همیشه این سوال وجود دارد که با توجه به جمعیت و پتانسل هنرمندان مشهدی در ارائه کارهایی که غالبا در سطح کشور امتیازات و رتبه های ویژه ای را به خود اختصاص می دهد، در حال حاضر با خلا جشنواره اختصاصی مشهد در سطح کشور روبرو نیستیم؟ به همین جهت، در نشست خبری رونمایی از پوستر جشنواره عکاسی که چندی پیش برگزار شده بود، به گفتگوی کوتاه با محمدرضا محمدی، معاون هنری و سینمایی اداره فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی خراسان رضوی پرداختیم و از او توضیحاتی را پیرامون لزوم برگزاری جشنواره اختصاصی مشهد خواستیم.

نیاز به برگزاری جشنواره اختصاصی احساس نشده‌است

معاون هنری و سینمایی اداره فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی خراسان رضوی بیان کرد: من و خیلی از دوستانی که در این روند دخیل هستیم، معتقدیم که دستگاه هایی که بیشتر درگیر جشنواره زدگی باشند، خروجی آن چنانی ندارند. هرچند که در آذرماه جشنواره تئاتر استانی را برگزار می کنیم. البته در حوزه های تجسمی هم می شود این کار را انجام داد، اما در حال حاضر هم، هنرمندان هنرهای تجسمی خراسان در جشنواره ای که اخیرا در ایلام برگزار شده بود، رتبه های خوبی را کسب و برای ما اعتبارآفرینی کردند. به طور مثال در نگارگری رتبه اول را کسب کردیم. هنرمندان مشهدی در تمام جشنواره هایی که در سطح کشور برگزار می شود، تائیرگذار هستند. فلذا نیاز به اینکه بخواهیم به صورت اختصاصی جشنواره ای در مشهد برگزار کنیم تاکنون احساس نشده است.
محمدرضا محمدی تاکید کرد: با شکل گیری انجمن هایی مثل هنرهای تجسمی، اجرای کارها توسط دستگاه به انجمن واگذار می شود و انجمن بازوی اجرایی ما خواهد بود. به طور یقین، دستگاه های اجرایی و دستگاه های دولتی، دیگر نباید به صورت مستقیم به این مباحث ورود پیدا کنند و خود سازمان‌های مردم نهاد هستند که باید پیش قدم شده، تا ما به آن ها کمک کنیم. هدایت، حمایت و نظارت با دستگاه و وزارت خانه، اما اجرا با خود انجمن خواهد بود. به عبارتی خود قشر هنرمند باید برای اجرای این نوع فعالیت ها تصمیم بگیرند و این روش به مراتب بهتر از این است که حکومتی و با ابلاغیه ما صورت گیرد. البته موضوع ابلاغیه های حکومتی جشنواره ها، بنا به نیاز فرهنگی و اجتماعی جامعه، به قوت قبل باقی می ماند. اما در اموری که مربوط به خود ان جی او ها است، باید خودشان تصمیم گیری کنند و دستگاه های دولتی مثل وزارت فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی هم به جهت همیاری، در کنار آن ها خواهد بود.

نیاز به فعال کننده برای برگزاری جشنواره

در ادامه این صحبت ها به سراغ یکی از افرادی که سال های متمادی از اعضای هیات موسس انجمن هنرهای تجسمی بوده-است، رفتیم و با او در ارتباط با لزوم برگزاری جشنواره هنرهای تجسمی به گفتگو پرداختیم. صالح موسویان در این باره می-گوید: در دهه هفتاد و هشتاد، که انجمن هنرهای تجسمی را داشتیم، نسبتا جشنواره های زیادی را برگزار می کردیم که خیلی جوانان و چهره های شناخته شده ای که امروزه در حوزه های مختلف هنرهای تجسمی فعالیت و در دانشگاه ها در حال تدریس هستند، از دل همین جشنواره ها بیرون آمده بودند. استعدادی که به واسطه حضور در جشنواره ها در آن ها متبلور شده بود، باعث شده که خود را ارتقا داده و به سطح دانشگاه ها برسانند. اما چراغ انجمن استان دوام چندانی نداشت و عملا در اواخر دهه هشتاد و اوایل دهه نود، شرایط رفته رفته حاد شد. در سال گذشته، مجددا تصمیم گرفته شد که یک هیات موسس داشته باشیم تا انجمن استان را رقم بزنند و زودتر تحولات داخلی آغاز شود. اواخر سال 97 هیات موسس جدید شروع به کار کرد و اساسنامه انجمن جدید تنظیم و در مجمع عمومی به تصویب رسانده شد و در نهایت، هفته گذشته در یک سری اتفاقات جدید، انجمن شکل گرفته شد. در حال حاضر باید آن ها بستر کار را برای تحولات هنرهای تجسمی آماده کنند.
وی ادامه داد: بالطبع به علت تعدد شاخه های هنرهای تجسمی، هنرمندان زیادی نیز در این رشته فعالیت می کنند. این افراد، نیاز به برگزاری نمایشگاه و تعاملات اجتماعی دارند تا دیده و به پایتخت معرفی شوند. در حوزه تعداد گالری های هنری، مشهد در سطح نسبتا خوبی قرار دارد و فعالین حوزه مبادلات هنری زیاد هستند. مسئله برگزاری جشنواره هنرهای تجسمی چه در سطح استانی و چه در سطوح بالاتر مثل کشوری، بسیار حائز اهمیت است و از مهاجرت هنرمندان به پایتخت جلوگیری می کند. مشهد از لحاظ امکانات و … پتانسیل برگزاری جشنواره را دارد و طبیعتا بسترها برای این کار آماده است و تنها نیاز به یک فعال کننده احساس می شود، تا روی خط حرکت کند و در مسیر برگزاری جشنواره ها تاثیرگذار باشد.
