جشن میراث خراسان بعد از کرونا

مدیرکل میراث فرهنگی، گردشگری و صنایع دستی خراسان رضوی از برگزاری جشن بینالمللی نوروزگاه بعد از فروکش کردن بیماری کووید 19 خبر داد. به گزارش صبح امروز، مدیرکل میراث فرهنگی، گردشگری و صنایع دستی خراسان رضوی ابوالفضل مکرمیفر با اعلام این خبر افزود: جشن بینالمللی نوروزگاه در مرز ترکمنستان نیز به دلیل جلوگیری از تجمع در مکانهای مرتبط به بعد از فروکش کردن بیماری کووید 19 موکول شده است تا شرایط به
حالت عادی بازگردد.
وی اظهار کرد: جشنهای نوروزگاه به دلیل تجمع در یک مکان لغو شد؛ بنابراین 138 جشن نوروزگاه در 28 شهرستان، خانههای تاریخی و مجموعههای فرهنگی در سطح استان که برای نوروز تدارک دیده شده بود، کنسل شد.
سفر به خراسان رضوی را به بعد از مرتفع شدن بحران کرونا موکول کنید
مکرمیفر یادآور شد: با توجه به تصمیمی که در ستاد خدمات سفر انجام شده است، خراسان رضوی در ایام نوروز پذیرش مسافر نخواهد داشت. لذا از عموم زائران و مسافران تقاضا میشود سفر به استان را برای بعد از مرتفع شدن این ویروس برنامهریزی کنند تا بتوانیم میزبان خوبی برای زائران و مسافران
باشیم.
وی افزود: بر اساس بخشنامههایی که از سوی وزارت بهداشت و ستاد پیشگیری کرونا در استان ابلاغ شده است، حجم پذیرش مسافر و زائر رو به کاهش و کنترلهای لازم در حال انجام است، همچنین ورود مسافران از طریق پایانههای مسافربری مانند راهآهن، فردودگاه و … کاهش پیدا کرده است.
تمدید اعتبار تمامی مجوزهای گردشگری تا پایان اردیبهشت 99
مدیرکل میراث فرهنگی، گردشگری و صنایع دستی خراسان رضوی ادامه داد: در راستای این موضوع تمامی مجوزها اعم از پروانههای بهرهبرداری، گواهینامههای حرفهای، مجوز فعالیت یا کارتهای راهنمای گردشگری که مستلزم مراجعه حضوری است، تا پایان اردیبهشت 99 دارای اعتبار بوده و برای تمدید آنها نیاز نیست به اداره کل مراجعه شود.
مکرمیفر خاطرنشان کرد: همچنین کلیه مجوزهای جدید اعم از گواهینامههای حرفهای، پروانههای بهرهبرداری، مجوزهای فعالیت و کارتهای راهنمایان گردشگری که باز هم مستلزم مراجعه حضوری هستند، به پایان فروردین 99 موکول شد، همچنین تا اطلاع ثانوی کلیه دورههای آموزشی، همایشها، جلسات و نشستها در اداره کل که موجب تردد و رفتآمد جمعی افراد میشود به تعویق افتاد.
وی در خصوص نظارت بر تاسیسات گردشگری استان تصریح کرد: برای تشدید نظارت بر فعالیتهای تاسیساتی و شکایت مردم از تاسیسات گردشگری، سامانه پاسخگویی به شماره 09629 در نظر گرفته شده است و در صورت شکایت به سرعت اقدامات لازم انجام خواهد گرفت؛ ضمنا ما با همکاری بخش خصوصی نیز اقدامات لازم جهت شناسایی و معرفی واحدهای غیر مجاز را آغازکردهایم و اقدامات لازم جهت جلوگیری از فعالیت آنها در حال انجام است.
مکاتبه با جامعه حرفهای هتلداران استان برای پذیرش بیماران تازه بهبودیافته
مدیرکل میراث فرهنگی، گردشگری و صنایع دستی خراسان رضوی عنوان کرد: در مکاتبات با جامعه حرفهای هتلداران درخواست شد که آن دسته از واحدهای اقامتی که آمادگی پذیرش بیماران تازه بهبودیافته را دارند، به ما معرفی کنند که در همین راستا برخی از واحدها کتبا اعلام کردند، آمادگی لازم جهت پذیرایی از بهبودیافتگان را دارند.
وی ادامه داد: این امر طبق بخشنامهای است که از طرف ستاد کشوری و معاونت گردشگری به ما رسیده مبنی بر این که بنا به تقاضایی که از سوی وزارت بهداشت صورت گرفته، در بخشنامه به ما اعلام شده هتلهایی که میخواهند به شکل داوطلبانه در دوران نقاهت در اختیار بیمار قرار گیرند را اعلام کنیم. این امر در دوران نقاهت مد نظر است؛ یعنی دورانی که در بیمارستان دوره خود را گذرانده و بهبود یافتهاند و لازم است چندوقتی تحت کنترل باشند و این موضوع در این زمان مد نظر است.
مکرمیفر افزود: بنا به این تقاضا و پیگیریها با جامعه هتلداران، حدود 1000 تخت آماده به ما پیشنهاد شده و ما به معاونت زیارت استان اعلام کردیم که در صورت لزوم در اختیار دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قرار گیرد. ضمن این که این موارد به صورت استندبای بوده و در صورت نیاز استفاده میشود و لذا به معنای این نیست که الان این خدمات به افراد داده میشود.
مکرمیفر تشریح کرد: نظارتها با 150 واحد نظارت که تلفیقی از ناظران بهداشت، اماکن و سایر تاسیسات مرتبط هستند، از اوایل اسفند آغاز شد، این نظارتها هم به صورت تلفیقی و هم به صورت مستقل توسط اداره کل در حال انجام است؛ چنانکه هر چه کوتاهی و قصور در تاسیسات گردشگری به ویژه بحث بهداشتی مشاهده شود، شدیدا برخورد میشود و اقدامات قانونی لازم انجام خواهد گرفت.
مکرمیفر در خصوص تعطیلی موزهها و مجموعههای تاریخی تصریح کرد: تعطیلی و بازگشایی موزهها و مجموعههای تاریخی استان نیز بر اساس دستور ستاد پیشبینی استان خواهد بود و هر شهرستان تابع دستور این ستاد اقدامات لازم را انجام خواهد داد.
وی گفت: دستورالعمل پیشگیری از ویروس کرونا به تمام تاسیسات گردشگری استان ابلاغ شده است و به خوبی در حال اجراست؛ پذیرش مسافر و زائر در مهمانسراها، مدارس، واحدهای اقامتی و زائرسراهای غیر رسمی ممنوع است و این اماکن حق پذیرش مسافر را ندارند.
مدیرکل میراث فرهنگی، گردشگری و صنایع دستی خراسان رضوی متذکر شد: ما از تمام مردمی که مشهد را به عنوان مقصد سفر نوروزی خود انتخاب کردند، خواهش میکنیم سفر خود را به تعویق انداخته و برنامه سفر خود را به پس از فروکش کردن این بیماری موکول کنند تا شرایط به حالت عادی خود بازگردد، این مهم همچنین از سوی ستاد پیشگیری از کرونا که توسط استانداری انجام میشود ابلاغ میشود.
