بررسی وضعیت کودکان کار در روزهای کرونایی:

امروز هر روز و در هر مسیری شاهد این هستیم که کودکان خردسال به جای بازی با توپ و عروسک مشغول به کار هستند و به کلی شادی و بچگی کردن را فراموش کرده اند و این مشکل مستقیماً با مسائل اقتصادی رابطه مستقیم دارد، کودک کار به کودکان کارگری گفته میشود که بهصورت مداوم مشغول کار هستند.
حال با شیوع کرونا، چه بر سر این کودکان میاید برای پیگیری وضعیت کودکان کار در روزهای کرونایی به سراغ معاون اجتماعی بهزیستی استان خراسان رضوی رفته و با او در این خصوص به گفتو گو نشسته که در ادامه به آن میپردازیم:
توزیع چهار هزار بسته بهداشتی
معاون پیشگیری سازمان بهزیستی استان گفت: چهار هزار بسته بهداشتی توسط سازمان بهزیستی برای کودکان کار تهیه شده است که در ۴ روز متوالی بین آنان توزیع میشود که این اقدام تا پایان اسفند ماه ادامه دارد و اگر سازمان بهزیستی بتواند اعتبارات بیشتری را از بخش دولتی دریافت کند، این اقدام ادامه دارد.
به گزارش صبح امروز، غلامحسین حقدادی در گفتگو با خبرنگار این رسانه افزود: در کنار این چهار هزار بسته که از طرف سازمان بهزیستی تهیه و توزیع می شود ، خیرین و گروه های مردمی نیز به آماده سازی و توزیع پکهای بهداشتی پرداختند.
وی در خصوص سایر اقدامات سازمان بهزیستی نسبت به مقابله با کرونا برای کودکان کار تصریح کرد: سازمان بهزیستی از ابتدای شیوع ویروس کرونا، مراکزی برای نگهداری از کودکان کار داشته است که در آن اقدامات کاملی مانند حفظ و نگهداری، ایزوله کردن و محافظت از آنان در مقابل ویروس و دادن آموزش های لازم انجام شده است، و به دلیل اقامت کودکان کار در این مراکز، تمام اقدامات پیشگیرانه در آن انجام شده است و خوشبختانه تا کنون، هیچ مورد مثبت و مشکوکی در آن محل ، مشاهده نشده است.
ضدعفونی اقامتگاه کودکان کار
حقدادی تشریح کرد: حدود ۲۰ کودک در این مرکز اقامت دارند ، که اقدامات پذیرش و ترخیص در این محل با احتیاط کامل صورت می گیرد، همچنین نکات بهداشتی نیز به طور کامل رعایت می شود.
معاون پیشگیری سازمان بهزیستی استان در خصوص کودکان کاری که در خیابان ها وجود دارند و تحت پوشش مسمتر این سازمان نیستند خاطر نشان کرد: سازمان بهزیستی کشور طرحی را برای کودکان کار آماده کرده که مراکزی مانند پایگاههای خدمات اجتماعی که در ذیل اورژانس اجتماعی هستند، در حال حاضر با ۹ گروه آماده ارائه خدمات به کودکان کار در سطح شهر هستند، که با کمک مراجع مربوطه، امکانات بهداشتی از قبیل ماسک، دستکش ، ژل و مواد شوینده در اختیار آنان قرار داده که این امکانات بهداشتی توسط خود سازمان خریداری شده است و به صورت رایگان بین کودکان کار توزیع می شود.
آموزش نکات بهداشتی به کودکان
وی ادامه داد: این بسته شامل یک محلول ژل ضد عفونی کننده، یک محلول مایع دستشویی، مقداری ماسک و دستکش یکبار مصرف و بروشورآموزشی است، و همکاران و تیمهای ما ، سر چهار راهها و محل تردد کودکان کار، در خیابانها حاضر شده، یک آموزش سر پایی در خصوص موارد بهداشتی به آنان داده و تاکید می کنند که در خانه بمانند و نحوه استفاده از ژل و سایر اقلام بهداشتی را به آنان می دهند و سپس این بسته بهداشتی را در اختیار آنان می گذارند ، تا بتوانند استفاده بهتری از آن بکنند.
حقدادی معاون پیشگیری سازمان بهزیستی استان در خصوص انواع خدماتی که کودکان کار دریافت می کنند ابراز کرد: این کودکان به چند صورت خدمات دریافت می کنند یک روش به این صورت است که ، بر روی خانواده کودکی که شناسایی شده کار می شود تا فرزند خود را از داخل خیابان جمع کرده و به خانه ببرد، در این گونه موارد با شناسایی خانواده ، این موضوع به صورت سرپایی انجام می شود، خانواده وی پیگیری شده و توانمند می شوند و اقلام بهداشتی و تحصیلی نیز در طول سال به آنان داده می شود.
کمک به کودکان کار
وی ادامه داد: گروه دیگری نیز هستند که خانواده یا محل اقامتی ندارند و یا طرد شده اند، این کودکان به دستور مقامات قضایی به بهزیستی معرفی می شوند و به مرکز نگهداری از کودکان کار بی سرپرست منتقل می شوند، که پس مدتی یا با خدمات مددکاری و روانشناسی و پیگیری های مکرر نزد خانواده خود بازمی گردند و آموزش های لازم به خانواده آنان داده نی شود و سامان میگیرند و در صورتی که امکان تحویل فرزند به خانواده وجود نداشته باشد ، حکم قضایی گرفته می شود و به صورت دائم در مراکز کودکان بی سرپرست بهزیستی نگهداری می شوند.
وی در پایان سخنان خود با بیان اینکه خانه های مربوط به اقامت کودکان کار موقت است و کار آن وصل این کودکان به خانواده هایشان می باشد به مردم توصیه کرد: اگر میخواهند به کودکان کار کمک نمایند به جای پول به آنان اقلام بهداشتی بدهند و کاری بکنند که ظرفیت بهداشتی جامعه کنترل شود . همچنین تمام مقامات کمک کنند تا این کودکان بتوانند حداقل حضور را در جامعه داشته باشند زیرا این روز ها آلودگی و میزان انتقال آن بالااست ، مردم این ویروس را جدی بگیرند تا ما بتوانیم از این حلقه آلوده کننده که برای همه خطرناک است جلوگیری کنیم.
