مردم باید زندگی با حادثه را بیاموزند
رئیس جمعیت هلال احمر گفت: باید به مردم آموزش دهیم که چگونه با حادثه زندگی کرده و هزینه حوادث را کاهش دهند زیرا هیچ شهر و روستایی از حوادث قهری طبیعت در امان نیست.
علی اصغر پیوندی، سه شنبه در آیین گشایش نهمین گردهمایی مسئولان دفاتر نمایندگی ولی فقیه در جمعیت هلال احمر کشور در مشهد افزود: از 44 حادثه طبیعی که در دنیا رخ میدهد 34 مورد آن در ایران اتفاق میافتد که اصلی ترین آنها زلزله است.
وی اظهار کرد: تا در جایی اتفاقی میافتد همه هلال احمر را به کمک می طلبند ولی آیا دیگر سازمانها و نهادها وظیفهای ندارند؟ هر کس در هر رده، مستقیم و غیرمستقیم برای حل مشکلات و کاهش آلام شهروندان وظیفه دارد و ما نیز باید مطالبه گری خود را افزایش دهیم. این جمعیت نباید به تنهایی پاسخگوی همه مشکلات باشد.
وی گفت: انتظار منطقی مردم بیش از فعالیت های کنونی است، باید گامهای بلندتری برداریم و میانبرهای جدیدی ایجاد کنیم تا به خواستههای مردم زودتر جواب بدهیم. از اختلاف نظرها چشم پوشی کرده و اتحاد و یکپارچگی خود را افزایش دهیم.
مشکل زیرساختها قدیمی است
رئیس جمعیت هلال احمر اظهار کرد: ضعف زیرساختها، مشکل مزمن قدیمی است. کمبود اعتبارات، نیروهای توانمند و تجهیزات هم وجود دارد. باید با تمام وجود برای رفع مشکلات عدیدهای که هست، تلاش کنیم.
پیوندی ادامه داد: به نقش آموزش باید بیشتر توجه کنیم که در مواقع بروز حادثه چه رفتاری باید از خود نشان بدهیم. ارتباط با مردم نیز باید بیشتر شود. جامعه باید مردمی بودن ما را بیشتر احساس کند. باید از توان کانونهای قدرتمند اجتماعی برای نیل به اهداف هلال احمر استفاده کنیم.
وی با بیان اینکه امسال دولت و شخص رئیس جمهوری به هلال احمر کمک بسیاری کردند، افزود: بودجه امسال نسبت به گذشته 12 درصد افزایش یافت و باید به بهترین وجه در مسیر کاهش هزینه و افزایش خدمت و عملکرد گام برداریم.
رئیس جمعیت هلال احمر گفت: ایران در میان 189 کشور عضو فدراسیون جهانی جمعیت هلال احمر، در جمع 20 کشور هیات حاکمه آن است و رئیس کمیته بین المللی صلیب سرخ و دبیرکل فدراسیون جهانی همگی به نقش تاثیرگذار جمعیت هلال احمر ایران به عنوان یک عنصر توانمند باور دارند.
پیوندی با اشاره به برخی اقدامات جمعیت هلال احمر در سال گذشته اظهار کرد: پارسال حوادثی همچون زلزله کرمانشاه و پس لرزه هایی در دیگر نقاط کشور رخ داد، همچنین سقوط هواپیمای ترکیه و سقوط هواپیما در کوه های دنا اتفاق افتاد که تنها نهادی که هنوز در این کوه ها به دنبال یافتن قطعاتی از اجساد قربانیان و کاهش آلام مردم است جمعیت هلال احمر است. همچنین در حادثه استان راخین کشور میانمار در ارسال تجهیزات دارویی و در مراسم اربعین حسینی نیز به عنوان تنها نهادی که وظیفه بهداشت و درمان هموطنان را در خارج از کشور برعهده داریم خدمت رسانی های خوب و مناسبی انجام شد.
باید به محرومان سراسر جهان کمک کنیم
نماینده مقام معظم رهبری در جمعیت هلال احمر نیز گفت: باید به محرومان و مظلومان سراسر جهان مثل فلسطین، یمن، افغانستان و عراق کمک کنیم و یار و یاور آن ها باشیم.
حجت الاسلام عبدالحسین معزی افزود: فلسفه حضور نمایندگی مقام معظم رهبری در هلال احمر آن است که مردم اعتماد پیدا کنند و مطمئن باشند که از سوی رهبرشان نماینده ای حضور دارد تا کارها در چهارچوب و قوانین انجام شود. وقتی اعتماد حاصل شد مشارکت مردمی هم به دنبال آن می آید.
وی اظهار کرد: یکی از راه های ارتباط با مردم برنامهریزی برای تسهیل مشارکت آنها است و در این میان طلاب با استفاده از قدرت نفوذ بسیاری که دارند می توانند مردم را به سمت هلال احمر سوق دهند و اعتبارات مردمی را جذب کنند و ما هم کانون های طلاب را در جمعیت هلال احمر توسعه می دهیم.
نهمین گردهمایی مسئولان دفاتر نمایندگی ولی فقیه در جمعیت هلال احمر کشور تا فردا در مشهد ادامه دارد.
