- استاندار خراسان رضوی گفت: سرمایهگذاری در بخش آموزشو پرورش راندمان بوده و هزینه نیست.
به گزارش روزنامه” صبح امروز” علیرضا رزم حسینی صبحروز یکشنبه در جلسه شورای دانشآموزی که در دفتراستانداری برگزار شد، افزود: توسعه آموزش و پرورش و ارتقابخشی در این حیطه افزایش بهرهوری را به همراه آورده پسسرمایهگذاری در این بخش هزینه نبوده چرا که با افزایش بهرهوری سرمایه بازگردانده میشود.
وی تصریح کرد: نامگذاری ایام سال به نام ارگانها و نهادها در جهت بازنگری فعالیتهای مربوطه بوده تا نحوه عملکرد هر سازمان را تحلیل کرده و متوجه میزان انحراف از اهداف شده و نیز از عملکرد خوب آنها تجلیل به عمل آید.
رزم حسینی اظهار کرد: دولت ۹۲۰ هزار میلیارد تومان یارانه به بخشهای دولتی و غیردولتی داده که سهم آموزشو پرورش از این مبلغ بسیار اندک بوده در صورتی که به اعتقاد شخصی من آموزشوپرورش ارتباط مستقیمی با توسعه کشور دارد.
وی مطرح کرد: یکی از معضلات آموزشو پرورش کمبود تخصیص بودجه است چرا که ۹۵ درصد وصولات این ارگان برای هزینههای جاری آن به کار رفته و ۵ درصد باقی مانده بسیار ناچیز ک اندک بوده و نمیتوان از ان جهت ارتقای کیفیت عملکرد بهره برد.
رزمحسینی بیان کرد: شورای دانشآموزی به صورت مستمر و ماهانه برگزار شده و اععضای موثر حکومتی باید از این ظرفیت استفاده کرده و برای شناخت تفکرات خلاق و ایدهپرداز باید رابطه تنگاتنگ و موثری طی این جلسات با دانش اموزان برقرار کرد.
وی ادامه داد: یکی از راههای موثر در توسعه بهرهوری در نطام اموزشو پرورش وجود معینهای اقتصادی در جمع شورای دانشآموزان است.
استاندار خراسان رضوی در خصوص چرایی حضور معینهای اقتصادی در جلسات مستمر دانشآموزی توضیح داد: تا کنون 58 معین اقتصادی در خراسان رضوی معرفی شده که این معینها میتوانند با شناسائی افراد نخبه ،خلاق و ماهر درتوسعه نهاد تعلیم وتربیت گامهای موثری بردارند و در این راهمیتوان از پژوهشسراها، دانشگاههای فرهنگیان و کانونبازنشستگان بهره لازم را برد.
رزم حسینی در پایان متذکر شد: عملکرد آموزشو پرورش و دانشگاههای ما در بحث مهارتافزایی به شدت ضعیف بوده و به همین جهت ضعف جامعه امروز ما وجود مدیر ورزیده و کارآزموده است.
مدیرکل آموزشو پرورش استان خراسان رضوی نیز در این جلسه گفت: در بحث سیل اخیر گلستان نحوه کمکرسانی آموزشو پرورش استان خراسان ارسال ۳۰ کامیون و کامیونت لوازمالتحریر و نیز ارسال ۱۳ کانکس برای استفاده داشآموزان به عنوان کلاس درس و همچنین قول بازسازی ۲ مدرسه است.
قاسمعلی خدابنده افزود: علاوه بر مرسولات ارسال شده کارکنان این نهاد به صورت داوطلب و خیرخواهانه مبلغی از حقوق خود را به عنوان کمک به سیلزدگان تقدیم کرده و به همراه ۵۰۰ دستگاه میز و نیمکت به سمت استان گلستان روانه کردند.
وی تصریح کرد: در این استان بیش از ۸۷ هزار معلم مشغول تدریس و فعالیت بوده که ۵۰ درصد از این تعداد زیر مجموعه دولت بوده و مابقی حقالتدریسی محسوب میشوند.
خدابنده اظهار کرد: ابتدای امسال طی دو دوره حدود ۷۷.۵ میلیارد تومان از مطالبات این نهاد واریز شده و تا بدهی مهر و آبانماه حقالتدریسی و نیز مهرو ابان و آذر کارکنان بازنشسته این ارگان تسویه شد.
وی با تاکید بر اهمیت حضور و گسترش پژوهشسراها آمار داد: 49 پژوهسرا در 45 منطقه استان و همچنین 3 هزار و 600 دانشجو در دانشگاههای فرهنگیان استان فعالیت می کنند.
در پایان مدیر کل امور فرهنگی و اجتماعی استانداری”سعید صالح”متذکر شد: بنا به کمبود وقت ابلاغات لازم جهت تکریم و برنامههای هفته معلم به فرمانداران شهرستانها ارسال شده است.
