نگاهی به تحرکات انتخاباتی اخیر اصولگرایان
اختلاف در دل وحدت و ائتلاف!

در فاصله چهار ماه تا انتخابات ریاست جمهوری 1400 اصولگرایان بر شدت تحرکات انتخاباتی خود افزوده اند. صف بلند مدعیان نامزدی انتخاباتی و البته آنها که خود را محور وحدت می‌خوانند باعث شده بود چندی پیش دو شورای ائتلاف و شورای وحدت به شدت به موضع‌گیری علیه یکدیگر مشغول شوند؛ آن هم در شرایطی که تحول‌خواهان اصولگرا ناظر بازی شده‌اند تا با برنده ائتلاف کنند و جبهه پایداری هم راه خود را می‌رفت. در واقع اگر چهره‌ای مانند رئیسی وارد انتخابات نشود، احتمالا اختلافات اصولگرایان باز هم افزایش خواهد یافت.
شورای وحدت و شورای ائتلاف هم مسیر می شوند؟
منوچهر متکی که حالا سخنگوی شورای وحدت شده درباره شورای وحدت گفته «سازوکار شورای وحدت دموکراتیک، شفاف و مبتنی بر آرای جمعی است و این ویژگی‌ها از افتخاراتش محسوب می‌شود.»
غلامرضا مصباحی مقدم هم هفته گذشته از این ساز و کار دفاع کرده و گفته «هدف جامعه روحانیت مبارز ایجاد شورای عالی وحدت بود تا همه جریان‌های انقلابی بتوانند حول یک محور مشخص جمع شوند و با وحدت کامل به نامزد واحد در انتخابات ریاست‌جمهوری 1400 برسند. تلاش‌های بسیاری صورت گرفت تا این مهم محقق شود که به لطف خدا محقق شد و امروز بسیاری از احزاب شناسنامه‌دار و دارای مجوز از وزارت کشور عضو شورای وحدت هستند.»
بادامچیان هم در واکنش به صحبت‌های حداد عادل که گفته بود «شورای وحدت با شورای ائتلاف همراه شوند» گفته «طبیعی است که شورای ائتلاف باید با شورای وحدت همراه شود، چراکه شورای وحدت شامل 40 حزب ارزش‌گرا است بنابراین وقتی مجموعه‌ای با این تعداد از احزاب تشکیل شده، از یک سو جامعه روحانیت مبارز حضور دارد و از سوی دیگر هم حمایت روحانیت سراسر کشور را داراست.»
منوچهر متکی سال 84 رئیس ستاد علی لاریجانی بود و بعید نیست شورای وحدت روی یک گزینه میانه‌رو مثل لاریجانی به توافق برسد. این یعنی اگر چنین اتفاقی بیفتد، شورای وحدت به مسیری می‌رود و شورای ائتلاف به راه دیگر.
انتقاد چمران از شورای وحدت
مهدی چمران که از حامیان جدی سردار قالیباف محسوب می‌شود، در گفت و گویی با مثلث آنلاین از شورای وحدت انتقاد کرده و گفته «امیدوارم همه هدایت شویم و به مسیر مشترک و واقعی برسیم و برخلاف آنچه برخی دوستان اسم شورای خود را وحدت گذاشته‌اند، وحدت‌شکنی به وجود نیاید.» او ادامه داده «ناگهان مشاهده کردیم جامعه روحانیت مبارز اعلام کرد که با افراد جدیدی که به جامعه آمده‌اند می‌خواهیم کار انتخاباتی انجام دهیم و بنایشان به نوعی حرکت موازی با شورای ائتلاف قرار گرفت. ما گفتیم این کار شما به شورای ائتلاف لطمه می‌زند و دلیلی ندارد راهی که ما تا میانه آمده‌ایم شما از ابتدا شروع کنید و باعث دوگانگی در جبهه اصولگرایی شوید. سازوکار شورای ائتلاف از پایین به بالاست؛ یعنی شورا‌های شهرستان شورای استان را انتخاب می‌کنند، شورا‌های استان، شورای مرکزی را انتخاب می‌کند و شورای مرکزی برای ریاست‌جمهوری تصمیم می‌گیرد. اما شورای وحدت این سازوکار را ندارد و مانند گذشته است که عده‌ای بنشینند و برای دیگران تکلیف معلوم کنند و شورا‌ها مسئول اجرای تصمیمات آنها باشند. ما تصور می‌کردیم دوره پدرخوانده‌ها تمام شده، اما گویا این‌طور نیست… در شورای وحدت قرار بود بیش از 40 حزب حضور داشته باشد، اما پنج حزب را پذیرفتند و به بقیه گفتند خداحافظ. من فقط امیدوارم خداوند به همه ما بصیرت دهد تا با توهم پیروزی پس‌گردنی نخوریم.»
