«گوادالاخارا»
کیم مونسو متولد ۱۹۵۲ در بارسلونای اسپانیاست. نیویورک تایمز او را نویسنده قهاری میداند که با تخیل نابش سنت سوررئالیسمِ اسپانیایی را در تاروپودِ آثارش نهادینه کرده است. ایندیپندنت هم او را بزرگترین نویسندهٔ کاتالان معرفی کرده است.
نوشتههای مونسو را توصیفکننده بدعتها و محبسهایی دانستهاند که انسان برای خود میسازد ــ حصارهای مدوّر خودساختهای که گیرمان میاندازند. مجموعه داستانِ گوادالاخارا به پنج بخش تقسیم شده: بخش اول تکداستانی بلند است که با روایتی دایرهای سنت خانوادگی مهیبی را واکاوی میکند.
بخش دوم چهار داستان است که ارجاعاتی عجیب هستند به داستانها و افسانههای اساطیری و تاریخی در قالبِ بازگوییهای بازیگوشانهٔ مونسو، که حرفهای مهمی برای دنیای امروز دارند.
بخش سوم پنج داستان است که به ظاهر واقعگرایانهترند اما موقعیتهایی دور از ذهن را برای خواننده تجسم میبخشند. بخش چهارم تکداستانی بلند است که با روایت گستردهاش دور باطلی را به تصویر میکشد. دو داستانِ بخش پایانی نیز بیش از هرچیز واگویههای ذهنیِ شخصیتهایی پیچیده هستند.
گوادالاخارا که اولین بار در سال ۱۹۹۶ منتشر شد، در سال ۱۹۹۷ معتبرترین جایزه منتقدان بارسلونا را از آن خود کرد و تاکنون به هشت زبان مهم دنیا ترجمه شده است.
نشر نی کتاب «گوادالاخارا» نوشته کیم مونسو را با ترجمه پژمان طهرانیان با قیمت 10 هزار تومان و در 126 صفحه منتشر کرده است.
