یک راهنمای گردشگری گفت: ممکن است در صورت تصویب لایحه افزایش عوارض خروج از کشور، آژانسهای مسافرتی از خیر اعزام و بهکار گیری راهنما در سفرهای خارجی بگذرند.
محسن مکرم افزود: افزایش عوارض خروج از کشور تاثیر زیادی بر کار راهنمایان گردشگری خواهد گذاشت. این افزایش هزینه به خصوص برای افرادی که کثیرالسفر هستند بیتاثیر نیست و علاوه بر تاثیر بر حرفه راهنمایان گردشگری، بر کار آژانسهای مسافرتی نیز تاثیر میگذارد.
این راهنمای گردشگری با اشاره به این مطلب که معمولا آژانسها هزینه راهنمایان را پرداخت میکنند، افزود: در واقع هیچ آژانس مسافرتی حاضر نمیشود چنین هزینهای را بپردازد که بعد از سه سفر خارجی 440 هزار تومان بابت عوارض خروج از کشور پرداخت کند و نهایتا ممکن است از خیر بهکار گیری و اعزام راهنمایان بگذرند.
مکرم گفت: آن قشر از هموطنانی که فقط یک بار در سال سفر میکنند از این افزایش تعرفه عوارض صدمه زیادی نمیبینند، اما قشر راهنمایان گردشگری و افرادی که معمولا در تعطیلات مختلف در طول سال اقدام به سفر میکنند دچار زیان خواهند شد.
وی یادآور شد: در بسیاری از روایات ما، بر اهمیت سفر کردن در سلامتی انسانها توصیه شده است، این هزینه میتواند بر میزان خروج گردشگر نیز تاثیرگذار باشد و امیدواریم راهکاری در این زمینه ارائه و مانع از کاهش سفر مردم و زیان قشر راهنمایان گردشگری شود.
