نجات از زندگی سگی
همه ما می دانیم که اصلی ترین کاربرد سگ ها در زندگی انسان ها حفاظت و ایجاد امنیت است. سالیان دراز است که این حیوانات معروف به وفاداری زندگی مسالمت آمیز با انسان را آموخته اند و در موارد بسیاری عصای دست آدمیزاد شده اند؛اگرچه گاها رفتار خشونت آمیز با آن ها علی رغم سفارشات مکرر دین اسلام در منع حیوان آزاری، شدید و بدون توجیه است اما سگ ها هرروز بیشتر از گذشته در زندگی بشر جا باز می کنند.
همانطور که گفته شد اصلی ترین کاربرد سگ ها در حراست و حفاظت از جان و اموال انسان است و شاید کمتر شنیده باشید که کسانی مثل سارقین و قاچاقچیان موادمخدر نیز برای حفاظت از محل اختفای خود از این ظرفیت بهره می برند.
معمولا برای سگ هایی که چنین سرنوشتی دارند اتفاق خوبی نمی افتد و ناچارا توسط پلیس درحین ماموریت کشته می شوند.
اما گاهی اتفاق دیگری رخ می دهد که بهتر است نمونه ای از آن را که چندروز پیش در مشهد رخ داد را از زبان یک فعال حقوق حیوانات و شاهد عینی ماجرا بشنویم.
علی کشمیری می گوید: این روزها فضای مجازی و رسانه پر شده از اخبار تلخ، گزنده و اندوه بار در برخورد قهرآمیز با حیوانات.
یک بی عدالتی محض با مخلوقات خداوند؛ نبردی نابرابر میان حیوانات و انسانها و اینکه در میان این اخبار، مقصر یا متخلف چه کسی باشد هم تفاوتی ندارد.
سیل توهین، ناسزا و منع و ملامت را نثارش می کنیم و برای قصور بعدی به نظاره می نشینیم.
در این فضای خوفناک، اتفاقات خوشی هم رخ می دهد که بی انصافیست اگر آن را نگوئیم و تحسین نکنیم و سخت بر این باورم که کارهای خوب را باید گفت و تقدیر کرد.
عادلانه نیست اگر فقط تاریکی را ببینیم و از آن شکوه کنیم و چشم بر نور فرو بندیم.
او داستان را اینگونه تعریف می کند: صبح شنبه ششم آبان ماه از نیروی انتظامی با موبایلم تماس گرفتند.

گفت که منزل فردی به اتهام قاچاق مواد مخدر شناسائی شده و با حکم قضائی قصد ورود به منزل را داریم.
ورودی منزل حیاط کوچکی دارد که دو سگ نگهبان در آن بسته شده اند و
این سگها مانع ورود پلیس خواهند بود.
در این شرایط و برای حفظ جان ماموران کشته شدن حیوان دور از تصور نیست.
احتمال کشته شدن سگها در درگیری یا تیراندازی احتمالی هم وجود داشت.
کشمیری که سالهاست در زمینه دفاع از حقوق حیوانات فعالیت می کند وسط صحبت هایش گریزی به خصوصیت سگ ها می زند و بیان می کند: سگ موجودیست باوفا.
جان صاحبش را بیشتر دوست دارد تا جان خودش را.
برایش تفاوتی نمی کند که صاحبش عابد و پرهیزکار باشد یا خلافکاری تحت تعقیب. این حیوان از شگفتیهای آفرینش است.
او ادامه می دهد: پلیس اصرار داشت قبل از هر اقدامی امنیت جانی این سگها تامین شود. مبادا آسیب ببینند. مبادا بی گناه کشته شوند.
این دغدغه پلیس برای نجات جان سگها برایم تحسین برانگیز بود. جای درنگ نبود. این بار با سروان عباس لشکری تماس گرفتم و خواستم اندکی صبر کنند که پذیرفتند. آنهم با گشاده رویی.
به تیم امداد و زنده گیری پناهگاه حیوانات مهر مشهد اطلاع دادم و همچون همیشه به سرعت و با تجهیزات لازم در محل مورد نظر حاضر شدند.
تیمی هستند حرفه ای و شجاع. کارآزموده.
این فعال حقوق حیوانات با هیجانی جالب توجه می افزاید: عملیات پلیس با ورود به منزل متهم آغاز شد.
همان ابتدا به سرعت سگ ها را مهار و از محل خارج و به مکانی امن منتقل کردیم.
و خوشبختانه در این عملیات هیچکس آسیبی ندید. نه انسان و نه حیوان.
کشمیری خاطرنشان می کند: چند روزی از این اتفاق گذشته. اما کار ارزشمند یاران سرگرد مه ولاتی ریاست کلانتری آبکوه در حفظ جان حیوانات از یادها نخواهد رفت.درود بر شرافت این مردان.
