تفتیان: هیچ خصومت شخصی با کسی ندارم
ملیپوش خراسانی دوومیدانی گفت: من به خاطر مبالغ ناچیزی که به دو و میدانیکاران پرداخت میکنند حاضر نشدم با هیچ تیمی قرارداد ببندم.
«حسن تفتیان»، افزود: امسال هم مانند سال گذشته متأسفانه و علیرغم میل باطنیام در مسابقات لیگ حضور ندارم و امسال هم با هیچ باشگاهی به توافق نرسیدم. من به خاطر مبالغ ناچیزی که به دوومیدانیکاران پرداخت میکنند حاضر نشدم با هیچ تیمی قرارداد ببندم. ورزشکار حرفهای باید برای خودش درآمد خوبی داشته باشد تا بتواند ورزش حرفهای را دنبال کند. من ۱۲ سال است که دوومیدانی کار میکنم اما وقتی برای یک سال تمرین کردن و حضور در مسابقات تیمها میخواهند حدود ۲۰ میلیون تومان پرداخت کنند این برای یک ورزشکار حرفهای مناسب نیست و من هم تصمیم گرفتم امسال حضور نداشته باشم.
تفتیان افزود: مدیران فدراسیون قبل از برگزاری مجمع انتخاباتی خیلی حرفهای خوبی میزدند و میگفتند در لیگ باید ۱۰ تیم حضور داشته باشد. قراردادها را بالا میبریم. ملیپوشان باید ۱۰۰ میلیون تومان قرارداد بندند. ولی متأسفانه الان میبینیم که این اتفاقات نیفتاده البته در ورزشهای دیگر انفرادی شاهد این اتفاقات هستیم. امیدوارم در دوومیدانی هم این اتفاق بیفتد و من دلیلش را نمیدانم که چرا این اتفاق نمیافتد. نوجوانانی که به ورزش دوومیدانی میخواهند بیایند باید بدانند که چه آیندهای در این رشته دارند وقتی این شرایط را میبینند قطعاً به این ورزش نمیآیند.
مبلغ قراردادها کم است
وی ادامه داد: متأسفانه بعضی از تیمها حتی هزینه رفت و آمد ورزشکاران را هم نمیدهند. اینکه ما فقط بخواهیم لیگ را برگزار کنیم، اصلاً هدف بزرگی نیست. ما باید ببینیم از لیگ چه میخواهیم و بازدهی این لیگ چه چیزی است. آیا ورزشکاری به دوومیدانی از درون لیگ معرفی شده یا آیا ورزشکار از لیگ منفعتی برده است؟ من فکر میکنم هر سه ضلع دوومیدانی که ورزشکاران، فدراسیون و اسپانسرها هستند هیچ بردی و هیچ منفعتی از لیگ نمیبرند که این اتفاق خیلی بد است امیدوارم سیستم نظاممندی برای لیگ باشد. اصلاً لیگ برگزار میشود که ورزشکار درآمدی داشته باشد و وقتی مبلغ قراردادها کم است و برخی ورزشکاران حتی هزینه رفت و آمد را هم نمیگیرند، این شرایط خوبی نیست و اتفاق بدی است که امیدواریم حل شود.
ملیپوش دوومیدانی در خصوص عدم استقبال تماشاگران از مسابقات لیگ اذعان داشت: ما ورزشکاران بزرگی در دوومیدانی داریم. نایب قهرمان المپیک در لیگ حضور دارد اما فکر میکنم خیلی از مردم ایران حتی او را نمیشناسند. ورزش دوومیدانی در دنیا اعتبار خاصی دارد و خیلی خیلی دیده میشود که امیدوارم در کشور ما هم از این اتفاقات خوب بیفتد. خیلی از مردم حتی قهرمان ۱۰۰ متر ایران را هم نمیشناسند. مسئولان فدراسیون باید نقدپذیر باشند. میدانم که کار انجام میشود اما مسئولان فدراسیون باید این ورزش را بیشتر حمایت کنند و خدمات بیشتری بدهند و اگر نقد ورزشکاران دیگر را نپذیرند خوب نیست. خیلی از مردم حتی از مسابقات لیگ اطلاع ندارند البته یکسری کارهای خوب هم اتفاق افتاده مثل پخش زنده مسابقات لیگ. امیدواریم این حمایتهای همه جانبه باشد و دوومیدانی نیاز به دیده شدن دارد مطمئن هستم اگر دیده شود، مخاطب خودش را جذب خواهد کرد.
میخواهند من را تخریب کنند
تفتیان در ادامه افزود: من همیشه معتقد بودم خیلیها به من کمک کردهاند و همیشه گفتهام هر وقت مدالی گرفتهام به واسطه کارهای تیمی بوده است و هیچ وقت نگفتهام که فدراسیون به من کمک نکرده است. مطمئناً فدراسیون برای کسب مدالهای من زحمت زیادی کشیده ولی فکر میکنم خیلی بیشتر از آن چیزی که باید اتفاق میافتاد از من حمایت میشد. فدراسیون متأسفانه علیه ورزشکارش مصاحبه میکند و میگوید مدال آسیایی تفتیان ارزشمند نیست. نمیدانم سلیقه شخصی یکسری افراد است و یا بگویم میخواهند من را تخریب کنند و میگویند که مدال وی ارزشمند نیست که این درست نیست. من هرچه گفتهام برای این بوده که دغدغه بالا بردن پرچم کشورم را داشتهام و همیشه قصد داشتم رکورد بهتری در مسابقات برونمرزی بزنم و پرچم کشورم را بالا ببرم و هیچ خصومت شخصی با کسی ندارم. البته یکسری بیبرنامگیها در فدارسیون اتفاق افتاده است مثلاً ما ساعت یک نصفشب برای مسابقات جهانی رسیدیم یا اینکه حقوق چند ماه ماساژور من پرداخت نشده است.
وی افزود: مطمئناً تکتک این مشکلات را به دوستان در جلسهای که بنده را احضار کردهاند خواهم گفت و اگر لازم باشد تمام آنها را در رسانه اعلام میکنم ولی امیدوارم این مسائل هرچه سریعتر خاتمه یابد. ما یک سال تا بازیهای آسیایی بیشتر زمان نداریم. رقیبان ما سخت تلاش میکنند ولی ما هنوز در حال پرداخت به مسائل حاشیهای هستیم که انشاءالله به سمت نتیجه گرفتن در مسابقات جاکارتا و المپیک برویم.
عضو تیم ملی دوومیدانی در پایان خاطرنشان کرد: قطعاً با همین مربی خارجی ادامه خواهم داد و به خاطر درخواست مربیام که نمیتواند زیاد به ایران بیاید مجبورم که اردوهایم را در کشورهای دیگر دنبال کنم و امیدوارم از من حمایت شود تا بتوانم در المپیک موفق شوم.
