فعالیت 110 سازمان مردم نهاد حوزه اعتیاد در خراسان رضوی
مدیرکل دفتر امور اجتماعی استانداری خراسان رضوی گفت: 110 سازمان مردم نهاد حوزه اعتیاد شامل 44 مورد در زمینه فرهنگی و پیشگیری و 66 سمن در حوزه درمان اعتیاد در سطح این استان فعالیت دارند.
سید کمالالدین حسینی روز چهارشنبه در نشست کمیته مشارکت‌های مردمی سازمانهای مردم نهاد شورای مبارزه با مواد مخدر خراسان رضوی افزود: 165 گروه اجتماع محور نیز در محلات مختلف در قالب 44 سمن فرهنگی با برگزاری کلاسهای آموزشی و فعالیتهای پیشگیرانه در خراسان رضوی مشارکت دارند.
وی ادامه داد: این گروه‌ها زیرمجموعه سمن‌های فرهنگی هستند که از این تعداد132 گروه در مشهد و بقیه در دیگر شهرستان‌های خراسان‌رضوی پیگیر فعالیتهای فرهنگی در حوزه اعتیاد هستند.
مدیرکل دفتر امور اجتماعی استانداری خراسان رضوی نسبت به هم افزایی تشکل‌های مردم نهاد ابراز خرسندی و بیان کرد: آنچه اهمیت دارد تغییر و اصلاح رویکردها در قبال اقشار مختلف جامعه است. جامعه از نظر اعتیاد به سه دسته شامل جامعه در معرض اعتیاد، جامعه معتاد در چرخه زندگی و جامعه معتادان کارتن خواب و متجاهر تقسیم می‌شود.
وی گفت: رویکردها برای این سه جامعه متفاوت است. رویکرد برای ‘جامعه در معرض اعتیاد' پیشگیری است و نوجوانان و جوانان در این دسته قرار دارند. رویکرد در قبال کسانی نیز که در چرخه اعتیاد هستند اما در چرخه زندگی نیز قرار دارند باید حمایتگرانه باشد.
حسینی افزود: برای معتادان متجاهر ‘رویکرد یاورانه' ملاک است. این رویکرد که از بهترین رویکردها برای این جامعه هدف است از طریق کمک بهبود یافته های متجاهر به یک متجاهر دیگر انجام می‌شود و “سمن کنگره 60” نمونه خوبی از اینگونه فعالیت است.
وی همچنین از نگاه ‘نیاز مبنا' در حمایت از مددجویان انتقاد و بیان کرد: باید رویکرد کمک کردن و دادن اقلام مختلف به افراد به ‘رویکرد دارایی مبنا' در کمک به مددجویان تغییر کند. باید از معتاد پرسید چه چیزی دارد و چگونه به خود کمک می کند. مثلا در ازای انجام یک فعالیت از سوی مددجو یا معتاد خدماتی به وی ارائه شود.
مدیرکل دفتر امور اجتماعی استانداری خراسان رضوی افزود: تشکل‌های بین المللی بودجه‌های خوبی در اختیار سمن‌ها قرار می دهند و تشکل‌های مرتبط می توانند از این منابع به نفع کشور و در راستای مبارزه با اعتیاد استفاده کنند. در مناطق روستایی در حوزه اعتیاد و مواد مخدر غفلت کرده ایم بنابراین فعالیت سمن‌ها در این حوزه مورد نیاز است.
