخترانه باشد؛ چون در باغون آباد و دوست آباد دختران زیادی هستند که به دلیل فاصله مدرسه از محل زندگی‌شان، خانواده‌ها اجازه اددامه تحصیل نمی‌دهند و آن‌ها به ناچاری ترک تحصیل می‌کنند. معتقدم دختران هم باید باسواد باشند؛ چون حتی اگر شاغل نباشند و خانه‌داری کنند باز هم دختران تحصیل کرده می‌توانند زندگی بهتری داشته باشند و باید مسیر را برای ادامه تحصیل دختران هموار کرد.
برای ساخت مدرسه چقدر هزینه کردید و از این که مدرسه ساختید چه احساسی دارید و از این که بخشی از سرمایه و دارائی خود را برای مدرسه‌سازی هزینه کرده‌اید پشیمان نیستید؟
حدود دو میلیارد هزینه شده است و همیشه احساس خوشبختی و خوشحالی دارم که خودم بخشی از اموالم را در راهی که رضایت خداوند را در پی دارد هزینه کرده‌ام. هیچ وقت دلم هم تکان نخورده و حس نکردم که کارم اشتباه بوده است، نه تنها پشیمان نیستم، بلکه با دیدن هر بار مدرسه انرژی می‌گیرم و به این که در راه مدرسه‌سازی قدم برداشته‌ام بیشتر مطمئن می‌شوم.
نظر شما درباره کمک های افراد در مدرسه سازی که هر فردی به اندازه توانش کمک کند و اجرای طرح هایی مانند آجر به آجر چیست؟
اگر چه این طرح می‌تواند کمک کند تا کمک‌های به ظاهر اندک، اما با نیت‌های بزرگ نیز گره‌گشای مشکلات باشد، این طرح مانند نخود در آش انداختن است و هر فردی که کمکی به اندازه توان انجام دهد از اجر و مزد ساخت آن مدرسه سهیم شده است.
البته برای ساخت این مدرسه چند نفر برای کمک به من مراجعه کردند، اما چون نیت کرده بودم که خودم این مدرسه را بسازم از آن‌ها خواهش کردم که آن‌ها در جای دیگر برای ساخت مدرسه مشارکت کنند که طرح آجر به آجر هم برای این گونه افراد پیش‌بینی شده است.
