بزودی بیمارستان اعصاب و روان در مشهد ساخته میشود
جمعی از خیرین سلامت به همراه رییس دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد از بیمارستان حجازی بازدید و با مشکلات این بیمارستان از نزدیک آشنا شدند.
بیمارستان حجازی با داشتن ۴۰۰ بیمار روانی که دیگر امکان بازگشت به محیط خانواده را ندارند؛ یکی از بیمارستان های قدیمی شهر مشهد با قدمتی بیش از ۶۰ سال است. این بیمارستان در سال ۱۳۳۶ به همت دکتر حجازی جهت نگهداری بیماران روانی پراکنده در سطح شهر ساخته شد.
دبیر شورای مشارکت های مردمی بیمارستان دکتر حجازی و ابن سینا در خصوص شرایط این دو بیمارستان، گفت: امسال اتفاقات خوبی برای بیماستان حجازی در حال رقم خوردن است.
بیمارستان اعصاب و روان در مشهد ساخته می شود
دکتر دانشور افزود: خانواده غروی یکی از خانوادههای خیری است که بنا دارد ۳۰هزار مترمربع زمین در خیابان شاهنامه واقع در سه راهی فردوسی به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد جهت ساخت یک بیمارستان برای بیماران اعصاب و روان اختصاص دهد.
دبیر شورای مشارکت های مردمی بیمارستان دکتر حجازی و ابن سینا افزود: شورای مشارکت های بیمارستان حجازی و ابن سینا از فروردین سال ۹۳ کار خود را در این دو مرکز آغاز و در این مدت مشکلات اساسی این دو مرکز احصاء و درحد توان جهت رفع آن ها اقدام شده است.
کار درمانی در بیمارستان ابن سینا ایجاد شده است
وی تاکید کرد: یکی از لازمههای اساسی در بیمارستان های روانی ایجاد کار درمانی است؛ که این مهم در بیمارستان ابن سینا در فضایی دو هزار متر مربعی در دست اقدام است. در حال حاضر با هزینهای بالغ بر یک میلیارد و ۲۰۰ میلیون تومان هزار مترمربع از مجموعه کار درمانی در دو ساختمان ۵۰۰ متری ساخته شده است و با همین مقدار هزینه دو ساختمان دیگر به متراژ ۵۰۰ متر مربع در هر ساختمان در دست ساخت است.
وی خاطر نشان کرد: در داخل بیمارستان ساختمان نیمه کاره وجود داشت که تکمیل و اکنون به عنوان مجتمع فرهنگی از آن استفاده میشود، این در حالی است که اورژانس فعال بیمارستان نیز بازسازی مختصری شده است. در این میان ساختمانی نوساز به مدت سه سال اما بسیار غیر اصولی ساخته شده است. اکنون با رسیدگی اصولی به این ساختمان در تلاش جهت تبدیل آن به پاراکلینیک و به کار بردن قسمتی از ساختمان جهت استفاده کلاسهای درس دانشجویان هستیم. در حال حاضر طبقه دوم ساختمان آماده است و بر اساس برآوردهای مالی صورت گرفته ۲۵۰ میلیون تومان دیگر نیاز است تا ما بتوانیم از ساختمان پاراکلینیک استفاده کنیم.
دبیر شورای مشارکت های مردمی بیمارستان دکتر حجازی و ابن سینا راه اندازی دستگاه سی تی اسکن بیمارستان ابن سینا را امری ضروری دانست و در ادامه بیان داشت: بسیاری از بیماران بیمارستان ابن سینا جهت انجام سی تی اسکن مجبور به انتقال به دیگر بیمارستان ها هستند که با راه اندازی این دستگاه این مشکل رفع می شود.
اورژانس بیمارستان ابن سینا ساخته می شود
وی افزود: ساخت اورژانس بیمارستان در مساحتی بالغ بر ۷۰۰ مترمربع با هزینه ای نزدیک به یک و نیم میلیارد تومان نیز از دیگر برنامه های ماندگار برای این بیمارستان است که کمک دانشگاه و همراهی خیرین را نیاز دارد.
دبیر شورای مشارکت های مردمی بیمارستان دکتر حجازی و ابن سینا به هزینه های روزمره اشاره و خاطر نشان کرد: غذا، لباس، ایزی لایف، ملحفه، پتو، دمپایی و مواد شوینده از مهمترین نیازهای هر روز این بیماران است.
دانشور در پایان بیمارستان حجازی مشهد را فاقد بودجه دانست و تاکید کرد: هزینه غذای این بیماران روزانه در سه وعده غذایی بالغ بر ۱۰ میلیون تومان است و این در حالی است که تنها در مصرف ایزی لایف باید بیمارستان ماهانه سه میلیون تومان هزینه کند.
محسن شرکا از خیرین سلامت دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد ضمن تشکر از تلاش پرسنل بیمارستان حجازی، گفت: پرسنل این بیمارستان با توجه به شرایط بیماران خود بسیار فداکار و ایثارگر هستند و در مسیر خدمت به جامعه بشریت حرکت می کنند که این جای تشکر و سپاسگزاری دارد.
بیمارستان حجازی نیازمند منبع درآمد پایدار است
وی تصریح کرد: باید بیمارستان حجازی با توجه به بیمارانی که درک مناسبی از اطراف و شرایط خود ندارند و این هزینه های درمان و نگهداری از این بیماران را بالا می برد؛ منبع درآمد پایداری را برای خود ایجاد و علاوه بر همت دانشگاه و خیرین به این حوزه نیز چشم داشته باشد.
رییس بیمارستان حجازی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد، گفت:از سال ۹۳ که شورای مشارکت های مردمی در دو بیمارستان ابن سینا و حجازی راه اندازی شده است، حضور پر رنگ و فعالی جهت رفع مشکلات بیماران دیده شده است.
دکتر محرری افزود: بیمارستان حجازی بسیار مظلوم است و این بیماران آن گونه که باید دیده نمی شوند گرچه با ایجاد شورای مشارکت های مردمی و حضور گروه بانوان حامی تا اندازه ای حس آرامش و امنیت در وجود پرسنل ایجاد شده است.
تندیس دکتر حجازی ساخته و در بیمارستان نصب می شود
دکتر خدایی در پایان این نشست خیرخواهانه، گفت: باید تندیسی از دکتر حجازی ساخته و در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد نصب شود تا مردم و دانشجویان با انسان های نیکوکاری چون این افراد بزرگ اندیش آشنا شوند.
وی ادامه داد: موسسات میزبانان خورشید، طوس و راه سلامتی به همت دانشگاه در این سالها تاسیس شده است و ما نیز تلاش داریم تا این شعار که در مشهد بیماری به دلیل نداشتن هزینه درمان از درمان بازنخواهد ماند را اجرایی کنیم.
هیچ بیماری به اندازه اعصاب و روان گستردگی ندارد
قائم مقام معاونت اجتماعی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد، بیان داشت: در جهان هیچ بیماری به اندازه اعصاب و روان گستردگی ندارد به نحوی که از هر چهار نفر یک نفر دارای بیماری روحی و روانی است.
دکتر خدایی اظهار کرد: متاسفانه نگاه به این بیماران بسیار بد بینانه بوده است و حتی مسئولان آن گونه که باید به بیماران روانی توجه نشان نمی دهند. این که خیرین سلامت در این دو بیمارستان بر مشکلات موجود اشرافی بالاتر از ما دارند نشان می دهد تنها نیاز این گونه مراکز مالی نیست؛ بلکه داشتن محبت و حس نوع دوستی نسبت به این بیماران نیز بسیار مهم است.
