– آیا مشخصات این مشتری با مشخصات پروفایل یکی از مشتریان ایده آل من مطابقت دارد؟
– آیا بصورت صحیح وی را واجد شرایط دریافت پیشنهاد خودمان کرده ایم، آیا در این بین بودجه، رتبه سازمانی، نیاز و بازه زمانی مناسب برای وی را رعایت کرده ایم؟
– آیا از طریق به اشتراک گذاری منابع مطالعاتی و مطالعات موردی مناسب تخصص خودمان را به وی نشان داده و حس اعتماد را در وی تحریک کرده ایم؟
۲– ارائه نهایی خود برای معرفی کالا یا پیشنهاد خودتان را مورد ارزیابی و سنجش قرار دهید
در اغلب موارد، خصوصا شرکت ها و کسب و کارهای جدید در زمان ارائه پیشنهاد بجای تاکید بر راه حل های ممکن برای مشکل و نیاز احساس شده، تنها بر توانایی ها و قابلیت های خودشان تاکید کی می کنند. با این وجود، به منظور ارائه ارزش به مشتری بالقوه (و در نتیجه نهایی کردن یک فروش)، شما باید نقطه درد ویژه و اصلی را بفهمید و پیشنهاد خودتان را بر اساس آن تنظیم کنید.
درک این موضوع، کار خیلی سخت و پیچیده ای نیست. در واقع شخصی سازی کردن پیشنهاد و ارائه شما به مشتری شامل چند استراتژی کلیدی می شود که حتما باید به آنها توجه داشته باشید:
