تقویت صنعت خودرو با وجود ۳۲۰ واحد قطعه سازی
استاندار خراسان رضوی گفت: این استان با وجود ۳۲۰ واحد قطعه سازی دارای ظرفیت های قابل توجهی در حوزه خودروسازی است و راه اندازی و فعال سازی یک واحد خودرویی و بازاریابی مناسب می تواند به ارتقا و تقویت این واحدها کمک قابل توجهی کند.
علی رضا رشیدیان در جریان دیدار با معاون وزیر صنعت معدن و تجارت و مدیرعامل سازمان گسترش و نوسازی صنایع ایران افزود: در حوزه خودروسازی هم اکنون ایرن خودرو مستقر در استان دارای ظرفیت بسیار بالایی است و یکی از پیشرفته ترین سیستم های رنگ خودرو کشور و توان فعالیت بسیار بیش از شراط کنونی را داراست ، ضمن آنکه نیروی کار متخصص و توانمندی هم در این حوزه در استان وجود دارد.
وی عنوان کرد: در موضوع واحد سناباد خودرو به عنوان یکی دیگر از خودروسازها که چندین سال با تعطیلی و توقف فعالیت مواجه شده است، با توجه به حجم و ظرفیت قابل توجهی که بازار داخلی به صورت خاص در حوزه خودروهای هیبریدی دارد؛ می تواند فرصتی مناسب برای بهره گیری از این امکان و سرمایه گذاری انجام شده در مجموعه باشد.
وی تصریح کرد: در حوزه قطعات خودرو که امروز بیش از 320 واحد در استان وجود دارد، در پی ایجاد بازارهای جدید هستیم که به طور قطع با راه اندازی واحد تولید یک خودرو با تقاضای بالا در سطح گسترده می تواند امکان جدیدی را برای فعالتر شدن ورونق این حوزه فراهم کند.
استاندار خراسان رضوی با اشاره به نقش بخش خصوصی در استان و همراهی و همکاری آنها با تمامی امکانات با دولت گفت: این تعامل منجر به پیشگامی استان در حوزه ایجاد اشتغال طی سال گذشته با ایجاد 124 هزار شغل جدید و اختصاص 16 درصد اشتغال کشور به خود شد.
وی عنوان کرد: این تلاش مقدمه ای برای خودباوری این بخش بود و همین تلاش ها امسال هم تداوم یافته و با وجود همه مشکلات و تحریم ها طی امسال صادرات استان 35 درصد و واردات 17 درصد رشد یافته است .
وی با اشاره به تحریم ها: گفت: برای مقابله با این شرایط باید از ظرفیت واحدهای کوچک و متوسط به جای واحدهای بزرگ بهره گرفت، بویژه در استان های مرزی چون خراسان رضوی که امکان توسعه تجارت و مبادله با کشورهای اطراف بیشتر است و به راحتی می توان با کشورهای منطقه تجارت نمود.
وی در پایان از معاون وزیر خواست تا نسبت به بررسی طرح فعال سازی سناباد خودرو و راه اندازی واحد تولید خودروهای هیبریدی در استان توجه ویژه داشته و در این راستا به استان کمک کنند.
برجام فرصتی طلایی بود
معاون وزیر صنعت، معدن و تجارت و مدیرعامل سازمان گسترش و نوسازی صنایع ایران هم در این نشست گفت: برجام فرصت خوب و طلایی کشور بود و ما در حوزه صنعت خودرو اقدامات مهمی توسط بخش دولتی ، خصولتی و خصوصی آغاز کرده ایم که بخشی از آن به انجام رسیده است.
منصور معظمی با بیان اینکه صنعت خودرو ، صنعتی راهبردی با ترنول مالی بالاست ، در عین آنکه چالش هایی هم دارد، افزود: این توان باید ارتقا یابد و برای حفظ آن باید از توان و ظرفیت داخلی بهره برد چنانکه امروز از 19 میلیون دستگاه خودرو در کشور هشت میلیون دستگاه آن فرسوده است و مصرف بنزین بالایی دارند.
وی عنوان کرد: به طور معمول با این میزان مصرف و روند افزایشی باید به طور معمول هر 4 سال یکبار یک پالایشگاه جدید به ظرفیت تولید کشور افزوده شود و در این میان صنعت خودرو می تواند نقش مهمی در کاهش این مصرف داشته باشد و باید بر روی این صنعت و ارتقا آن کاری جدی صورت گیرد.
سناباد خودرو نیازمند سرمایهگذاری
وی با اشاره به ظرفیت های خراسان رضوی در حوزه صنعت خودرو گفت: سناباد خودرو اگر در قالب یک مجموعه جدید دیده و طراحی شود پتانسیلی بسیار ارزشمندی است اما به تنهایی چیزی که قابلیت عرضه در بازار داشته باشد ، ندارد .
وی با تاکید بر اینکه این مجموعه نیازمند سرمایه گذاری است و باید به این حوزه ورود یافت و ما آماده مشارکت در این پروژه هستیم .
معظمی طرح تولید خودروهای هیبریدی را طرحی در خور بررسی جدی دانست و گفت: در حوزه تولید خودروهای هیبریدی می توانیم مطابق با صنعت و دانش روز تولید این نوع خودروها در جهان حرکت کنیم .
وی در ادامه افزود: طرح پیشنهادی استان در حوزه تولید خودروهای هیبریدی در سناباد خودرو و ایران خودرو ارائه شود و بعد از بررسی ظرف یک ماه نتیجه آن به استان اعلام می شود.
وی در ادامه با اشاره به شرایط کنونی کشور و تحریم ها افزود: هم اکنون ثبت سفارش برای کالاهای اساسی برای شش ماه تا یکسال انجام شده و هیچ مشکلی در تامین و واردات آنها نداریم.
وی تصریح کرد: در بخش مواد اولیه هم اقداماتی صورت گرفته و جای نگرانی جدی وجود ندارد فقط باید به خوبی مدیریت نموده تا از این شرایط که گذراست و دراز مدت نخواهد بود عبور نماییم.
