ایجاد 20هزار شغل خانگی تا پایان شهریور
رئیس سازمان تجاری سازی فناوری و اشتغال دانش آموختگان جهاددانشگاهی از تعهد جهاددانشگاهی برای ایجاد 20 هزار شغل خانگی تا پایان شهریور ماه سال جاری در کشور خبر داد.
به گزارش ایسنا، محمد صادق بیجندی روزشنبه در حاشیه بازدید از مشاغل خانگی شهرستانهای تایباد، تربت جام و فریمان اظهار کرد: متقاضیان میتوانند در طرح الگوی جدید ساماندهی مشاغل خانگی با ورود به سامانه طرح به نشانی www.inhb.ir در رشتههای این سامانه ثبت نام نمایند.
وی با اشاره به اینکه تا کنون 4000 نفر در سامانه این طرح ثبت نام کردهاند، ادامه داد: طرح ملی الگوی نوین توسعه مشاغل خانگی از جمله طرحهای حمایتی حوزه اشتغال، ذیل برنامه اشتغال فراگیر است که با نقش آفرینی جهاددانشگاهی به عنوان نهاد واسط، تسهیلگر و توسعهای در 8 استان آذربایجانغربی، چهارمحالو بختیاری، خراسان جنوبی، خراسان رضوی، خراسان شمالی، کردستان، کرمانشاه و لرستان در حال اجرا میباشد.
به گفته وی، پس از انجام مطالعات مقدماتی، بررسی تجارب دیگر کشورها در این حوزه، تجزیه و تحلیل برنامههای قبلی اشتغالزایی و شناسایی نقاط ضعف آنها از جمله در نظر نگرفتن مزیتهای نسبی و رقابتی استانها و مناطق جغرافیایی، نبود برنامههای توانمندسازی، آموزش و مشاوره، عدم پیشبینی سازوکار فروش محصولات و خدمات و اتصال به بازار جهت پایداری شغل، تصمیمی اتخاذ گردید تا طرح نوین با مرتفعسازی این مشکلات و تاکید بر اتصال به بازار عملیاتی شود.
معاون رییس جهاددانشگاهی تصریح کرد: الگوی نوین مشاغل خانگی بر رشتهها و مشاغل نوین در حوزهی فناوریهای نرم و صنایع خلاق، IT و ICT تاکید داشته و رشته فعالیتهایی مورد توجه قرار گرفتهاند که در کنار ایجاد ارزش افزوده به ایجاد اشتغال پایدار، عدالت اجتماعی و توجه به اقشار آسیبپذیر، کاهش فقر و توسعه اجتماعی کمک خواهند کرد.
بیجندی اظهار کرد: با توجه به تاکید توسعه صنعتی عمودی در اسناد بالادستی که مبتنی بر اتصال به زنجیره ارزش ملی، منطقهای و جهانی محصول است و همچنین اهمیت و تاثیری که مفهوم زنجیره ارزش و توسعه و تکمیل آن در توسعه صنعتی کشور و به تبع آن اشتغال دارد، جهاددانشگاهی در طرح ملی الگوی نوین توسعه مشاغل خانگی توجه ویژهای به این مفهوم داشته و در صدد تدوین، توسعه و تکمیل زنجیره ارزش برخی از محصولات استراتژیک کشور و حمایت از تمامی حلقههای این زنجیره به کمک بخش خصوصی و تعاونی میباشد.
به گفته وی با تکمیل این زنجیره تولیدکنندگان مشاغل خانگی نه تنها میتوانند تولیدات خود را به بازارهای داخلی عرضه نمایند بلکه صادرات هم داشته باشند و این موضوع چون یک عامل درون زا برای کشور محسوب میشود میتوان گفت که در راستای سیاستهای اقتصاد مقاومتی است.
