آیا ناتو عربی برای تقابل با ایران تشکیل می شود؟
عضو هیات رئیسه کمیسیون قضائی و حقوقی مجلس اعتقاد دارد ناتو عربی سبب تنش آفرینی در منطقه خواهد شد در حالی که با ایجاد دکترین امنیتی در منطقه می تواند به امنیت کشورها کمک کرد.
جلیل رحیمی جهانآبادی در خصوص تلاش دونالد ترامپ، رئیس جمهور آمریکا برای تشکیل ناتوی عربی، گفت: ماده 51 منشور سازمان ملل متحد اجازه دفاع فردی یا دسته جمعی دولت ها در مقابل تهدیدها را صادر کرده است از این رو مبنای تشکیل سازمان ناتو نیز همین امر محسوب می شود.
نماینده مردم تربت جام، تایباد و باخرز در مجلس شورای اسلامی با اشاره به اینکه ماده مذکور می تواند مبنای سازمان دفاعی دسته جمعی در هر منطقه قرار بگیرد، اظهار کرد: باید اذعان کرد اگر قرار باشد بخشی از کشورهای عربی در مقابل ایران اسلامی که دارای قدرتمندترین کشور منطقه محسوب می شود، هیچ کمکی به تامین امنیت منطقه نمی کند.
وی با اشاره به اینکه برخی کشورهای عربی بزرگ خارج از منطقه خلیج فارس مانند اردن و مصر نیز قصد عضویت در ناتو عربی را دارند، ادامه داد: این مهم در حالیست که کشورهای عربی باید بدانند همه مسلمان هستند و اشتراکات فرهنگی، امنیتی، اقتصادی و منطقه ای همدیگر را به هم پیوند داده است.
این نماینده مردم در مجلس دهم با تاکید بر اینکه تشکیل ناتو عربی سبب گسست در منطقه خواهد شد و زمینه تقابل کشورها در مقابل همدیگر را فراهم می کند از این رو موجب تامین امنیت نمی شود، تصریح کرد: باید یادآور شد وزیر امورخارجه کشورمان طرحی مبنی بر ایجاد دکترین امنیتی در منطقه پیشنهاد داد که متاسفانه مورد بی مهری در داخل و خارج از کشور قرار گرفت.
رحیمی جهانآبادی با اشاره به اینکه بر اساس طرح مذکور کشورهای منطقه خصوصا حاشیه خلیج فارس پیوندهای امنیتی، اقتصادی، فرهنگی و غیره را تقویت خواهند کرد، افزود: این امر در حالیست که اگر ائتلاف منطقه ای ایجاد شود به بهبود روابط نیز کمک خواهد کرد اما زیر سایه کشورهای خارجی قرار گرفتن دستاوردی نخواهد داشت.
رحیمی جهانآبادی افزود: به عنوان مثال وقتی مصری ها با روس ها یا آمریکایی ها همپیمان بودند در مقابل صهیونیست ها تنها ماندند؛ بنابراین بدون مشارکت دسته جمعی کشورها و همچنین حضور ایران تمی توان به امنیت منطقه کمک کرد.
عضو هیات رئیسه کمیسیون قضائی و حقوقی مجلس شورای اسلامی خاطرنشان کرد: بر این اساس باید اذعان کرد ناتو عربی صرفا تنش آفرینی خواهد کرد از این رو به نظر می رسد کشورهایی مانند ایران، عربستان، ترکیه، اردن، مصر و غیره می توانند در کنار یکدیگر سیستم امنیتی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی در منطقه شکل دهند و از تبدیل شدن منطقه به انبار مهمات و اسلحه غرب و شرق جلوگیری کنند.
