هپاتیت را حذف کن!
«هپاتیت را حذف کن» شعار منتخب برای روز جهانی هپاتیت در 28 ژوییه(ششم مرداد)است؛ شعاری که هدف از آن فراهم شدن زمینههای لازم برای ریشه کنی این بیماری به عنوان مهمترین هدف در کشورهای مختلف از جمله ایران است.
هپاتیت درتعریف به التهاب و عفونت کبد اطلاق می شود که می تواند فیبروز، سیروز یا سرطان کبد را در پی داشته باشد. ویروس های هپاتیت مهمترین عامل بروز این بیماری است ولی عفونت های دیگری مانند مواد سمی (مصرف الکل و مواد مخدر) و بیماری های خود ایمنی نیز جزء دلایل هپاتیت محسوب میشوند.
با توجه به اهمیت این بیماری و میزان مرگ و میر ناشی از آن، سازمان جهانی بهداشت، سال گذشته هدف ریشهکنی این ویروسهای خطرناک تا سال 2030 میلادی را بنا نهاد. بررسی های این سازمان نشان داد که در سال 2006 مرگ و میر ناشی از هپاتیت C از ایدز بیشتر بود و به همین دلیل توجه بیشتری به بیماری هپاتیت به عمل آورد. هرچند سازمان جهانی بهداشت شعار کلی روز جهانی هپاتیت در سال های 2016 تا 2030 «بدون هپاتیت» برای ریشهکنی این بیماری اعلام کرده است، اما شعار سال 2017 را «هپاتیت را حذف کن» در نظر گرفته است.
ایران در سال های اخیر در شناسایی، کنترل و درمان بیماران هپاتیت B و C به موفقیتهای بسیار خوبی دست یافت و مسئولان این حوزه با همکاری و همراهی سازمانها و نهادی های مردمی و با برنامه ریزی مناسب درصدد ریشه کنی بیماری در کشور هستند.
در حال حاضر حدود یک میلیون و 400 هزار نفر در کشور به هپاتیت B مبتلا هستند. این بیماری با مصرف دارو قابل کنترل است. خالکوبی و حجامت در مکان هایی که بهداشت به طور دقیق و کامل رعایت نمی شود، استفاده از وسایل آلوده و رفتارهای جنسی پرخطر و محافطت نشده از جمله خطراتی است که جامعه را از لحاظ ابتلا به هپاتیت تهدید می کند.
كارشناس بخش بيماريهاي منتقله آميزشي در رابطه با راههای انتقال هپاتیت بیان کرد: نکته مهم درمان قطعی هپاتیتC که بیشتر از راه سرنگ و سوزن و بیشتر در مصرف کنندگان مواد و کادر پزشکی منتقل میشود با یک قرص در مدت ۳ ماه برایگان در کشور و بهویژه مشهد کلید خورده است و هدف ریشه کنی هپاتیت C تا سال ۲۰۳۰ است.
دکتر علی حسین پور با اشاره به خدمات کمپین شهر بدون هپاتیت افزود: اطلاع رسانی و مشاوره با دانشجویان پزشکی، ارزیابی عامل ریسک هپاتیت، ارجاع جهت آزمایشات رایگان هپاتیت C و B و تیتر آنتی بادی، ارجاع جهت واکسیناسیون رایگان، ارجاع جهت حمایت درمانی ویزیت و درمان رایگان، با هدف اطلاع رسانی و بهویژه شناسائی و تحت درمان قراردادن افراد است.
وی با اشاره به اجرای طرح غربالگری و اطلاعرسانی در پارک ملت مشهد افزود: 50 دانشجوی پزشکی در اجرای این طرح مشارکت دارند و مرکز بهداشت دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد حمایت علمی واکسیناسیون و مشاوره تخصصی فرد و خانواده و مجوزها و بعضی از جوایز رو متقبل شده است. همچنین انجمن حمایت از بیماران کبدی نیز هزینه جوایز و جهاد دانشگاهی انجام آزمایشات را بر عهده داد. شبکه هپاتیت کشور و مرکز مدیریت بیماریهای واگیر وزارت بهداشت نیز ما را در اجرای این طرح یاری کردند.
در ادامه زهرا رحیمیان، دانشجوی پزشکی و مسئول سلامت باروری و اچ آی وی و هپاتیت انجمن دانشجویان پزشکی گفت: هپاتيت به معني التهاب و ورم كبد است كه در اثر عوامل مختلفي مثل الكل، داروها، سموم و از همه شايعتر ويروسها ایجاد میشود. بحث اطلاع رساني کمپین شهر بدون هپاتیت، بيشتر در حوزه هپاتيت ويروسي B و C هست.
وی افزود: هپاتيت B شيوع بيشتري دارد و خوشبختانه با واكسن قابل پيشگيري بوده و درمان مناسب هم دارد. هپاتيت B راههاي انتقال مختلفي داره شامل تزريق فرآوردههاي خوني حاوي ويروس، استفاده از سرنگ مشترك، از مادر به فرزند، از طريق تماس جنسي ناايمن و غیره است. البته بايد متذكر شد كه ويروس هپاتيت B از راه بزاق و روبوسي و ظرف مشترك قابل انتقال نيست.
رحیمیان بیان کرد: هپاتيت C بيشتر از طريق تزريق آلوده منتقل ميشود كه اين مورد شامل معتادان تزريقي كه از سرنگ مشترك استفاده ميكنند يا كاركنان خدمات سلامت مثل پزشكان و پرستاران میشود. كليه افراد متولد سال ٦٨ به بعد طي برنامههاي بهداشتي نسبت به اين ويروس واكسينه شدهاند كه در صورت داشتن زمينه براي ابتلا نيز میتوانند مجددا آزمايش هپاتيت انجام داده و اگر نياز بود واكسن مجدد استفاده كنند.
وی عنوان کرد: در هماهنگي با مركز جهاد دانشگاهي، اين مركز طي ٣ روز آتي با ارائه برگه ارجاع دریافت شده از كمپين به صورت رايگان اقدام به دريافت آزمايش هپاتيت رايگان ميكنند. مركز بهداشت استان نيز طي هماهنگيهاي انجام شده، با ارائه برگه ارجاع از طرف طرف كمپين براي افراد واكسيناسيون رايگان انجام ميدهند.
رحیمیان در پایان خاطرنشان کرد: شعار سازمان جهاني بهداشت و شبكه هپاتيت ايران حذف و ريشه كني هپاتيتC تا سال ٢٠٣٠ هست كه طي اين چند سال با اطلاع رساني عمومي به اين هدف نزديك شدهایم و هدف از اجرای طرح كمپين شهر بدون هپاتیت نیز در راستاي همين اطلاع رساني است.
وی افزود: انجمن علمي دانشجويان پزشكي متشكل از دانشجويان پزشكي است كه اجراي اين كمپين را بر عهده دارند. ٥٤نفر دانشجوي پزشكي در دو محل پارك ملت و كوهسنگي در نوبت صبح و براي نوبت عصر دو گروه دانشجويان در دو درب ورودي متفاوت از پارك ملت حضور داشتند.
