اختصاص 30 میلیارد تومان به منظور تجهیز سازمان آتش نشانی
رئیس کمیسیون خدمات شهری شورای اسلامی شهر مشهد مقدس از اختصاص وام 30 میلیارد تومانی به منظور تجهیز سازمان آتش نشانی خبر داد.
محمد حاجیان شهری پیرامون افزایش سطح ایمنی در شهر، گفت: مسئله ایمنی در شهر چند وجهی است و سازمانهای مختلفی مثل فرمانداری، استانداری، مسکن و شهرسازی و بخشی از شهرداری در آن دخیل هستند و هر کدام از این سازمانها در زمینه ایمنی در شهر وظایفی را برعهده دارند.
وی ادامه داد: در بودجه سال 97 مبالغی به منظور تجهیز سوله های مدیریت بحران پیش بینی و مقرر شد تجهیزات مورد استفاده در سازمان آتش نشانی نیز بروز رسانی شود.
رئیس کمیسیون خدمات شهری شورای اسلامی شهر مشهد خاطرنشان کرد: سازمان آتش نشانی به ذات سازمانی خدمت رسان و امکان ایجاد شیوه کسب درآمد برای آن بسیار کم است لذا پیشنهاد شد شهرداری مشهد وامی به مبلغ 30 میلیارد تومان از محل منابع بودجه ای شهرداری دریافت و دراختیار سازمان آتش نشانی قرار دهد و شهرداری نسبت به پرداخت وام اقدام نماید.
وی هدف از دریافت وام را تجهیز خودروهای آتش نشانی به وسایل و تجهیزات اطفاء حریق در ساختمان های بلندمرتبه که حادثه های متعددی را در شهر پدید آورده اعلام کرد و افزود: بخش دیگر وام صرف خرید ماشین آلات جدید، تعویض ماشین آلات فرسوده و تکمیل و تجهیز ایستگاه های آتش نشانی خواهد شد.
حاجیان درباره واگذاری بخش هایی از سازمان آتش نشانی به بخش خصوصی، گفت: از مکاتبه شهرداری با مجلس شورای اسلامی، هنوز جوابی دریافت نشده اما مبلغ 7 میلیارد تومان به عنوان اعتبارات سازمان آتش نشانی پیش بینی شده که به محض تعیین تکلیف مبنی بر جذب یا واگذاری به بخش خصوصی تامین منابع خواهد شد تا شهر دچار وقفه در امور ایمنی نشود.
