540 میلیارد ریال تسهیلات برای خوداشتغالی در خراسان رضوی

مدیرکل تعاون، کار و رفاه اجتماعی خراسان رضوی گفت: امسال 540 میلیارد ریال تسهیلات برای مشاغل خانگی این استان اختصاص یافت که نسبت به سال گذشته هفت برابر شده است.

محمود احمدی افزود: افزایش تسهیلات مزبور در راستای ایجاد 160 هزار فرصت شغلی در این استان است.

وی اظهار کرد: با ارائه تسهیلات مشاغل خانگی در سال گذشته 989 فرصت شغلی در استان ایجاد شد و با توجه دولت دوازدهم به موضوع اشتغال پیش بینی می‌شود در سال جاری شاهد ایجاد 6 تا 6 هزار و پانصد شغل خانگی در این استان باشیم.

وی گفت: تا پایان مرداد ماه سال جاری بیش از 380 میلیارد ریال از تسهیلات مزبور به بانکهای استان ابلاغ شد و مابقی نیز تا پایان سال جاری ابلاغ خواهد شد.

احمدی افزود: مبلغ تسهیلات برای هر نفر مستقل «خویش فرما» معادل 50 میلیون ریال و برای هر پشتیبان یا کارفرمای مشاغل خانگی به نسبت شغلی که برای هر فرد ایجاد می‌کند بین 50 تا 750 میلیون ریال است.

وی با بیان اینکه سود تسهیلات مشاغل خانگی نسبت به نحوه بازپرداخت اقساط بین 4 تا 6 درصد است اظهار کرد: این تسهیلات هم اکنون در تمام بانک‌ها پرداخت می‌شود.

وی دریافت تسهیلات مشاغل خانگی را منوط به اخذ مجوز برای شغل مود نظر دانست و گفت: متقاضیان باید نسبت به نوع فعالیت خود برای دریافت مجوز به یکی از ادارات صنعت و معدن، فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی، جهاد کشاورزی و ادارات کار مراجعه کنند.

مدیرکل تعاون، کار و رفاه اجتماعی خراسان رضوی افزود: مجوز مزبور نیز برای افرادی که دارای تخصص و مهارت کافی هستند صادر خواهد شد.

وی با اشاره به جایگاه مشاغل خانگی در ایجاد اشتغال اظهار کرد: کسب و کارهای خانگی به عنوان راهکار مهم برای ایجاد اشتغال و درآمد در استان به شمار می‌روند.

وی فعالیت در منزل را مهم‌ترین ویژگی مشاغل خانگی دانست و گفت: این قابلیت سبب ایجاد توازن بین مسئولیت خانوادگی زنان و اشتغال آن‌ها، حذف هزینه‌های مربوط به خرید، رهن و اجاره کارگاه و رفت و آمد، استفاده از نیروی کار سایر اعضای خانواده و دیگر مزیت‌ها می‌شود.

احمدی افزود: در سال‌های اخیر به دلیل تحولات عظیم در بخش فناوری اطلاعات، امکان اشتغال خانگی برای بسیاری از افراد در زمینه‌های IT فراهم شده و افراد می‌توانند با استفاده از رایانه و وسایل جانبی به انجام کسب و کارهای گوناگون در این حوزه بپردازند.
