معاون عمران و توسعه شهری و روستایی وزارت کشور گفت: باید با روشهای جدید درآمدهایی را برای شهرداریها ایجاد نمود تا دیگر شاهد فروش تراکم و شهر فروشی نباشیم.
مهدی جمالینژاد در حاشیه سفر خود به کاشمر در گفتوگو با ایسنا با بیان این مطلب افزود: با توجه به اینکه شهرداریها نهادهای مستقل عمومی غیر دولتی هستند و مدیریت درآمدها با هزینه همراه است به همین دلیل یکی از مهمترین مشکلاتی که به خصوص شهرهای کوچک و میانی با آن مواجه اند موضوع درآمدهای پایدار است.

وی ادامه داد: شهرداریهای کوچک باید با روشهای نوآورانه و خلاقانه مدیریت درآمدها را داشته باشند، بدون شک وصل درآمدهای شهرداریها به درآمدهای دولتی کار اشتباهی بوده و باید وابستگی شهرداریها را از درآمدهای دولتی جدا کرد.
معاون عمران و توسعه شهری و روستایی وزارت کشور افزود: غیر دولتی بودن شهرداریها موجب بیشتر شدن انعطاف و سرعت عمل آنها میشود.
وی گفت: بدون شک میتوان با روشهای جدید درآمدهایی را کسب نمود تا دیگر شاهد فروش تراکم و شهر فروشی به خصوص در شهرهای کوچک نباشیم.

جمالینژاد اظهار کرد: با تعریف پروژههای مختلف و دعوت از سرمایهگذاران و بخش خصوصی میتوان مدیریت درآمد را داشت هرچند در شهرهای کوچک اینگونه اقدامات سختتر خواهد بود.
وی گفت: در بودجه سال جاری با حمایتهایی که از سوی نمایندگان مردم در مجلس شورای اسلامی و دولتمردان صورت گرفته ردیفهای بسیار خوبی برای کمک به شهرداریها اختصاص یافته است.
معاون عمران و توسعه شهری و روستایی وزارت کشور بیان کرد: شهرداریها نباید فقط به دنبال اعتبارات دولتی باشند، باید با فراهم آوردن شرایط مناسب و تسهیلگری از توان سرمایهگذاران بهره بیشتری ببرند.
وی عنوان کرد: شهرداریها اگر فقط بخواهند به اعتبارات دولتی چشم داشته باشند، دیگر پویایی و نشاط لازم را نخواهند داشت.
