جوان مجرد مشهدی عمویش را کشت
پسر جوان که از اصرارهای عمویش برای ازدواج به خشم رسیده بود برای ادامه زندگی مجردی اش دست به قتل عموی خود زد.
جوان 39 ساله در یکی از منازل خیابان وحید 19 با پدر پیرش به مشاجره پرداخته بود. این جوان که از بیماری مادرش رنج می برد، رفتارهای خانواده اش را عامل رنج و بیماری مادرش می دانست و به همین دلیل با آن ها به مشاجره لفظی پرداخت . در همین هنگام باز هم ماجرا به «تجرد» جوان 39 ساله کشید و از نصیحت های «عمو» سخن به میان آمد که چرا برادرزاده اش داماد نمی شود!
جوان مذکور که دیگر از شنیدن کلمه «دامادی» عصبانی می شد ناگهان مشاجره با پدرش را رها کرد، لباس هایش را پوشید و در حالی که خشم عجیبی در چهره اش موج می زد از منزل مسکونی بیرون آمد و به سمت خانه عمویش حرکت کرد. او دسته چاقو را محکم در دست می فشرد و در افکار هولناک خود غوطه ور بود که خود را مقابل منزل عمویش یافت. زنگ منزل را با عصبانیت فشار داد و منتظر ایستاد. لحظاتی بعد عموی 55 ساله در حیاط را گشود و برادر زاده اش را در برابر خود دید اما جوان 39 ساله فرصت احوال پرسی هم به او نداد.
جوان خشمگین عمویش را به حاشیه کوچه یک متری کشاند و ناگهان تیغه چاقو را به بدن او فرو کرد. او که هنوز نمی توانست بر خشم خود غلبه کند چاقو را بیرون کشید و ضربات دیگری نیز بر بدن غرق در خون عمویش زد و با رهاکردن پیکر نیمه جان او، از محل حادثه گریخت.
لحظاتی بعد خانواده فرد مجروح و همسایگان با دیدن پیکر خون آلود مرد 55 ساله بلافاصله با اورژانس تماس گرفتند و بدین ترتیب پیکر نیمه جان مرد میان سال به بیمارستان شهید هاشمی نژاد مشهد انتقال یافت.
با گزارش این حادثه به نیروهای انتظامی، دقایقی بعد گروهی از ماموران کلانتری میرزاکوچک خان به فرماندهی سرهنگ علایی (رئیس کلانتری) عازم مرکز درمانی شدند و به تحقیق در این باره پرداختند اما تلاش چند ساعته پزشکان برای نجات این مرد به نتیجه نرسید و او بر اثر شدت عوارض ناشی از اصابت ضربات چاقو جان سپرد.
همسر مقتول در این باره به مقام قضایی گفت: چند ساعت قبل، برادرزاده همسرم زنگ منزل را به صدا درآورد اما وقتی همسرم در حیاط را گشود او را به گوشه دیگر کوچه برد و زمانی ما در جریان موضوع قرار گرفتیم که همسرم خون آلود روی زمین افتاده بود.
با توجه به سرنخ های موجود و به دستور قاضی میرزایی تلاش کارآگاهان برای شناسایی و دستگیری متهم به قتل فراری در حالی آغاز شده است که خانواده متهم مدعی هستند او از نصیحت های عمویش (مقتول) درباره ازدواج عصبانی بود!
