خبرنگار؛ حدّ فاصل بین نویز و دیتا

اوّلین تصویری که روز خبرنگار به ذهن متبادر می‌کند، تصویر خودکار بیک آبی بر روی کاغذ است، امّا واقعیت این لفظ در جوهر صد خودکار هم نمی‌گنجد. البته که در دنیای فراصنعتی و مدرن امروز، خودکارها هم، الکترونیکی شده و نسل بعد احتمالا همان قدر با این جوهر روان غریبه است که ما با زغال روی دیوارهای غارها غریبه بوده‌ایم.
صحبت‌کردن و قلم‌زدن با صراحت و بدون غرض‌ورزی، تنها از دور آسان به نظر می‌رسد. به عنوان خبرنگار، همیشه این سوال در ذهنم بوده که واقعیّت‌های موجود در بطن جامعه را، بدون آزادی بیان و در چهارچوب معیارها بیان کنم، یا با امتیاز آزادی بیان و در تیررس استرس‌ها؟
امّا به قول مرحوم هاشمی رفسنجانی “خبرنگار شرافتمند نمی‌گذارد جامعه در بی‌خبری بماند” البته که لفظ شرافتمند هم قداست خاص خودش را دارد و محدوده اعتماد مردم به رسانه‌ها را نباید بازیچه بزرگ‌نمایی‌های اغراق‌آمیز و سیاه‌نمایی‌های عمومی‌پسند کنیم. ما نه به انتخاب، که به واسطه اخلاق و وجدان کاری، باید رعایت اعتدال و میانه‌روی را هرچند سخت، به‌جا آوریم. در جامعه امروزی به ظاهر فرافرهنگی و غرق در توهّمات و ازدیاد شبکه‌های مجازی و سوشیال‌‌مدیا، هرکسی که سری می‌جنباند، با یک موبایل در دست، در بیوگرافی می‌نویسد فوتوگرافر و خبرنگار مستقل، امّا چه می‌دانند از درد و رنج و مصائب قشر خبرنگار و سختی شغلی که جزو مشاغل سخت هم محسوب نمی‌شود و در یک جمله، عامّه مردم اصولا غافلند از نگاه موشکافانه و ریزبینانه‌ای که سایه بر سر خبرنگاران دارد.
در بحث فلسفی رسانه که ماریتن هایدگر مطرح می‌کند، در عصر رسانه و دنیای مجازی و با دسترسی  سهل‌الوصول به اطّلاعات و امکان نشر و بازنشر، همه یک تریبون دارند و این موضوع باعث شده‌است که به ‌جای دیتا و داده های مفید، با نویزهای مخرّبی که در سطح جامعه و توسّط عموم ارائه می‌شود مواجه باشیم. با توجّه به دسترسی‌های مجازی و شیوع سریع اخبار، اعتمادسازی که اوّلین لازمه خبرنگاری است، سخت‌تر از گذشته امکان‌پذیر است و خبرنگار به نوعی حدّ فاصل بین نویز و دیتا است که باید با پوشش خبری صحیح و متعارف و البته کمترین تعلّل در انعکاس صحیح خبر و به عنوان واسطه میان مردم و مسئولین و با نیّت فرجی در اوضاع، صحه بر نابسامانی‌ها گذارد و اطمینان لازم مردم در جهت دریافت اطلاعات صحیح را ایجاد کند.
