مهلت یک ماهه برای تعیین تکلیف واحدهای فاقد متقاضی مسکن مهر گلبهار

وزارت راه و شهرسازی به عاملان اجرای پروژه مسکن مهر شهر جدید گلبهار که واحدهای فاقد متقاضی دارند یک ماه مهلت داد تا این واحدها را تعیین تکلیف کنند.

مدیر عامل شرکت عمران شهر جدید گلبهار روز یکشنبه با بیان این مطلب به خبرنگار ایرنا گفت: بر اساس آخرین نشست شورای مسکن خراسان رضوی که معاون وزیر راه و شهرسازی نیز در آن حضور یافت دو مصوبه برای واحدهای فاقد متقاضی مسکن مهر در گلبهار تعیین شد.

هومن گریوانی افزود: براساس این مصوبات، تعاونی های دارای پروژه های مسکن مهر که پیشرفت آنها کمتر از ۳۰ درصد است یک ماه مهلت دارند تا نسبت به فعال کردن پروژه ها اقدام کنند در غیر این صورت زمین های دولتی از آنها پس گرفته و پروژه ها به انبوه سازان توانمند واگذار می شود.

وی اضافه کرد: به تعاونی های دارای پروژه های مسکن مهر با پیشرفت اجرایی بین ۳۰ تا ۶۰ درصد که پروژه را تعطیل کرده اند هم اخطار کتبی داده شده است تا در مدت یک ماه نسبت به فعال کردن پروژه اقدام کنند و در صورتی که تعاونی مسکن مهر نتوانست در مدت یک ماه پروژه را فعال کند واحدهای نیمه ساخته نیز به انبوه سازان واگذار می شود.

مدیر عامل شرکت عمران شهر جدید گلبهار گفت: ۳۹ هزار و ۸۳۳ واحد مسکن مهر در گلبهار در قالب پروژه های تعاونی، سه جانبه و خودمالک وجود دارد که از این تعداد ۳۰ هزار و ۵۶۹ واحد افتتاح شده، سه هزار و ۴۵۱ واحد در دست ساخت است و  پنج هزار و ۸۱۳ واحد هم فاقد متقاضی است.

گریوانی افزود: از پنج هزار و ۸۱۳ واحد فاقد متقاضی تعداد پنج  هزار و ۳۱۷ واحد مربوط به پروژه های تعاونی هستند که حدود نیمی از آنها پیشرفت اجرایی بیش از  ۳۰ درصد و نیمی دیگر پیشرفت اجرایی کمتر از ۳۰ درصد دارند و ۴۹۶ واحد هم مربوط به پروژه های سه جانبه تبدیلی از  تعاونیهای کم کار است.

وی اضافه کرد: با توجه به تاکید مقام عالی وزارت راه و شهرسازی همه واحدهای مسکن مهر تا پایان سال ۱۳۹۸ تعیین تکلیف می شوند.

مدیرعامل شرکت عمران شهر جدید گلبهار گفت: تلاش شده است همزمان با بهره برداری از واحدهای مسکن مهر، خدمات روبنایی و زیر بنایی آن نیز تکمیل شود.

گریوانی افزود: فرصت های بی نظیری جهت سرمایه گذاری در زمینه های عمرانی، فرهنگی و ورزشی به منظور توسعه و رشد زیرساخت های شهر جدید گلبهار طی سالهای گذشته فراهم شد که با توجه به رشد فزاینده جمعیت در این شهر نیاز به احداث و توسعه این فضاها بیش از پیش احساس می شود.

شهرجدید گلبهار که برای جمعیت ۲۰۰ هزار نفر و قابل توسعه تا ۴۰۰ هزار نفر ساخته شده با وسعت چهار هزار هکتار در ۳۵ کیلومتری شمال غربی مشهد و در امتداد جاده مشهد – قوچان واقع است.
