شغل؛ مسیر اصلی خوشبختی
در تبیین جایگاه شغل در جامعه و لزوم مدیریت مشاغل برای هر فردی در جامعه و اثراتی که شغل در شرایط جسمی و روحی افراد دارد و اینکه داشتن شغل خصوصاً شغل متناسب با توانمندیهای افراد شور و نشاط خاصی را در افراد، خانواده و نهایتاً جامعه به وجود می آورد، در یادداشت هفته گذشته طرح بحث شد.
اگر کمی به عقبتر برگردیم به منظور استفاده از پتانسیلهای فردی هر شهروند در یک جامعه سالم باید آینده شغلی هر فرد ضمن دادن اطلاعات با تحصیلات مرتبط باشد و آگاهانه انتخاب شود. اما چگونه؟
گامی به قبل از ورود به دانشگاهها برگردیم در مقطع دبیرستان دوره اول می بایست طی تستهای علمی و عملی علایق، سلایق و توانمندیهای افراد شناسایی شود. متولیان آموزش، دستاندرکاران مدارس شناسایی و در رأس آنها معلمین، دبیران و مشاوران همچون راهوری مدبر مسیر شغلی دانش آموزان را آینده نگری کرده و با توجه به نیازهای جامعه و شرایط فرد، آینده شغلی هر نفر را مشخص و وی را در راه رسیدن به شغل مورد نظر هدایت و حمایت نمایند.
در این مسیر هر یک از دانش آموزان و یا با عنوانی بهتر «اندیشهآموزان» را باید به گونهای تربیت کرد که به منظور رسیدن به اهداف رغبت نشان داده و به صورت خودکار فعالیت نمایند.
به نحوی که هر اندیشه آموز درمراحل زندگی صرفاً خود بتواند مسیریابی و راه را ادامه دهد.
در ادامه اندیشه آموز با ورود به دبیرستان دوره دوم باید در راستای شناسایی که در دوره اول دبیرستان انجام شده، دورنگری که در مورد هر یک از شهروندان نوجوان جامعه انجام شده را پذیرفته و میبایست آموزشها به سمت و سویی باشد که اندیشه آموز با علم براینکه در مسیر شکوفایی و پویائی خود قدم بر میدارد، پرانگیزه و مصمم مدارج درسی و غیر درسی خود را طی نماید.
اندیشه آموز دبیرستانی می بایست در ابعاد مختلف خود را قوی گرداند. سنین 15 تا 18 سال بهار نوجوانی و جوانی است که هر فرد می بایست از این بهترین سالهای زندگی خود بهترین برداشتها را نماید و راه خود را برای سالهای آتی هموار سازد.
پس باید با دورنگری تیزهوشانه در مسیر خود حرکت نموده و نسبت به آینده خود بی تفاوت نباشد.
با توجه به وضعیت جامعه و حرکت دنیا در عصر اطلاعات با سواد بودن افراد در زمینه های مختلف خصوصاً موارد مورد علاقه بسیار مهم و لازم به نظر میرسد و این همسویی در بهترین حالت می بایست منتهی به آینده شغلی مدنظر افراد گردد.
پس تحصیلات عالی مرتبط به حرفه مد نظر در پویائی و ایجاد شور و نشاط ناشی از انجام کار مورد علاقه می تواند بسیار مؤثر باشد.
آرزوها و اهداف هر چند در آینده افراد روشن و در دسترس نیست و هیچ فردی از آینده و آنچه خداوند متعال برای ما رقم خواهد زد ، باخبر نیست لیک همه در کنار هم می بایست در راه رسیدن به آمال و آرزوهایمان به صورت هدفمند تلاش کرده و اولیاء نیز در این مسیر بسیار اثرگذار خواهند بود. فراموش نکنیم که آینده فقط از آن افراد ساعی و کوشاست.
