در بازاریابی شبکه ای، خودتان را استخدام کنید!
در بازاریابی شبکه ای افراد زیادی به سراغ من می آیند و می پرسند چگونه به خودم انگیزه بدهم ؟ چگونه وارد مرحله اقدام عملی شوم ؟
در بازاریابی شبکه ای واقعیت این است که حتی اگر قرار بر این باشد تا با این افرادی که این سوالات را می پرسند بابت کاری که در ۳۰ روز گذشته انجام داده اند حقوقی بدهند ، پول چندان زیادی نخواهد بود. از طرف دیگر آنها همچون فردی که استخدام شده است کار نمی کنند. آنها با وجود اینکه فروشندگانی مستقل هستند اما همچون افرادی که در جایی مشغول به کار هستند رفتار نمی کنند . رفتار آنها به دلخواه خودشان است و هر زمانی که دوست داشته باشند سر کار پیدایشان می شود . تمرکز زیادی ندارند و هر وقت که بشود کار میکنند. آنها ساعتها وقت نمی گذارند ، آنها مسئولیت پذیر نیستند. هر وقت تمایل داشته باشند سر و کله شان پیدا می شود و خب نتیجه این نوع رفتار نیز مشخص است
. چیزی که همیشه من به این افراد می گویم این است که برای مدتی به چشم یک کار واقعی به این تجارت نگاه کنید و همانگونه رفتار کنید . برای یک مدت رفتارتان به گونه ای باشد که گویا شما استخدام شده اید؛ آن موقع است که همچون یک کسب و کار به این تجارت نگاه می کنید. ذهنیت شما این باشد که اگر روزی ۸ ساعت کار نکنید اخراج می شوید یا ۲ یا ۳ یا هر میزان که وقت دارید . اکثر افرادی که با من صحبت کردند حتی زمانی که باید کار بکنند را نیز مشخص نکرده اند. آنها فقط در زمان های بیکاریشان این تجارت را انجام می دهند و خیلی برایشان عجیب است که وقتی چک پورسانتشان را دریافت می کنند پول زیادی در آن نمی بینند. میزان پورسانت شما از تلاشتان می آید، از کاری که انجام می دهید می آید، از ساختن چیزهای با ارزش می آید. پورسانت از بیهوده چرخیدن بدست نمی آید.
این موضوع را از هیچ کار دیگری نیز نمی توان انتظار داشت چه برسد به بازاریابی شبکه ای !!! باید کاری کنید ، باید خودتان را استخدام کنید. اگر کاری را باید در طول روز انجام دهید، حتما آن را همان روز انجام دهید . بگذارید تقویمتان رئیس شما باشد. کمی مسئولیت پذیر باشید ، کمی سختی تحمل کنید تا به اهدافتان برسید. هدف فقط ۸ ساعت کار کردن نیست «من امروز ۸ ساعت کار کردم ، اوه من به هدفم رسیدم!» ما فقط میخواهیم یک سری قوانین کار های دیگر را در این تجارت بگنجانیم تا تنبل نباشیم . شما نیز هم اکنون تصمیم بگیرید که تنبل نباشید، از افرادی نباشید که دائم می گویند پورسانت من کو ؟ پورسانت من کو ؟ همین لحظه تصمیم بگیرید که خودتان را استخدام کنید. ارزش زیادی در تلاش وجود دارد، ارزش زیادی در کاری که هدف دار باشد وجود دارد. بروید و تلاش کنید ، آن موقع است که سود می برید.
