در سیستم آموزشی فعلی ایران دانش آموز به عنوان یک سرمایه مطرح نمی شود. دانش آموزی که از لحاظ مالی برای دولت و خانوادهها هزینه زیادی به بار میآورد و باید به واسطه هزینهای که برای وی انجام شده در زمره سرمایههای ایران بزرگ قرار گیرد ولی اینگونه نیست.
هر دانش آموز میتواند نیروی انسانی باشد که در آینده در رستههای کاری مختلف و در جایگاههای متفاوت به ایفای نقش خود بپردازد و در بالندگی کلیه ابعاد جامعه و ایران اسلامیمان اثرگذار باشد.
در این سیستم به همه دانش آموزان، آموزشهای یکسانی داده میشود، ادبیات – دینی – ریاضی – علوم – زیست – – شیمی و . . . به یک صورت و به یک میزان ارائه می شود.
تدریس این مباحث به دانش آموزان نیز بسیار سطحی انجام شده و چه بسا اینکه به روشهای نوین آموزش توجهی نمی شود. خود دانش آموزان هم برای یادگیری مباحث درسی رغبتی نشان نمیدهند و انگیزه ای برای یادگیری ندارند و این در تمامی پایه های دبستان و دبیرستان دیده میشود. بسیاری از دانشآموزان بی هدف و بدون توجه به آینده خود مباحث درسی را میخوانند و اکثراً درس خواندن را یک کار اضافی دانسته و در مسیر زندگی خود موثر نمی دانند بنابراین یا اصلاً درس نمیخوانند یا شب امتحانی با فشار زیادی که به خود و خانواده میآورند عمل میکنند. این بدین خاطر است که عمده دانش آموزان اساساً مسیری برای زندگی خود متصور نیستند و هیچ نقشه راهی برای موفقیت خود و اطرافیان ترسیم نکردهاند.
بسیاری از دانش آموزان هیچ آرزویی ندارند چرا که یاد نگرفته اند و باور ندارند که میشود آرزوهایی داشت و به آنها رسید. در حالی که میتوان برای آرزوهایی که اصلاً در مخیله آدمی نمیگنجد تفکر کرد و نقشه راهبردی طراحی نمود و این کار علمی را می توان با طی نمودن مسیری صحیح، اجرائی کرد. انسانها توانمدیها و پتانسیلهای فوق العادهای دارند و تقریباً در همگان از سوی خداوند متعادل به مساوات نهادینه شده است ولی باید آنها را شناسایی و پرورش داد که در این صورت میتوان گفت من به عنوان یک ولی و یا به عنوان یک مسئول در قبال جامعه کار خود را به درستی انجام داده ام و از داده های مادی و معنوی و نعمات خداوندی به درستی استفاده و سرمایههای این مرز و بوم را به طور صحیح، هدایت نمودهام. در ادامه به روشهای شناسایی و اصول پرورش استعدادهای نهان هر فرد در جامعه ایرانی، اسلامیمان و بایدها و نبایدهای آموزش صحیح اشاره خواهم کرد.
