بدون تردید صنعت لوام خانگی یکی از صنایع فعال و البته درآمدزا در سطح جهان است. بنابر این توسعه این صنعت با توجه به جنبه‌های اقتصادی گسترده آن از قبیل اشتغال و ایجاد ارزش افزوده بالا می‌تواند برای هر کشوری از جمله صنایع اولویت‌دار باشد. در کشور ما نیز صنعت لوازم خانگی پس از خودروسازی در رده دوم صنایع بزرگ قرار دارد و سال‌ها است که تولیدات متنوع و فراوانی را روانه بازار می‌کند.
با این حال، چند سالی می‌شود که این صنعت با چالش‌ها و موانع بسیاری روبرو است. در این بین کارشناسان امر، تحریم‌های دو سال اخیر علیه کشور را یکی از اصلی‌ترین چالش‌های این صنعت ارزیابی می‌کنند. آنها تاکید دارند حمایت از تولید داخلی در حوزه لوازم خانگی مسئله‌ای چندبعدی است که از مهم‌ترین ابعاد آن حمایت دولت و همچنین مصرف‌کنندگان از این صنعت است.

روز گذشته نایب رئیس اتحادیه فروشندگان لوازم خانگی از رکودی شدید در بازار لوازم خانگی خبر داد که به دلیل آن تولیدکنندگان در سال جاری نتوانستند حتی در حد عرف سالیانه 10درصدی هم قیمت کالاهای خود را افزایش دهند؛ چراکه بازار دیگر کشش افزایش قیمت را ندارد! وی همچنین توصیه‌هایی به خریداران ارائه کرد تا کالای تقلبی و بدون گارانتی نخرند.
به گزارش روزنامه «صبح امروز» و به نقل از ایسنا، محمد حسین اسلامیان از رکود در بازار لوازم خانگی خبر داد و گفت: در حال حاضر به دلیل افزایش قیمت مواد اولیه، محصولات لوازم خانگی گران هستند و قدرت خرید مردم نیز کاهش یافته است. از طرف دیگر مردم منتظر نتیجه انتخابات و مذاکرات برجام هستند که مجموع این شرایط باعث رکود در بازار لوازم خانگی شده است. البته تعطیلات ناشی از اعمال محدودیت برای جلوگیری از شیوع ویروس کرونا نیز بر رکود در بازار تاثیر داشته است.

وی با اشاره به افزایش بیش از دو برابری قیمت برخی از مواد اولیه تولید لوازم خانگی طی یک سال گذشته، اظهار کرد: تولیدکنندگان لوازم خانگی با توجه به افزایش هزینه حامل‌های انرژی، حقوق و دستمزد و بیمه هر سال ۱۰ درصد قیمت محصولات خود را افزایش می‌دادند، اما امسال این افزایش قیمت اعمال نشد چراکه با همین قیمت‌ها هم کسی خرید نمی‌کند. به عبارت دقیق‌تر قیمت تمام شده تولید کنندگان افزایش یافته اما در لیست نهایی آن را اعمال نکردند چرا که بازار کشش افزایش قیمت را ندارد.
پیش از خرید اطلاعات کالا را کنترل کنید
نایب رئیس اتحادیه فروشندگان لوازم خانگی در ادامه به مصرف‌کنندگان توصیه کرد قبل از خرید کالا با استفاده از سامانه جامع گارانتی و از طریق شماره ۴۷۷۷۷# از کم و کیف و نوع گارانتی و مشخصات فنی محصول مورد نظر خود اطلاعات کامل کسب کنند.
وی با بیان اینکه اتحادیه در سایت خود لیست اسامی تولید کنندگان و خدمات پس از فروش‌های معتبر را درج کرده و این اطلاعات در سامانه جامع گارانتی نیز در دسترس است، تصریح کرد: بازرسی‌های وزارت صمت برای جلوگیری از فروش کالای قاچاق در سطح عرضه انجام می‌شود. اتحادیه هم اخیراً دستورالعملی به فروشندگان دارای پروانه ابلاغ کرده و آنها ملزم شدند که از فروش کالای بدون گارانتی یا همان کالای قاچاق خودداری کنند. همچنین اگر مصرف کننده از واحدهای دارای پروانه کسب کالایی بخرد که گارانتی نداشته باشد یا قاچاق باشد در صورت شکایت، اتحادیه ابتدا خسارت آنها را جبران می‌کند و در صورت تکرار، این واحد پلمب خواهد شد.
برخی کالاهای خارجی در بازار تقلبی هستند
به گفته اسلامیان، سازمان صنعت، معدن و تجارت، اتاق اصناف، سازمان تعزیرات، سازمان حمایت و اتحادیه پنج نهادی هستند که بازرسی‌هایی در سطح عرضه انجام می‌دهد. اما اتحادیه فروشندگان زمانی ورود مستقیم می‌کند که مشتری کالایی خریده و منجر به خرابی شده یا قلابی بوده است. چرا که در موارد بسیاری کالاهای خارجی که در سطح عرضه به مردم فروخته می‌شود، اصل نیست. وقتی کالا خراب می‌شود و مصرف کننده به اتحادیه مراجعه می‌کند، کارشناس اتحادیه موضوع را بررسی می‌کند. اگر مشخص شود تخلفی انجام شده از واحد صنفی پیگیری خواهد شد.

وی افزود: ممکن است کالا بدون برند وارد بازار شده باشد و در موارد زیادی به ویژه در فروشگاه‌های اینترنتی کالا را با برندهای معروف در سایت بارگذاری کنند. مشتری هم به اتکا به همین کالا را خریداری می‌کند و مبلغی هم پرداخت می‌کند، اما کالایی که ارسال می‌شود یا اصلاً مدل ندارد یا برند دیگری است.
با توجه به همین شرایط نایب رئیس اتحادیه فروشندگان لوازم خانگی بار دیگر تاکید کرد که خریداران حتماً قبل از خرید کالای خود با استفاده از سامانه جامع گارانتی اطلاعات کالا و گارانتی را دریافت کنند و حتماً از واحدهای صنفی دارای پروانه کسب خرید کنند تا در صورت بروز مشکل امکان پیگیری شکایت وجود داشته باشد.