هدف از انتشار غیر رسمی کابینه کاندیداها چیست؟
پرویز سروری که به جریان تحول خواهان اصولگرا (فرماندهان سابق سپاه) نزدیک است و حالا دبیر شورای ائتلاف نیرو‌های انقلاب شده، در توئیتی به انتشار غیررسمی کابینه تعدادی از کاندیدا‌های احتمالی انتخابات ریاست‌جمهوری سیزدهم واکنش نشان داد. سروری نوشته «اینکه مردم در انتخابات 1400 نه فقط به یک نفر به عنوان رئیس جمهور بلکه به او و کابینه‌اش رای بدهند فکر درستی است، مدل شورای ائتلاف «نامزد ـ کابینه» است. اما پوستر‌های رنگارنگی که این روز‌ها شتابزده و از منابع نامعلوم منتشر می‌شود مردم را گیج کرده و به اصل این فکر لطمه می‌زند.»
بعضی فعالان سیاسی معتقدند این اظهارات به منزله سهم خواهی بعضی جریان‌ها از رئیس جمهور آینده است. البته این هم نکته‌ای عجیب نیست و معمولا پیش از انتخابات سهم‌خواهی‌ها انجام می‌شود تا تکلیف احزاب و افراد با کابینه آینده مشخص باشد. حالا که اصولگرایان خود را پیروز انتخابات 1400 می دانند، هرکس سهم خود را می خواهد.
بازارگرمی ذوالنوری و انگیزه مثال زدنی رضایی
هفته گذشته مجتبی ذوالنوری نماینده قم در مطلبی در صفحه شخصی خود نوشت: «در شرایطی که تفرق سمی مهلک و وحدت بیش از هر زمانی ضرورت دارد به نامزدی انتخابات ریاست جمهوری فکر نمی‌کنم. اظهارات برادر عزیزم جناب آقای دکتر حسن بیگی در این خصوص صرفا ابراز لطف و نظر شخصی ایشان است و مطلقا با اطلاع اینجانب نبوده است.»
ظاهرا چند روز گذشته ابوالفضل حسن بیگی نماینده مجلس دهم در گفتگو یا یکی از رسانه‌ها گفته بود که «آقای ذوالنوری نسبت به افرادی که امروز در جریان اصولگرایی نامشان مطرح می‌شود، توانمندتر و قوی‌تر است. او در حوزه‌های فنی مخصوصا بحث هسته‌ای و برجام تسلط دارد و در مجموع فردی عاشق، منصف و توانمند محسوب می‌شود.»
محسن رضایی در یک سخنرانی در زنجان گفته «در قسمت مردم سالاری سیاسی ما وضعیت بسیار خوبی را در سیاست، دفاع و امنیت داریم. ولی کافی نیست. زندگی مردم، امنیت و آرامش می‌خواهد و از سوی دیگر ضرورت دارد درآمد کافی و انسانی برای همه شهروندان فراهم شود. نباید در این کشور، پدیده‌های زشتی مثل فقر، فساد و بیکاری وجود داشته باشد. با تمرکز و اکتفا به بهبود جنبه‌های سیاسی، امنیتی و دفاعی، نمی‌توان پیشرفت و معیشت را تامین کرد. بهبود وضعیت اقتصاد و معیشت، کارگزاران اقتصادی می‌خواهد. کارگزاران اقتصادی و کارگزاران سیاسی، مکمل یکدیگر هستند.»
محسن رضایی مدتی است دیدارها و سخنرانی‌های خود را افزایش داده و با نقد دولت روحانی و بیان جملاتی همچون «از بین بردن ارزش پول ملی» وارد شده و به احتمال بسیار زیاد او نیز مثل دوره‌های قبل باز هم نامزد انتخابات شود.
