آمادگی 38 شهرك و ناحيه صنعتی خراسان رضوی جهت استقرار صنوف
مديرعامل شركت شهرکهای صنعتي خراسان رضوي از آمادگي اين شركت براي ساماندهي و استقرار صنوف مختلف در تمامي شهرکها و نواحي صنعتي استان خبر داد.
مسعود مهدي زاده مقدم روز شنبه در نشست ساماندهي صنوف افزود: در حال حاضر در دو شهرك صنعتي از مجموع 38 شهرك و ناحيه صنعتي استان صنوف توليدي در حوزههاي فعاليت مختلفي مانند فلزتراشان، چاپ و نشر، درودگران و مبل سازان و آبکاران مستقر هستند كه از مزاياي حضور در شهركهاي صنعتي بهره مند شده اند.
وي افزود: از جمله ساير شهرکها و نواحي صنعتي مي توان به شهرکهای صنعتي چناران، قوچان1، سبزوار2، کاشمر، تربت جام، تربت حيدريه2 و خيام نيشابور اشاره کرد كه از جاذبه مناسبي براي استقرار صنوف برخوردار هستند.
مهدی زاده مقدم ادامه داد: صنوف مختلف با استقرار در شهرکها و نواحي صنعتي مي توانند از مزايايي مانند استفاده حداكثري از ظرفيت و امكانات زيربنايي ايجاد شده، كمك به سامان دهي صنوف، جلوگيري از پراكندگي ناموزون و كمك در جهت توزيع متمركز اصناف، امکان تعامل سريع و آسان با واحدهاي صنعتي، مستثني بودن از قانون شهرداريها و امکان صدور پروانه ساختمان و پايان کار بصورت رايگان، امکان پذيرش دفترچههاي قرارداد شرکت بعنوان وثيقه نزد بانکها و موسسات مالي اعتباري، امکان تخفيف در قيمت مصوب حق بهره برداري شهرک و پرداخت هزينههاي مربوطه بصورت نقد و اقساط، امکان احداث واحدهاي صنفي بر اساس طرح تيپ مصوب و فاقد محدوديت در تراکم و سطح اشغال بهره مند شوند.
وی تأکید کرد: در حال حاظر كليه امكانات مورد نياز از قبيل گاز، آب، برق، معابر، روشنايي، تلفن، اينترنت، فضاي سبز، نگهباني و ساير زيرساختهاي مورد نياز در شهركهاي صنعتي استان فراهم شده است و اين شركت آمادگي دارد زمينه استقرار اصناف را در اين شهرکها فراهم آورد.
مهدي زاده مقدم با بيان اينکه اصناف توليدي در صورت استقرار در شهرکهای صنعتي استان از مزيتهاي شهرکها بهره مند مي شوند، گفت: صنوف براي جابجايي نيازمنديهاي فراوان از قبيل تغييرکاربري محلهاي موجود دارند که با ورود به شهرکها و نواحي صنعتي مي توانند از مزاياي استقرار برخوردار شوند.
رئيس هيأت مديره و مديرعامل شرکت شهرکهای صنعتي خراسان رضوي خاطر نشان کرد: ما آمادگي کامل داريم تا با توجه به رسالت شرکت شهرکهای صنعتي خراسان رضوي و حمايتهاي جديد سازمان صنايع کوچک و شهرکهاي صنعتي ايران، صنوف مختلف را بخصوص آنهايي که آلايندگي بيشتري دارند را در شهرکها و نواحي صنعتي مستقر کنيم.
